Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of discipline to employee workachievement by Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. Work discipline as an independentvariable (X) and employee work achievement as the dependent variable (Y), and thisstudy took a number of respondents were 43 respondents. Data obtained through thequestionnaire and then further processed to be tested through statistical analysis such asa simple regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with thehelp of using the SPSS 16 for windows application. The results provethat theimplementation of discipline to employee work achievement in Resty Menara HotelPekanbaru has done well.Keywords: Discipline, work achievement

Abstract

Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2006 about Retribution Business Permission of Alcohol Trade in PekanbaruPermission become a problem on process of circulate and selling alcohol in Pekanbaru . It’s because there is connection about supply and demand between sales and buyer of alcohol. In Pekanbaru, process of circulate sponsored by night club , discotic and karaoke which have sprung up in this city. Actually , there is already regional regulation that useful for controlling process of circulate alcohol.Theory implementation of Van Meter and Van Horn have six variables which arranged connection between policy and performance such as : policy purpose , resources , communication between implementors , characteristic of implementor , condition of social,economy and politics and also disposition of implementors. This research used qualitative method and also used snow ball sampling which used key informan . Satpol PP and Disperindag Pekanbaru City are the key informan for this research.Based on research , Implementation of Regional Regulation no. 14 of 2006 about Retribution Business Permission of Alcohol Trade in Pekanbaru has been done by Satpol PP and Disperindag but implementation hasn’t been done like a real content. There’s no sanction in every mistakes which has been done by sales of alcohol. Communication between Disperindag and Satpol PP really limited and also no repair for regional regulation.Keywords : Implementation, Regional Regulation , Permission , Alcohol

Abstract

Emergency Room is one of public organization oriented to service that aims toserve and provide satisfaction to the people, especially on the health aspects. To givesatisfaction to the patient the nurse must provide nursing care in accordance with theexpected expertise and skills possessed by nurse, especially nurse on duty in the ER.Emergency Room care is a service for people who need fast and professionalhandling. Improved service must be made priority Hospitals, especially in theemergency room of the installation in order to create expectations and patientssatisfaction.The are some barriers or obstacles in providing health care to patientsEmergency Room, among others, the low Human Resources owned by the EmergecyRoom in providing health services, lack of health care facilities supporting works,and hospitality workers and the lack labor discipline medical residing in theEmergency Room Bangkinang hospitals in providing health services. In order toovercome barriers or obstacles in providing health care in the Emergency Room then,required quality of health services, which on one hand can satisfy the users of theservices, and on the other hand its implementation procedures in accordance with thecode of ethics and standards that have been set.The concept of the theory is a theory that researchers use health servicesconsisting of available, sustainable, Acceptable and reasonable, easy to archieve, easyto reach and grade. This study used qualitative research methods to the assessment ofdescriptive data. In collecting the data, the researchers used interview thecniques,observation and study literature. By using key informant and the informant as asupplementary source of information.The results of this study indicate that, Customer Satisfaction Analysis OnPublic Service. ( Study case in Bangkinang Hospital Emergency Room ) assessed tobe less, due to the lack of human resources and facilities owned by the HospitalEmergency Room Bangkinang and there are many grievances felt by the customer’sHospital for the lack of service provided by the Emergency Room.Keywords : Satisfaction, Service, Installation Emergency

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of sales promotion ( Advertising , sales promotion , personal selling ) simultaneously or partially in order to achieve the sales target of the Sang surya Pekanbaru batik shops .As for the population in this study is the consumer of the Sun batik shop Pekanbaru Pekanbaru , with sampling totaling 89 people by using Slovin formula . Search procedure is performed based on random sampling of respondents . The research data is the primary data , the questionnaire as a research instrument , data analysis is descriptive analysis , as it also uses descriptive quantitative analysis that uses sitem calculations and using SPSS version 20 .promotion of information flow in one direction or persuasion made to direct the activities of a person or organization that created the exchange in a pemasaran.Promosi is one part of the marketing mix is crucial implemented by companies in marketing products or services that aim to get the maximum profit mungkin.Promosi are attempts by marketers to inform and remind the people in the target market about the products ,Keywords :. Abstract

The research aims is to determine how the response of fertile couples to family planning programs and find out what affects the response of fertile couples to family planning in the village of Tanjung Belit Siak Kecil District Bengkalis.The population is fertile couples who have 2 children, as many as 234 couples in the village of Tanjung Belit Siak Kecil Bengkalis. Of all respondents, amounting to 234 couples, 140 couples of whom are not participating in family planning program while 95 couples are the participant. Due to limitations of the research so we decided a representative sample of the population by 43 % in order to obtain 60 respondents that not planning acceptors and 40 respondents that planning acceptors. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive.The study states that the factors affecting the respondents for not participating family planning is because of their have a low level of education, their jobs are largely farmers and a couple aged 36 to 40 years old is the age that is no longer fertile. In the village of Tanjung Belit, parental education level is affect the number of children they have. Respondents did not all know about the family planning program, there were 33 respondents or 55 % of all existing subjects admitted that they were aware of any family planning program in the village of Tanjung Belit. While 27 respondents or 45 % of all subjects who claimed not to know that there is no family planning program in their village. The most dominant factor that affecting the response to the couples is the education of respondents.

