Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image of consumer satisfaction at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Pekanbaru. Service quality and corporate image as an independent variable () while consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Data obtained from secondary data by the company and primary data through questionnaires measured with a Likert scale and then processed with SPSS version 22. The sample of this study were 98 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques in this study use simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.From the results of the research conducted showed that service quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction with a value of t arithmetic> t table (13, 109> 1.6608) and significance (0,000 <0.05). The corporate image has an effect on consumer satisfaction with the value of t count> t table (14, 804> 1.6608) and significance (0,000 <0.05). Service quality and corporate image influence consumer satisfaction with a calculated F value> F table (137.744> 3.09) and significance (0.000 <0.05). It can be concluded that service quality and corporate image have a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted in Padang Panjang precisely at the relocation site of Padang Panjang Market in Padang Panjang, West Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact caused by the relocation. The topic of this research focus is on the social and economic impacts after the relocation of the Padang Panjang Pusat Market. The technique of determining the sample is simple random sampling by using the Slovin formula and setting a sample of 92 respondents. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods and data instruments in this study are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The study found that this market relocation had a positive impact on the social conditions of traders where traders found a more appropriate and comfortable place to trade but this relocation also had a negative impact in terms of declining trader income due to lack of buyer interest in this new market. This lack of interest in buying is due to the multilevel market, so buyers rarely visit the upper floors of the market building and also because there are traders who sell similar goods in areas outside the market so that traders on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the market experience empty buyers. Keywords: Relocation, Impact, Social, Economy

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon where there are many vehicle tax arrears so that the government provides relief to the community through the exemption / elimination of motor vehicle tax administration sanctions and motor vehicle name transfer fees in Riau province. This type of research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is based on the study of program effectiveness theory according to Mahmudi in Fransiska (2015: 86), in this case there are 4 studies, namely, Input; the implementation here is preparatory, starting from regulation, coordination, resources, and in implementing the input it is good. Process; of the program is effective because in the implementation process it can be said that it is good. Output; from the motor vehicle tax sanction exemption program is to increase Regional Original Income, and after the program is running, it can be seen that the Regional Original Income has increased, indicating the program has been effective. Outcome; of this program is to make people who comply with taxes, and this has received a positive response from the community because most people who are overdue on taxes pay their obligations. The implementation of the motor vehicle tax sanction exemption program in Riau province is appropriate because it is seen from the right target, implementation time, and the purpose of the tax sanction exemption policy being created. Keywords: Effectiveness, Tax, Sanction Waiver Program

Abstract

Parking problems have become a public problem in pekanbaru city. Pekanbaru city is the capital of Riau Province, which acts as the center of government,education,industry and trade,thus giving birth to urbanization. Furthermore, the high flow of urbanization and the rapid growth in the standard of living in urban areas has caused Pekanbaru city to always experience an increase in population, resulting in a increase in the quantity and complexity of vehicles. Therefore, in order to reduce the level of parking congestion in the city of Pekanbaru, parking supervision must be carried out on parking facilities which will be supervised by the regional technical implementation unit (UPTD) for Parking at the transportation service of Pekanbaru city.This study aims to describe the supervision of the parking area technical implantation unit of the transportation service towards the manage district, then also to find out the inhibiting factors of not optimal supervision of the parking area technical implementation unit of the transportation service on the management of the Pekanbaru city parking facilities in the district Pekanbaru city in 2019. The location of the research city, first at the transportation service office, the second on several roads in Pekanbaru city sub-district. Furthermore, data collection techniques are carried out by interview anda documentation.The result of this management is that the supervision of the regional technical implementing unit of the transportation service towards the Pekanbaru city parking facility in the Pekanbaru city sub-district as an effort to monitor parking in Pekanbaru city has not been running optimally. This is due to several factors such as the lack of parking supervision personnel at the UPTD, operational resources, and the behavior of users of parking services of and inadequate facilities. Keywords: Supervision, and Management of Parking Facilities

Abstract

The Plenary Mosque is a mosque that completes all aspects on the basis that it refers to standardization and has good management governance, adequate facilities and a center for religious activities. The Plenary Mosque as a pilot mosque in order to achieve the Vision of Pekanbaru City to become a civilized Metropolitan City. The Plenary Mosque is a strategic program of the Pekanbaru City Government in realizing the Pekanbaru Smart City Madani. There are three aspects that constitute the criteria for a mosque to be called plenary, namely Idarah, Imarah, and Ri'ayah.This study aims to determine the evaluation of the Pekanbaru City Government's policy in implementing the Plenary Mosque program in Pekanbaru City in 2018. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive research type with a qualitative research approach. The types of research data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.Based on the results of the study, it shows that the policy evaluation carried out by the Pekanbaru City Government at the Al-Ukhuwah Plenary Mosque in Pekanbaru City has not been implemented well enough, especially in the field of human resources and facilities that still need to be improved as well as more programs that can be formed and managed again with the aim of development of the mosque with the category of Plenary. Keywords: Government Policy, Pekanbaru City Plenary Mosque

