Abstract

This study back ground occurrence Impeachment Indra Muchlis Adnan from department heads the District Leadership Council I The party Golongan Karya Riau, where the department Indra Muchlis Adnan as the District Leadership Council I Golkar party Riau has not completed a five year term of office as may be set forth in Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws Golkar party, which traveled up mechanism should implement Extraordinary Provincial Consultation.Impeachment or more commonly known is the removal of an impeachment from office before the end of the department, usually due to an action that violates the values and norms which have been arranged in an institution or agency organization. Abstract

Work accident is one of the main problems in the Employment sector. To overcome problem work accident is needed a policy that accommodate the rights of workers in doing the work called protection labor. Strategy of the Department of Labor is the measures that have been planned and implemented by the Department of Labor in the performance of labor protective measures according to the vision and mission of the organization.This research aims to find out how strategies of the Department of Labor and factors affecting the strategy set forth by the Department of labor of Pekanbaru.This research used a qualitative approach by using a method of snowball sampling with data collecting technique by means of an interview, observation and documentation.Results of the research is a strategy Department of Labor in Pressing Numbers Work Accident in Pekanbaru city was not effective since the Department of Labor hasn't been able to optimize the power and opportunities owned by the Department of labor. Factors that affect the strategy of the Department of labor in Pressing work accident Rate among other things: the quality and quantity of human resources, maximizing socialization and need to surveillance periodically.Keywords: Work Accident, Strategy, Labor Protection.

Abstract

Post 9/11, many American Muslims face Islamophobia greater than ever before. The cases of discriminations and anti-Islam or anti-Muslim acts frequently occur. It is heavily influenced by the news-reporting from some media in America. The right-wing media influence the American Publics thingking by presenting negative news about Islam and Muslims, mostly Arabian Muslims.This research focuses on the efforts of ICNA (Islamic Circle of North America) in fight against Islamophobia in America. ICNA in this case by means of mass media and communication media, both electronic or print media in order to construct the correct understanding of Islam. Abstract

The performances art of lion dance is one of the values unique cultural heritage thatpresent and grow in Pekanbaru city. In the performances art of lion dance, there are symbolicaspects that is rich in mean and represented by phsical objects, musical intstruments, clothingand lion dance movements. So, the purpose of this researh was determining the meaning ofsymbolic situation, for determining the product of social interaction, and for determining theinterpretation of the performances art of lion dance in Tionghoa Cultural in Pekanbaru city.This research used qualitative methode by symbolic interaction approach. The subject ofresearch are four HBT (Himpunan Bersatu Teguh)’s lion dance players and four HTT(Himpunan Tjinta Teman)’s lion dance players as key informants and informan were selectedby using purposive technique. As supporting informant, one figure of Tionghoa community wasselected by purposive technique and three lion dance’s audiences were selected by accidentaltechnique. Data collection technique used participant observation, in-depth interview, anddocumentation.The result of research showed that symbolic situation in the performances art of liondance in Pekanbaru city include physical objects such as the main instrument (the head of sai),musical intstruments (drums, cymbals and gongs), and lion dance’s costumes which adoptedfrom the color of the character of Sam Kok Legend. While the social objects from theperformances art of lion dance include the movements of lion dances’s players. The product ofsocial interaction includes meaning of the performences art of lion dance is the meaning fromthe players’ side, lion dance is meant as a culture value and sport; lion dance is meant byTionghoa’s figure as solidarity value, culture, spiritual, and art; while lion dance is meant byaudiences as art value and spiritual. Interpretation the performances art of lion dance includethe closed action and the opened action. The closed action include internal motivation of liondance’s players (passion and get achievement), external motivation (encouragement of familyand friends), and both of pleasure and proud become lion dances’s players because able to getthe achievment in lion dance’s competitions. The opened action of lion dance’s players includethe face expression of instrumentals’ players who focus on the rhythm of the game and theattitude of lion dance’s players who were cooperative in teamwork, solid, discipline andconsistent in following the practice for implementation of the performances art of lion dance.Keywords : Symbolic Meaning, Lion Dance, Symbolic Situation, The product of SocialInteraction, Interpretation

Abstract

Selfie (self portrait) became a phenomenon that 'infect' almost everyone, from children, adolescent and adults. Many people do selfie (self portrait) and then upload to instagram with some reasons and aims, such as hobbies, attentions or existence from others who see their selfie (self portrait) in instagram. This research was done for seeing the reality of self concept of adolescents who live in Simpang Baru village when doing selfie (self portrait) and uploaded to instagram. This research used qualitative methode by phenomenological approach. In order to obtain the data, the researcher used three kinds of data collection techniques, such as participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. This research used data’s analysis technique of phenomenological research according to Creswell by using the technique of persistence observation, extension of participation, and the adequacy of reference. The result showed the first, that adolescents who did selfie (self portrait) and then upload to instagram have two kinds of self concept, which are positive self concept and negative self concept. That self concept is seen from how the adolescents see and assess themselves and their performanace before doing selfie (self portrait) as well as the way adolescents and significant others interpret selfie (self portrait) that was done. Second, the photo of selfie (self portrait) which were uploaded to instagram influenced by adolescents of past motives so that encourage them to achieve something from selfie (self portrait). The photo of selfie (self portrait) which they uploaded to instagram make them get the sepecific identity based on the criteria.Keywords: Selfie (Self Portrait), Instagram, Adolescent, Phenomenological, Simbolic Interaction Theory.

