Abstract

Writing a thesis entitled "Government Law Enforcement based on Mayor Circular Letter Number 1 of 2018 concerning Clean Action for Pekanbaru City 2018-2019" Law enforcement is a process to make legal wishes come true. Government law enforcement is not only shown to give punishment to citizens who violate the rules of a circular letter. however, it also aims to prevent actions and actions that may cause discomfort and cleanliness to the city of Pekanbaru. The inhibiting factors in law enforcement are internal and external factors. This research was conducted at the Department of Environment and Sanitation, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this paper is to determine the enforcement of government law by the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Pekanbaru City in its implementation in the field in 2018-2019. The theory used is the theory of discretion. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interview and documentation data collection techniques, the type of data used is secondary data and primary data. The final conclusion of this research is to use discretionary theory in which the Mayor has the right to make regulations according to his own opinion in the presence of community developments which have an impact on the occurrence of certain circumstances that are urgent to play a maximum role in serving the interests of the community and still refer to local regulations and laws. applicable. Abstract

Cost Volume Profit analysis shows the relationship between costs, volumes, and overall profit in calculating sales planning and corporate profit planning precisely and accurately. This study aims to determine and analyze the application of cost volume profit as the basis for planning sales and expected profits at PT. Sutra Benta Perkasa Pekanbaru. In this study using quantitative descriptive data types. The data collection technique used is the technique of interview and documentation on the financial data of PT. Sutra Benta Perkasa Pekanbaru.The analysis results show that the contribution margin and contribution margin ratio calculation can cover fixed costs and contribute profit to the company. The break-even point calculation shows that the sales condition has exceeded the break-even point. In several years, the analysis of sales and profit targets still has not been achieved due to company policies that have not been able to set targets and have not used the analysis calculations. The calculation of the margin of safety shows the company's condition is at a safe point. Abstract

 Strengthening the capacity of public organizations must be a joint commitment between the central, provincial and local governments. In general, the goal of capacity strengthening is that individuals, organizations, and existing institutional systems can be used effectively and efficiently to achieve the goals of individual apparatuses and regional institutions. Local taxes are mandatory contributions to regions that are owed by individuals or entities that are compelling. However, the target for the realization of the Karimun regency's tax revenue has decreased every year, so in this case it is necessary to strengthen the capacity in improving public organizations. The concept used is the Wheelen theory, namely there are three indicators: structure, culture, resources. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and the required data, both primary and secondary, are obtained by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study are the first to strengthen the capacity of public organizations in an effort to increase local taxes in Karimun district, which has not been maximized, while the efforts made by the Meranti Regency Regional Revenue Agency are to innovate the structure in the organization related to organizational programs, empower human resources with training and education the number of tax data collection officers, the lack of knowledge of taxpayers about tax paying regulations. The two inhibiting factors for strengthening the capacity of public organizations in an effort to increase local taxes, namely: Not optimal innovation made by the Meranti Regency Regional Revenue Agency, limited human and material resources, large working areas and obstructed from access and distance between islands and the existence of Inaccurate data on taxpayers and objects. Keywords: Strengthening Capacity, Public Organizations and Local Taxes

Abstract

Legislative elections are an opportunity for political parties to compete and support candidates for legislative members who will sit in representative institutions or better known as the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). Political parties along with members of legislative candidates prepare strategies to win and gain legislative seats. Partai Amanat Nasional is one of the political parties that is highly considered in Meranti Islands Regency, because the Partai Amanat Nasional is a party that consecutively emerged as the winning party in the 2014-2019 and 2019-2024 legislative elections. Partai Amanat Nasional succeeded in obtaining the highest number of votes, namely 16,210 votes and obtaining 5 seats in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD).The purpose of this study is (1) Knowing the strategies used by the Partai Amanat Nasional in the 2019 legislative elections in Meranti Islands Regency, (2) Knowing the factors supporting the victory of the Partai Amanat Nasional in the 2019 legislative elections in Meranti Islands Regency, (3) Knowing the factors obstacles to the victory of the Partai Amanat Nasional in the 2019 legislative elections in Meranti Islands Regency.This research uses a qualitative approach. The research location is in the National Mandate Regional Leadership Council, Meranti Islands Regency. Data obtained by means of documentation and interviews. While the data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative analysis.The results of this study indicate that the Partai Amanat Nasional's strategy in the 2019 legislative elections in Meranti Islands Regency uses several strategies, namely the offensive strategy (attack) is carried out in several ways, namely the recruitment of legislative candidates, party campaigns, formation of successful teams, consolidation of votes, and approaches figure. Meanwhile, the Defense Strategy is carried out by maintaining public support and maintaining legislative candidates who have served. The factors that influenced the victory of the Partai Amanat Nasional were creating a network of cadres from the district level to the sub-district level, the Partai Amanat Nasional conducting a political campaign together with the proposed legislative candidates. The factor inhibiting the victory of the Partai Amanat Nasional was the lack of funds from both between Partai Amanat Nasional and legislative member candidates.Word key: Strategy, Partai Amanat Nasional, Legislative Election