Abstract

 Inter-ethnic marriages are a phenomenon that often occurs in Indonesia because Indonesia has a variety of cultures that it has. Each culture certainly has different customs, but inter-ethnic marriages still occur. This is the question of some circles who usually prefer to marry one ethnicity. The purpose of this study is to determine the background that affect inter-ethnic marriages, especially Ethnic Javanese with the Mandailing Batak ethnicity and to see the interactions that occur. The research location is in Suka Maju Village, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Researchers are interested in conducting research in Suka Maju Village because the village is a transmigrant village surrounded by several villages that have Batailing Mandailing ethnicities. Therefore did not rule out the possibility of inter-ethnic marriages in the village. In this study using the theory of rational choice put forward by Coleman and interaction theory. In analyzing the data the researcher used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation as well as the types of supporting data, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of this study reveal that there are several background that affect individuals in intermarriage between Javanese and Mandailing Bataks, namely social, economic, environmental, cultural,and personality. Next the researchers found that in the interaction of each pair there were no difficulties because they agreed to use Indonesian for their daily lives. Suka Maju Village is a village that has an open attitude towards other ethnicities so that Suka Maju Village experiences an acculturation process in interethnic marriages. Each actor learns his partner's culture without leaving his original culture. The close environment between Javanese and Mandailing Bataks led to amalgamation and acculturation.  Keywords: intermarriage, Javanese ethnic, Mandailing Batak ethnic.

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) Embankment Reba, Indragiri Hulu District was actually built by the Government for recreation, relaxing, playing and exercising.To manage the necessary Green Open Space (RTH), policies are needed. This research describes policy implementation of Green Open Space (RTH) management policies in Indragiri Hulu Regency which is based on the Regulation of the Minister Of Home Affairs Number. 1 Of 2007 concerning Green Open Spaces (RTH) Management, further supported by Regent's Regulation Number 52 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions as well as Work Procedures of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The theory used in this research is Terry’s (2013) Management theory which includes 4 (four) stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Selection of research informants using snowball sampling technique. The result of this study indicate that the  inhibiting factors in the Governance of Green Open Spaces (RTH) in Indragiri Hulu Regency, especially Pematang Reba Village are the large number of facilities that cannot be functioned and the lack of improvements to existing facilities and infrastructure, the absence of Regional Regulation (Perda), low awareness society and the limited budget provided.  Keywords : Management, Policy

Abstract

The attractions of the Taman Hutan akyat (TAHURA) will have no meaning without socialization, because socialization is the most important thing that must be done in order to convey messages or information to the public. According o the data from 2014-2017 the visitors to the Tahura Sultan Syarif Hasyim, experienced an increase in visits, but in 2018 there was a very drastic decline, which is very important to consider by conducting socialization. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of determining the communicator, the strategy of determining the audience, the strategy of determining the message and the choice of communication media strategy carried out by the KPHP UPT Tahura Minas of Riau Forestry Office in socializing the Taman Hutan Rakyat Sultan Syarif Hasyim as a tourism objects. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The informants of this study were 8 people who were selected using the key person method. Types and sources of data consist of primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data is done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis techniques used Huberman and Miles Model data analysis, and data validity checking techniques were carried out by extending participation, triangulation and membership checking. The results of this study indicate that the strategy to determine communicators is by placing communicators who have credibility and knowledge of Tahura the Sultan Syarif Hasyim Forest Park as an attraction object as a whole. The strategy to determine the audience is the general public i.e. student, college student and local society. The strategy for determining messages is to emphasize the core message, and organize the message and message content is persuasive an informative. The media selection strategy is to use print media: i.e. newspapers, brochures and banners, and online media.

Abstract

This study attempts to investigate a Congregational Subuh Prayer Movement (GSSB) in Kepenuhan Tengah Urban Village, Kepenuhan, Rokan Hulu, Riau. GSSB is an active socio-religious organisation in community’s life. It is a very agile today’s community social movement in the midst of rapid development of technological advances. GSSB has an impact on the religious behaviour of community members in Kepenuhan Tengah Urban Village. This study employs Talcott Parsons' AGIL Theory. The data were gathered through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analysed using descriptive qualitative method. The subjects were administrators of the GSSB, religious leaders, and community figures of Kepenuhan Tengah Urban Village. The results highlight that the community members of Kepenuhan Tengah Urban Village have been actively participating in the GSSB on every Sunday. The GSSB activity, which is held once a week, has been greeted enthusiastically by the congregation, especially in Kepenuhan Tengah Urban Village. The reason for the community to participate in the GSSB is due to it is an obligation for a Muslim as the religious order to perform Subuh prayer in congregation. Keywords: Congregational Subuh Prayer, Organisation, Social Behaviour

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the movement of liquidity, solvency, and profitability Cooperative BUMDes Muara Uwai District Kampar estuary during the period 2014-2018. And to investigate the compliance of financial performance Cooperative BUMDes Muara Uwai Kampar, based on the liquidity ratio, solvency and profitability ratios during the period 2014-2018. This study uses secondary data obtained by the author through, manual reports and financial statements of the Cooperative BUMDes Muara Uwai necessary researcher for the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The analysis showed that the analysis of the financial statements of the Cooperative BUMDes Muara Uwai Kampar the period 2014 - 2018 based Ratio Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability are: 1) Analysis of the liquidity ratio, qurrent ratio received the title of "less good", and quick ratio received the title of "less good", and at the cash ratio, received the title of "poor"; 2) Analysis of the solvency ratio, total asset to debt ratio received the title of "less good", and net worth to debt ratio received the title of "no good"; 3) Analysis of the profitability ratio, the ratio of own capital profitability medapat predicate "not good", and return on assets received the title of "good"; 4) As a rule the Ministry of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, the soundness of the cooperative BUMDes Uwai Kampar estuary received the title "unhealthy"  Keywords: Financial performance, liquidity, solvency and profitability.
