Abstract

The study was conducted at Surya Hotel Duri. This study aims to determine the application of ethics conducted by Surya Hotel Duri, in the form of application of the principle of autonomy, the application of the principle of honesty, the application of principles of equity, mutual benefit application, and the application of moral integrity. The number of those 100 people. The data obtained through the questionnaire and then further processed using descriptive statistics. Abstract

This research was conducted in the CV . Grace Family Riau Pekanbaru . The setting ofthe problem is how to influence efforts - marketing efforts on consumer interest . The purpose ofthis study was to determine the effect of efforts - marketing efforts on consumer interest in CV .Grace Family Riau Pekanbaru.The author uses descriptive quantitative analysis method and some theories aboutPemasarn and Interests . Indicators used in the independent variables are product, price ,promotion , and place and the dependent variable is the interest . Collecting data usingquestionnaires , interviews and observations . The sample used is the census . Source of dataused is primary data or data obtained directly from the questionnaires and interviews . Secondarydata is data obtained from company documents CV .Grace Family Riau Pekanbaru . the results of this study indicate that there is significantbetween marketing variables on consumer interest . Abstract

The study conducted on PT. Permodalan Siak on the road Pangeran No. 12 Siak Sri Inderapura. As for the formulationof the problem, namely how the implementation of credit policies in addressing prolem loans.Population in this study is a costumer. Sampling is done in a way to make the population of the 95 respondents. Data sources of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire. While purposive sampling technique sampling. Method of analys used a single variable, which uses a likert scale to measure the value of each item.The results of this study indicate that the lending policies that include credit requirements, loan guarantees, the implementation of a code of ethics. Costumer assess the policicies implemented have been effective. However, the implementation of the loan application procedures, management of problem loans and credit estimates is still considered effective. To avoid a credit crunch prospective costumerwho have a nutrient guarantee sale. Abstract

Implementation of Personal selling at UD Amsar Kabun motors are the efforts made by the salesperson or salesman in marketing the products of Honda motorcycles. In the market motorcycle products, using the theory of Philip Kotler salesman who said the implementation of the promotion Personal selling consists of: find prospects activities, communication with customers, serving customers, gather information and negotiate with consumers. Overall indicator relevanced Personal selling activities performed UD Amsar Motor Kabun, so the prospects are looking indicator is divided into 2 parts: a deal and a hot prospect prospect. To see the relationship between the implementation of the promotion Personal selling by sales volume and realization of the targets set based on a percentage of sales as well as corporate statutes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of personal selling in the motor Amsar UD Kabun Kab. Rokan Hulu.The experiment was conducted at UD Amsar Motor on Jl Raya Kabun Bangkinang-Edge Stone set sample as many as 48 research respondents consisting of customer samples UD Amsar Kabun motors, while the employee sample as many as 22 people in the census. Data collection techniques using accidental sampling method is a technique of sampling by coincidence/meet directly with researchers and coincidentally matched sample as a data source. Data obtained UD Amsar Motor Kabun obtained through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of data obtained using qualitative descriptive methods after which the data is obtained, then analyzed, processed, and tabulated in tables and in the discussion that followed by the descriptions in order to further clarify. The data is the formal data on the number of employees and the number of customers acquired targets and actual sales of the company.2Personal selling the implementation of research results conducted byquestionnaire for the Honda brand motorcycle products are in both categories,namely 73.11% for the 48 respondents. It is explained that the implementation of thePersonal selling is looking for prospects in terms of activities, communication withcustomers, serving customers, gather information and negotiate with consumers hasbeen carried out either by a salesperson or salesman UD Amsar Motor Kabun.Keywords: Personal Selling (product, price, promotion, distribution)

ABSTRACT : PERDA IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NUMBER 08 IN 2012 IN THEDISTRICT BUSINESS SERVICES LEVY KAMPAR (Levy Case Study PlantationSubsidized In the District of Kampar)The Governance of autonomy is a very precise answer in driving the process ofimplementation of the Government and democratic development. With the granting ofregional autonomy granted by the Central Government to a region that all aim to promote andeducate the general welfare of the Nation, the Government needs to implement the division oftasks, so that the country can be achieved objectives in an optimal way that is efficient andeffective. One of the government programs in the Kampar district is especially plantationprogram subsidized distribution of oil palm seedlings to the community. In carrying out theprogram of subsidized distribution of oil palm seedlings set in Regulation No.. 08 Year 2012on service levies Plantation, Plantation Office under the authority of Kampar district.With the passage of the function and role of the Estates Department officials to create orderand clarity to the people who are in their environment. What is the procedure of withdrawaland levy payments and subsidized the purchase of oil palm seedlings , in Regulation No. 08of 2012 levy is included into the Levy Production Sales Daerah.Namun there are severaldeterminants implementation of the Implementation Regulation No. 08 of 2012 by EdwardIII , namely : communication is the delivery of from policy making to the implementingagency policies and service levies Plantation consistent information delivered , is crucialcommunication success in achieving the goal of implementation is the availability ofresources to implement a Resource policy is one factor that should always be considered .Resources mentioned is sufficient staff , information , authority and facilities that support theimplementation of the course of collection service levies Plantation in Kampar district .Attitude/position that is related to the implementation of the decision showed a positiveattitude towards the decision / policy and know what they are doing and have the capacityand made them commit berkonsisten in running and not doing discriminative policies againstsociety. Abstract

The research was conducted in PT Evcon Jaya Nusantara Pekanbaru. The setting ofthe problem is factors affecting sales volume of scafolding rental service at PT chevron JayaNusantara in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was determine the influence of salesvolume and to know efforts are being made to increase the sales of service.The author uses descriptive quantitative analysis methods, and some theories aboutsales volume of service. Collecting data using questionnairs and interviews, the sample usedwas accidental sampling. Source of data used are primary data or data obtained fromquestioners and interviews. Secondary data is data obtained from company documents’ PTEvcon Jaya Nusantara. The results indicate that the influence of internal factors serviceprovided , the availability of items and tightening in providing receivables is very affect salesvolume of service. On external factors changes in consumer tastes and the emergence of newrivals also affect sales volume of service.Key words: sales volume of service, scaffolding.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is aimed to find out visitors response about the analysis of the development of tourism object Danau Bandar Kayangan Lembah Sari Kecamatan Rumbai Pekanbaru, especially in the development of its facility. Writer used Spiliane theory (1994 : 25), which is said that facility is a supporting tool of the tourism object daily operational, to accommodate visitors need, indirectly support growth but develop at the same time or after the attraction. Writer used ordinal scale for measuring, which is likert scale, it is designed to ease respondent to answer some levels in objects which are going to measured (Mirwan, 2010 : 36). Writer identified three main problem: visitors respondent about the development of the facility according to public facility, supporting and complementing tool in Danau Bandar Kayangan Lembah Sari Kecamatan Rumbai, Pekanbaru. Writer found that visitors think that facilities are good enough, eventhough they need to be fixed in some aspects by improving and developing promotion and marketing, and also fix the facilities in the location. Obstacles found this fixation are: lack of fund, lack of management ability, and lack of awareness among visitors. Writer suggest to culture and tourism department to care more about the waterfacility. Writer also suggest to the management party to create some rules for managingtrash in the location. Specialis care for mushollah, and toilet. Key words: facilities, tourism, development, tourism object.
