Abstract

This research was conducted in Harapan Baru Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency of Riau Province with the problem (1) How is the community's participation in village fund management in Harapan Baru Village? (2) What factors affect community participation in village fund management in Harapan Baru village? The purpose of this research is to find out how people's participation in the management of Harapan Baru Village and Knowing factors that affect community participation towards village fund management in Harapan Baru Village. This research is quantitative research, the subject in this study is the village community of new hope. The respondents in this study were taken using random sampling techniques. Researchers took samples using a slovin formula with a sample count of 93 respondents. To collect data researchers used documentation guidelines and questionnaires. The results showed that community participation in village fund management is still low. Abstract

This study aims to determine the conformity of non-Muslim students studying at the Sultan Syarif Kasim Islamic State University. Where UIN is a university based on the Muslim religion through the pressure that affects it .. Seeing that some of them are non-Muslim students who are studying there with a different ideological basis from those who have to follow rules that are not commonly done before. How do they conform in using K.merton's Anomie theory. This study uses a quantitative research method with a population of 53 non-Muslim students who are at the State Islamic University of Suska Riau. And with a sample of 53 people obtained using a total sample. By taking the entire population. and the data collected is using a questionnaire method and structured interviews. The results of this study indicate that the conformity of non-Muslim students studying at UIN Suska is assessed through factors that influence the level of conformity through: Pressure being a factor affecting the conformity level of UIN Suska students is through the data found that 1.) motivation consists of high self-desire , low parental desire, low follow-up with friends and from low motivation there is no choice. Motivation based on high choice majors. For 2.) interaction consists of low social difficulties, and based on 3.) interaction between dispensation lecturers to memorize high Al-Quran. The level of conformity of UIN Suska students is through the data found that 1.) the achievement consists of academic achievement with high conformity, and through. 2.) learning activities from doing assignments, interest in learning, class attendance, and time obedience with high conformity. And 3.) the level of conformity is based on organizational activities consisting of membership, attendance with low conformity while participating in organizational activities is high. The level of conformity is based on 4.) Ethics and religious courses which consist of complying with a high code of ethics. Keywords: Level of Conformity, Influencing Factor Pressure, Non-Muslim Students.

Abstract

Human resources have great control in a company. To determine whether a company is progressing or not, it depends on the quality and quantity of its human resources. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. There are two independent variables used in this study, namely training as (X1) with indicators namely training content, training methods, instructor attitudes and skills, length of time training and training facilities. Work environment as (X2) with indicators of physical work environment and non-physical work environment. While the dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y) which consists of indicators of quality of work results, quantity of work results and timeliness. This study resulted in a positive and significant influence between training and work environment on employee performance with F count 13,201> F table 3,162 as well as partial test or t test for the training variable (X1) obtained t count 4.720> from t table 1.672 with a significance value <0.05. Shows that training has an effect on employee performance. For the work environment variable (X2) it is obtained in the t table 3,220> t table 1,672 with a significance value <0.05. Abstract

This research aims to reveal the motivation of Poland to collaborate with the United States in the field of military defense in the 2015-2019 period. During 2015-2019 there were tensions between Poland and Russia due to aggressive Russian military activities. These activities included annexation of Crimea in 2014, the placement of Iskander-M missiles that could reach all of Poland, and the modernization of a combat base in Kaliningrad. This research uses the perspective of neorealism which states that the international system is anarchic so that there is no supreme authority above the state and no guarantor of the survival of a country except the country itself. Weak countries must increase their power and balance with strong countries. Research is also supported by the theory of international cooperation, the concept of security dilemma, and nation-state level of analysis. This research is a qualitative research and uses explanative method. The results of research indicate that the influence of the Russian military in the procurement of cooperation between Poland and the United States. Russia's military activities are seen by Poland as a threat to itself. Poland decided to conduct military defense cooperation with the United States to increase Poland's military capacity and to overcome the Russian threat. Cooperations consist of the purchase of military equipment, the construction of military infrastructure, and announced Joint Statement—Joint Declaration on Defense Cooperation Regarding United States Force Posture in the Republic of Poland, signed  on June 12, 2019. Keywords: Poland, Defense Cooperation, Russia, Threat, United States.

Abstract

This research would explain about factors affecting China Formed the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) cooperation. The establishment of this partnership is part of China’s One Belt One Road (OBOR) initiative.The Author uses the perspective of Liberalism, Interdependence Theory, and the analysis system is the nation state.This research uses an explanatory qualitative, the data collection techniques by library research are derived from sources of literature book, published magazine, journals, and scientific articles.The result of this research describe the reason China formed CPEC. Factors affecting China to establish CPEC are to provide transportation access for China to reduce the distance of Chinese energy import and international trade that had to pass through the Strait of Malacca to reach the Arabian Sea. As part of OBOR, CPEC will provide economic opportunities for the western region of China and the South Asia region, especially Pakistan.Key words: CPEC, Pakistan, OBOR, Regional Integration, Foreign Direct Investment, Infrastructure and Energy Development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and understand the performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Riau Province in providing data, especially on the settlement of land arrangements with PT.HTJ desire and to find out what factors hinder the performance of the organization. The background of this research is that there is a problem related to the management of land assets managed by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency and the unorganized land administration so that it affects the provision of data, especially on the settlement of land arrangements with PT.HTJ. For this reason, a performance measurement is required by the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency which functions as an official for administering regional property in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No.19/2016. This study uses 6 (six) performance indivators by Mahsun (2014: 196) which consists of inputs, processes, outputs, outcomes, benefits and impacts. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in providing data, especially on the settlement of land arrangements with PT. Tata Jaya's passion is not optimal. This is caused by several inhibiting factors, namely weak administrative order and coordination. Keywords : Performance, Organization, Regional Assets

