<![CDATA[This study was conducted to analyze how the dynamic formulation ofMSEs in the City Btam 2012-2013. Formulation of MSEs in Batam year 2012-2013 experiencing tough debate advance of Trade Unions APINDO premises. Theproblem in this research is how the dynamic formulation of MSEs in the CityBtam years 2012-2013?This study is a qualitative study, the data collection techniques in thisstudy is a descriptive analysis. This study uses the documentation (observation)and key informant interviews together as objects of information that aims toachieve the goal to get the information in this study. Data used in this study areprimary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation andinterviews with key informants in this study.Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that in thefield of employment one of the problems faced by workers from year to year is theissue of wages. MSE formulation dynamics always starts from labor discontentover their wages terimasehingga wage boards consisting of APINDO, laborunions and the government should review the formulation of policy formulationby considering several alternatives based on the results of a quantitative surveyKHL fluctuating and changing every year. Determination of minimum wagepolicy is a safety net (social safety net) to safeguard the welfare of workers andanticipate the decline of purchasing power imbalance diakibatkanoleh societywhich labor market (labor market disequilibrium) .Pemerintah as the mediatormust be considerate in the dynamics of SME policy formulation is due to theincrease in wages the minimum is too drastic to be detrimental to the company.Conversely rise too flat / ramps unfavorable workers, because the increase ininflation that will be lost by raising workers' welfare objectives will not beachieved.Key : formulation, policy, minimum wage town]]>

<![CDATA[In Kampar Regency is the producer of aquaculture products with thehighest ratings supported the existence of great potential in the development ofsuperior commodities especially aquaculture sector. Approximately 90 percent ofaquaculture production came from Riau Province Kampar it is not wrong if calledKampar is aquaculture Riau lives. Licensing fisheries management in KamparDistrict contained in Kampar District Regulation No. 28 of 2009 ConcerningLicensing Services And Business Recommendations and / or activity of theEnvironment Division. Kampar was umpteen of county and city in Riau Provincewhich has 2,112 hectares of fish ponds and rivers and reservoirs kerambah 410.Unfortunately the potential of fisheries, particularly aquaculture in KamparRegency maximum untapped. These results indicate that there is an important roleTibun Koto Village Government in improving fisheries potential, namely throughcoordination with the Department of Fisheries, as well as factors that affect themiraculous is Factor Human Resources, Regulatory Factor (rules), OrganizationalFactors, Factors Administrative, Budget factor. This research was conducted inthe District Fisheries Office and the Office of Rural Koto Kampar Tibun. The dataused in this research is data Primary and secondary data. <![CDATA[This research aims to get known the tourist perception of Mbah Soero Mine Hole in Sawahlunto West Sumatera. The research was done by taking samples are 100 respondents decided by slovin. Data analysis technique used is quantitative desciptive method to analyze the problems. Time research from December 2014 to Januari 2015. Data collection techniques took by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Data measurement technique was using likert scale to know the length of intervals.Based on the research results,that the tourist perception of Mbah Soero Mine Hole in Sawahlunto West Sumatera are cognitive aspect, affective aspect, and conatif aspect. For cognitive aspect about location tourist attraction is good. Affective aspect to be highest score about management tourist attraction of Mbah Soero Mine Hole in Sawahlunto. Such as the guide service,institusional of tourist attraction, tourist attraction facilities, and entrance ticket service are good. <![CDATA[Autism is complex developmental disorder, associated with communication, social interaction and behavior. Children with autism in the development process requires special handling that is different from normal children in general. Therapy is a form of alternative in treating autism assisted by a special education program . it is intended to provide assistance as needed in order to run a good socialization process so that children can live independently.This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. The number of subject in this study were 10 respondents who include teachers or therapists 7 in the foundation of Alfath and 3 parents who have children with autism who undergo therapy and education process in the foundation of Alfath.The result of this study indicate that teachers are therapists and families play an important role in the socialization of children with autism early. Socialization by Alfath Siak foundation through therapy program for children with autism in accordance with the needs and provide special aducation for children with autism choose a different socilazation patterns. The dominant patterns. The dominant patterns of socialization is done in the foundation Alfath Siak is participatory socialization patterns, this is due to the participation of children with autism is the most important thing of the socialization process. Participatory socialization patterns also emphasizes the interactions the interaction of the child as the center of socialization. To support an increase in the socialization of children with autism, the role of teacher or therapist and the family becomes very important agent of socialization. The teacher‟s role in the socialization of children with autism not only do in foundation, but teachers also play a home for children with autism. <![CDATA[This research purposed to get know how performing arts development in The Karimun District