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) located in Cinta Damai Village, Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance and performance evaluation of farmer groups in the Cinta Damai Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Tapung Hilir, Kampar. In this research the method used is descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique used in this study is snowball sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Types and sources of data use primary data and secondary data.               The results of this study are the results of the work (performance) of farmer groups based on an assessment that has been able to be said to be good or has been satisfactory for the KUD. The KUD does not judge by ranking, but through the process of taking a number of farmer groups that do work in accordance with the work standards that have been set based on the conclusions reported by the assessors to KUD for a certain period of time. Based on the analysis that has been done, the process of evaluating the performance of farmer groups in KUD has been done quite well. The assessor does not miss anything that becomes the evaluation criteria, in this case in accordance with what is in the field. Keywords: Performance, Performance Assessment

Abstract

An important problem faced by leaders in hospitals is how to maintain loyalty so that they can support the success of achieving goals. The hospital strives to maintain quality employees so that they work for a long time in the hospital is one of the goals of the hospital. This research was conducted at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee loyalty at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Work discipline and work motivation as independent variables (X1, X2) while employee loyalty as the dependent variable (Y) The problem in this research is the occurrence of fluctuating employee turnover and employee absenteeism accompanied by high employee absenteeism. It can be seen from the data on Labor Turn Over and company absenteeism. The sample of this study was taken as many as 42 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained from the questionnaire results and then processed for later statistically tested through the SPSS program. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Abstract

The number of larger and more well-known catering businesses and emerging new businesses of the same type have created competition between business partners, even though the Roro Catering business has been around for a long time, it certainly requires business owners to improve the quality of the products they offer and provide the best service to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP), elements of marketing communication strategy, and Word of Mouth strategy.This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study consisted of three research subjects as informants through purposive techniques. The primary data technique in this study was obtained from observations in the Roro Catering office, where the data collected were grouped into three parts, namely: observation, interviews with the owner, employees and some consumers, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the interactive data model of Miles and Hiberman. Checking the validity of the data used the participation extension technique and triangulation.Based on the results of the author's research in the field that, Roro Catering uses a marketing communication strategy seen from segmentation, targeting and positioning. In the segmentation Roro Catering is aimed at the Pekanbaru community, while the targeting is aimed at all groups ranging from ordinary people, officials, government agencies, private companies and other circles. . Meanwhile, the positioning of Roro Catering is to maintain product quality. Furthermore, based on elements of marketing communication in the form of advertising carried out by Roro Catering with the internet, the Web, the social media Facebook and Instagram. in face-to-face sales activities is to offer products to consumers who come to the office, in public relations activities, Roro Catering maintains good relations with government agencies, the police and other agencies, through the form of sales promotion is giving discounts, and finally through marketing activities direct is via telephone and e-mail so that it can make it easier for consumers to order the products offered by Roro Catering. The strategy in the form of a Word of Mouth that is carried out is to give messages to consumers who have used their services to assess other products and services. Abstract

The study aims to find out the return of micro credit on fiduaciary system installment credit products (KREASI) at the micro business branch of the Malayu Laskar Kanwil II PT Pegadaian Pekanbaru in the 2014-2018 period. Which is measured using the Gutman scale. Type of research conducted in the from of secondary data, where the data is from financial statements. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaire and interview. Standard data analysis using a mix methods research approach or mix methods, which describe the conditions of micro credit repayment rates on installments of the fiduciary credit system (KREASI) and explain the factors that cause credit returns are not in accordance with the existing targets and regulations. Based on the results of data analysis of micro credit returns of fiduciary installment credit products (KREASI) in the micro business unit of the Malayu Laskar Kanwil II PT Pegadaian Pekanbaru. Conclude that on special attention credit, doubtful credit and bad credit, getting a bad or low yield with a percentage of less that 50%, whereas for current credit and substandard credit can be categorized quite well because it has a percentage above 70%. Of the overall results of data analysis on micro installments of the fiduciary credit system (KREASI) on the Malayu Laskar Kanwil II PT Pegadaian Pekanbaru in the low category.Keywords: Analysis, credit return, KREASI and CBM Malayu Laskar.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the policies taken by Indonesia in responding to the entry of electronic waste from Singapore. Because e-waste processing costs a lot of money and must follow established policy procedures, Singapore tends to send its e-waste to developing countries, including Indonesia. Electronic waste that enters the territory of Indonesia is then processed or recycled in a very simple way and does not follow established policy procedures. Of course, this has a dangerous impact on environmental conditions and public health.            This study uses Interdependence Liberalism perspective which explains that military power is a less useful instrument and welfare is the dominant goal of countries in the world. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through document analysis or secondary data analysis, such as books, journals, documents, reports, and websites.            From the results of the study, that Indonesia's efforts to overcome the entry of electronic waste from Singapore in 2012-2020 has decreased. Even though in the implementation of these policies there are still irresponsible elements found. This happens because of the weak law enforcement in Indonesia and the lack of awareness of the Indonesian people about the harmful effects of electronic waste. Keywords: Electronic Waste, Policy, Indonesia, dan Singapore.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of the International Organization for Migration Anti-humanitarian case through the International Organization for Ukraine Migration's anti-trafficking plan Human trafficking in Ukraine from 2016 to 2019. The issue of human trafficking In terms of international security, humanity has become an important issue.In analyzing, this study uses qualitative with descriptive analysis model, The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical role of IOM in Ukraine using Clive Archer's theory of the international role of organizations. The conclusion then reveals that the increase in the number of victims identified in 2016 to 2019 was not due to a decrease in the role played by IOM in Ukraine, but to one of the main effects of the Ukraine and Russia conflict.Keywords: International Organization For Migration , Human Trafficking