Abstract

Riau is a province that has twelve districts , namely Pekanbaru , Dumai , Bengkalis ,Rokan Hulu , Rokan Hilir , Indragiri Hulu , Indragiri Hilir , Kuansing , Kampar , Meranti Islands, Siak and Pelalawan the city thousands in Pekanbaru . Riau has some great potential Riau onerich in natural resources namely oil . As we know that one of the Riau oil producers in Indonesia.Precisely at Saber Duri subdistrict where the oil producers , which is one of the District who arein Bengkalis . In fact finite Bengkalis District to obtain fuel oil ( BBM ) .In theoretical models of implementation by Van Meter and Van Horn , there are sixvariables that shape the relationship between policies and performance , the basic measures andpolicy objectives , policy resources , inter- organizational communication and implementationactivities , the characteristics of the executing agency , economic conditions , social and political, as well as implementing tendencies .The method used in this research is qualitative research . With the technique that madethe snow ball sampling , the key informants in this study . In this paper that an informantresearch is Disperidag Bengkalis , APMS and Communities Agency . Then analyze the data andmanage .Based on the research that has been done , based on the theoretical concept . That theimplementation of Regulation No. Regents . 5 Year 2005 on Guidance and Control ofDistribution Business Administration Procurement and Distribution of Fuel Oil in BengkalisBengkalis district , has been implemented by the Department of Industry . Abstract

In 2004 Venezuela and Cuba have agreed on a regional collaboration in latin america called Alternative Bolivarian Para las Americas an abbreviated ALBA. This collaboration is formed as a resistance facing U.S. trade expansion to bring a mission neoliberalism. With the formation of ALBA, Venezuela is the regional co-operation leaders make strategic measures to face Neoliberalism. In 2010 ALBA has had a total of 10 member countries. As counter hegemony, ALBA also worked in three space. In the space of ideas, countries member need complementary principles solidarity and cooperation to achieve prosperity and equitable regional development. At the institutional space, the idea is then integrated into ALBA.Key words: Regionalism, ALBA, Trade Expansion, Strategy Integration

Abstract

This Research is conducted in PT. Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch of Pekanbaru. Intention of this research is to know about credit management at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch of Pekanbaru as well as to know and analysis likuidity in credit management at PT. Bank of Riau Kepri Main Branch of Pekanbaru represent a calculation of balance and balance in managing credit management to determine obligation of bank in paying debt short-range to other bank.This research is descriptive quantitative. Where there is no population and sample. This study uses informance to obtain the required information. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through interviews directly with the credit administration department and the accounting department, secondary data is information relating to research and data are already available in the company, including financial statements such as balance sheet, profit / loss, collektibility, credit, and company history organizational structure.From the analysis conducted can be seen that the calculation of cash in corporate liquidity ratio in 2010-2012 in the position of its unsanitary LDR while still in a state fluctuates in 2010 stood at a healthy enough while in 2011 and 2012 are at an unhealthy position, this is caused by the current debt ratio increased compared to its liquid instruments.Keyword : Likuidity, Collektibility, Credit Management

Abstract

This research was conducted at marketing representative office of Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Pekanbaru, Riau. The research problem is how the implementation of distribution at marketing representative office of Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Riau and Kepri Kasus in Kampar region. This reseach aims to determine the implementation of fertilizer distribution at Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Kampar region and to identify the obstacles faced in implementing the distribution process.This study was used quantitative descriptive analysis method and using the distribution theory that argued by some experts that uses Warehousing, Transportation, proper type, proper quantity, proper time, proper cost, proper place, proper quality. indicators as a measurement of the implementation distribution strategy Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Riau and region representatives in Kampar case. This research uses data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires, sampling technique with census method. Data source is divided into two primary data. Source data is the source of information obtained through questionnaires, interviews with informants and secondary data obtained through the documents available on the Pupuk Iskandar Muda company. The result of this research obtained it could be seen that the distribution strategy implementation Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Kampar region categorized simply efective.Keywords: warehousing, transportation, proper type, proper quantity, proper time, proper cost, proper place, proper quality.

Abstract

From the data obtained from the Department of Health (Dinas Kesehatan)(attachments 2, in 2012 was recorded 25 depots drinking water and 10 depotswhich inspected and only 8 depots are eligible. Of such data seen that from yearto-year increasing the amount of drinking water depots but that only has licensefrom the Department of Health has decreased. Only 25% percent of the amountdrinking water depots listed on the Department of Health which inspected andeligible. The method in this research is descriptive of qualitative the researchmethod, which describe or explain the problem the existing with the providinganswers to issues raised. This research focuses on the problems that existed atwhen the research is conducted (at the moment) or the problem that are actual.Hence solving problems the existing done by way of describing a situation, thedata, the status of phenomena based on the facts the existing.Based on the result of research and analysis conducted and researchershave described in the previous chapter, regarding supervision of drinking waterdepots license in Kelurahan Simpangbaru Tampan, then can be concluded fromindicator that researchers use for the view how to surveillance drinking waterdepots license in Kelurahan Simpangbaru Kecamatan Tampan, which sets thestandard, factor system of surveillance, surveillance conducted quite well, provedwith already the drinking water depots supervised conduct production activities inaccordance with the standards given. This is accomplished with the advancesocialization and coaching. However which can be seen also that the there aresome areas which have not conducted such as surveillance KelurahanSimpangbaru. So that depots which not authorized in that area growing. Thequality factor of surveillance conducted Disperindag has not well done because isstill find many constraints such as coordination has not been created with the boththe Department of Health as well as the limited time, funds, and facilities inconducting surveillance.Keyword: license, surveillance, depot of drinking water.