of Karimun Regency Riau Island Province. How far potential and readiness from the government and the peoples to packing the perfoming arts to be a cultural tourism attraction that worthy presented for tourists. Because so far Karimun District is an area that active in performing arts events every years.This research used qualitative desciptive method to analyze the problems. The sample in this research are 11 samples by using snowball sampling. And then the technique to collected data in this research are using by observation, interview and documentation.Based on the research, performing arts packed as a cultural tourism attraction can be said to begin to develop. Because in Karimun District, performing arts presented as free entertainment for the peoples and tourists. Performing arts which consist of Dance, Music and Theatre had met several points of characteristic features for performing arts that packged for tourists as tourist community, such that a clone of the original, a short and solid version, had eliminated its sacred, magical and symbolic value, varied served, interested served. Even the last point that low pocket costs for tourist, it could be said not apply in Karimun. Because in Karimun District didn’t apply performing arts by using tickets or charge. <![CDATA[This research will examine to found what is Japanese interests to cooperate with Tiongkok in an economic policy that created by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is the call with Abenomics.this research an aim to xplain economic policy of Shinzo Abe. This research was conducted by using the method of research literature where the data and information obtained from sources that are relevant to this research problem.This research uses liberalism perspective to analyze the interests of Japan and Japan's efforts to improve its alliance with Tiongkok. The theory used in this research is the economic theory of Keynes pointed out that called Keynesian liberalization. The studies discussed in this research is the study of international political economy.The results of this study illustrate Japan needs Tiongkok as a means to prop up the economy after the deflation that occurred in 2011 were caused by the tsunami disaster that damages parts of Japan. As for Japan's economic policy with regard to choosing Japan chose Tiongkok because Tiongkok is one country that has the largest economy and influential in the world.Japan also wants to improve its alliance with Tiongkok worsened, due to historical facto and disputes. The sample of this research was 57 travel agent which was taken by accidental sampling. The technique of collecting data in this research used observation, questionaire and interview. To know the interval range, the writer used likert scale.Based on the result of this research. <![CDATA[The existence of the internet has influenced major changes in the patterns of communication. Presence Cyber Extension aims to develop a web-based agricultural information system remains effective, timely , targeted and changing communication patterns bring a change of direction of becoming a two-way communication .The purpose of this study to determine how the message flow in the use Cyber Extension , to determine the form of communication to use Cyber Extension and determine the factors supporting and inhibiting communication pattern educator to use Cyber Extension .This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach. The data collected by doing observation, interview, and documentation. There are 10 participants taken by purposive technique for this research. This research used the interactive data analysis from Miles and Hubermen by using examination of validity technique thorough the extension of membership and triangulation.The results of research show communication pattern instructor use of Cyber Extension is the message flow two way, where the two-way communication can also be done with upward communication , downward communication and communication diagonal . This form of communication to use Cyber Extension extension is done by direct communication is discussed and plunge into a field instructor and indirect communication is by using the internet Cyber Extension . Factors supporting the extension of the use of communications Cyber Extension is the availability of information on Cyber Extension and inhibiting tissue factor and lack of willingness to take advantage of Cyber Extension educator.Keyword : Communication Pattern , Communication Instructor, Cyber Extension.]]>

<![CDATA[Leadership communication is the process of delivering the mind or feelings of a leader to subordinates by using the symbol - a symbol that is meaningful to both parties, in certain situations using a particular medium of communication to change attitudes or behavior of a number of people so that there are certain effects are expected. The purpose of the study was to determine the communication model editors, editorial director of communication and communication climate chief editors in improving the performance of journalists in the General Direction Daily Newspapers Riau.This study used a qualitative method that seeks to provide an overview of the events that have happened and interview techniques through a conversation with a specific intent by both sides, which gives interviewer and interviewee questions to answer. The validity of the data using triangulation technique that compares the data with the results of observation research documentation.From the results of this study found that communication editors in improving the performance of reporters needed communication up and down communication, there is also a form of communication climate chief editor and editorial director of communication in improving the performance of journalists in Daily Newspapers Public Policy, Riau if all such communications running smoothly performance of journalists in the General Direction Daily Newspapers Riau will be maximal.Keywords : Leadership Communication, Performance Of journalist, Newspapers]]>