Abstract

Infrastructure development in reconstructing the village must be able to accommodate the societies’ aspirations, apply the societies’ active role to participate actively in societies for staying together as villagers. Government has authorities to manage the interests of the societies, but the infrastructure activities that have been realized in the Sotol still entrusted to the private sector as doer.The problem that was discussed in this thesis was how the organization effectiveness in building the infrastructure in Sotol, Langgam subdistrict Palalawan. Also, the others factor that obstruct the processes.The method that was used in this research was description qualitative analysis. The collecting data were primer and secondary data. The primer data was gotten from observation and interview some of proper respondents and secondary data was gotten from library study. It also used purposive sampling in determining the sample.The result of this research was the effectiveness in building infrastructure in Sotol was not good enough yet. It could be seen from building realization which was planned just carried out only two kinds. The factors that influence the monitoring forward the low responsible and awareness about infrastructure building, less of builders, and hard to reach the location. So, the suggestion in this thesis is, because of less fund, it is needed to give job division clearly, transpiration between government and other parties which are involved in societies needs. Also, optimizing the planning about infrastructure building. The government may give explanation clearly about infrastructure, so that sub district and district can control the maintenance of the infrastructure.Key Word : Village, Organizations, Infrastructure and Developme

Abstract

Population growth and high population densities caused providing pedestrian of transportation such as people crossing bridge, have started in several locations of congested traffic. People crossing bridge is intended to facilitate the pedestrians to cross the road in comfort and safety.This is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach as a tool of analysis. The research was conducted at Pekanbaru, with a focus of research on the implementation of policie sregarding pedestrian facilities such as people crossing bridge in Pekanbaru and factors that affectingthe implementation of policies about people crossing bridge didn’t maximal which used the theory by Edward III. Techniques of data collection were interviews, observati on and documentation.After research, the authors conclude that implementation of policies about people crossing bridges didn’t maximal because the existence of a people crossing bridges was rarely used and often miss functioned. The affecting factors of didn’t maximalis less effective communication, the limited available resources, the attitude of implementator. The factors that most influence implementation of policies about people crossing bridges are resource constraints such as budget or funds that have not been owned by the Pekanbaru government and there isn’t punishment to the existence of people crossing bridges that violates the rules and functioned incorrectly.Keyword : Implementation, PeopleCrossingBridge, Policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the characteristics of dropouts family and gives an overview of the factors that affect children out of school in District Tenayan Raya. Basic research used data from the Department of Education on the number of children dropping out. the type of research is descriptive quantitative research is research that works with numbers further analyzed using statistics in accordance with the reality described. The collection of data through observation and interviews directly to respondents. Sampling technique in this study using census method where the number of respondents there are only 31 people. The data has been collected from the results of the study were processed using a frequency table with family that the characteristics of achievement. Research shows children out of school in District Tenayan Raya most are boys aged 13-15 years. Large a proportion of ethnic families of school children is followed by the ethnic Batak ethnic Minang, Javanese and Malay. Day-to-day activities of school children are at home and that is to help parents work for a living to meet the economic needs of the family and school dropouts in this study are by and large have family members and peers who dropped out sekolah.Sedangkan factors influencing the dropout is a factor economic, family, school, academic ability, and accessibility factors and ways toward school. Among these factors, the factors that most affect the dropout is the economic factor family and peer influence, to minimize the number of school dropouts would rate the government charging a special scholarship for school dropouts and provide transportation for school children as well as costs the. In the government is expected to provide information about the importance of school and provide skills training for children who have dropped out of school.Keywords: Dropout, Factor Dropout, Child Dropout

This study was conducted at PT. Tri Tirta Magnificent Pekanbaru is located at No. 8 JalanLaksamana Datuk Gobah Pekanbaru. Formulation of the problem in this study is How theMarketing Execution Analysis in Mineral Water Product Sales (Case Study PT. MagnificentTri Tirta Pekanbaru).?. The purpose of this research is to know the Marketing ExecutionAnalysis in Mineral Water Product Sales (Case Study PT. Magnificent Tri Tirta Pekanbaru).Techniques of data collection using questionnaires.Based on the results of research conducted found that PT Tirta Tri Megah Pekanbaruimplement four (4) factors that affect the sale of mineral water products at Tri Tirta PT MegahPekanbaru namely improving the quality of services, the determination of the level of bonuses,promotions and low prices for customers, improving service services. Of the four factors areapplied, the business improvement services are the most successful businesses. This is due tothe location oprsional Megah PT Tri Tirta Pekanbaru close to the crowd / market. The surveyresults revealed that the low consumer tastes change employee culture is an obstacle faced byPT Tri Tirta Megah Pekanbaru. Abstract

Country of Kopah represent one of the country exist in region district of Kuantan Tengah of Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi which consist of 5 countryside that is countryside of Kototuo, countryside of Kopah, countryside of Jaya and countryside of Munsaloh. Role of my me custom, peripheral of countryside, and prominent other society like BPD representing country elitee of Kopah very is influencing decision of resident in taking choice. This matter can be seen from result of legislative general election and election of regional leader and proxy regional leader in country of Kopah district of Teluk Kuantan where resident of country of Kopah support candidate of Party Association of Development (PPP) at legislative general election and support couple H. Sukarmis and of Drs. H. Zulkifli, M.Si carried by Party Functional Group at election of regional leader and proxy regional leader period 2011-2016 some times ago. Result of from management of legislative general election 2009 with election of regional leader and proxy regional leader Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi Year 2011-2016 happened change of country society support of Kopah to political party result of legislative general election of year 2009.As for intention of this research is to know role of elitee country of Kopah district of Teluk Kuantan at election of regional leader and proxy regional leader Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi Year 2011.This research is conducted by in country of Kopah district of Kuantan Tengah of Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi which consist of 5 countryside that is countryside of Koto tuo, countryside of Kopah, countryside of Jaya, Countryside of Munsalo and Countryside of Pulau Baru. Technique intake of data use interview that is in the form of raised question verbally to responder for the equiping of date.