Abstract

Sahabat Hijrah Community is a da'wah community which was founded on September 10, 2016. Youth becomes the main target of the Sahabat Hijrah community. The community managed to gather thousands of young people in each event they organized. In increasing the number of  participants, an effective communication strategy is needed to attract study participants. The purpose of this research was to determine the communicator strategy, message strategy, media selection strategy, audience determination strategy and the effect of the communication strategy carried out by the Sahabat Hijrah community in delivering messages to youth in Pekanbaru city.This research uses qualitative research methods and is supported by Lasswell's theory. Subjects in the research consisted of seven subjects as informants, selected through purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are grouped into three parts, namely: interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques in this research used the interactive data model of Miles and Hiberman. Checking the validity of the data using researcher persistence techniques, extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that in the selection of communicators by the Sahabat Hijrah community, they were selected from the community members who had been fostered and the clerics who were selected according to their credibility with youth. The message strategy they used was to choose a theme that was tailored to the needs of youth at this time. The media they use in the form of online media (Instagram and Facebook) and offline media, in the form of distributing leaflets at CFD events. The target audience of the Sahabat Hijrah community are young Muslims who are in the city of Pekanbaru. While the effects of the Sahabat Hijrah's communication strategy, they succeeded in attracting young people to be on the da'wah path. Keyword : Communication Strategy, Youth, Da’wah, Message

Abstract

 Teluk Kelasa village is a village located in Keritang District of Indragiri Hilir Regency of Riau Province with a width of 4,000 Km and a length of 5,000 Km. The village of teluk kelasa is divided into 4 hamlets, Referring to the Vision and Mission of the Head of Teluk Kelasa Village and considering the evaluation and review of RKP and RPJM Desa the previous year through the village deliberation process then in general the Village Development Program is the same as the direction of village development policy, one of which is the Infrastructure Basic Service Program, infrastructure found in Kelasa Bay Village namely roads and bridges in 2018 is still in a concerned condition where the road that every day becomes the basic service needs of the community can not meet the needs or does not meet the expectations of the community.The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of road and bridge construction in Teluk Kelasa village year 2108. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In data collection, authors use interview techniques, document searches and documentation. Village Development aims to improve the welfare of villagers and the quality of human life as well as poverty reduction through the fulfillment of basic needs, development of village facilities and infrastructure, development of local economic potential, and sustainable utilization of natural and environmental resources, Village Development includes the planning, implementation, and supervision stages.The result of this research is that the village of kelasa bay has carried out economic development activities using the village budget from the central and the allocation of provincial and district village funds, which is carried out by the village government and assisted by the partispasi of the villagers carrying out village development both in terms of roads and bridges, but from the result of the construction of roads and bridges in the village of kelasa bay has not been implemented to the maximum in 2018 due to several factors such as delays in the development of village funds and the allocation of village funds , difficulty access to heavy equipment for the construction of roads and bridges, poor weather conditions, and the certainty of less people.Keywords : Community Participation, Consensus Oriented, Effectiveness and Efficiency.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Dar El Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Pekanbaru with the purpose to find out the behavior of female students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah when in the back room and in the public stage of the school (front stage) in dramaturgy analysis. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods. Subjects in this study were 5 female students as subjects and 2 teachers as informants. In collecting data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results in this study indicate that the behavior of female students when they are in a back stage dormitory is different from the behavior when in a public school space. When students are in the private room of the hostel many violations occur, such as speaking harshly, dirty, and indecent, dont use official Arabic and English, sexy dress or dont comply with the rules, dont obey the existing rules. But it is different when students are in public spaces of the school they will try to build themselves, put themselves down by giving a good impression as if they are obedient and obedient to follow any existing rules. Abstract

World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is an NGO engaged in environmental conservation and sustainable management of natural resources to make efforts to overcome environmental damage in the Kampar Watershed especially in the PLTA Koto Panjang reservoir in 2018-2020. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which uses primary data based on interviews and secondary data such as books, documents, journals, and several other sources. The author’s perspective use is pluralism perspective with the level of analysis of group and use the international organizations theory. This research shows that the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) has made various efforts to overcome environmental damage in the PLTA Koto Panjang reservoir using its roles as an international organizations through forest and land rehabilition by local group, the application of the Ecosystem Approach of Aquaculture (EAA), community empowerment activities through processed fish products, and approaching Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) programs in the schools. Keywords : Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), World Wide Fnd for Nature (WWF), Environmental Damage, PLTA Koto Panjang Reservoir.
