Abstract

This research aimed to implementation of promotion at Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang in Pekanbaru. This research aims : (1) to knows the goals of the promotion at Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang in Pekanbaru, (2) to knows the reasons why the promotion must doing at Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang in Pekanbaru, (3) to knows the promotions programs that was doing by Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang Pekanbaru, (4) to knows who is doing the promotion at Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang Pekanbaru, (5) to knows where is the promotion of Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang Pekanbaru was doing.sample in this research was 100 respondent. This research uses descriptive method to clarify the issues raised in this research.the results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the implementation of promotion at Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang in Pekanbaru could be good enough. this is proved by the acquisition of overall promotion programs total score is 3,609 points.constraints in the promotion of Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang Pekanbaru: (1) the goals of promotion is to increase the society knowledge about tourism place, to increase the number of tourist, and to increase the owner income. (2) Taman Rekreasi Alam Mayang still have problems to do the promotion programmes, such as promotion within use television and radio media. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand why are Indonesia and Philippines want to cooperate about security and terrorism in 2005-2011. Indonesia and Philippines are two countries who had so many incidents from the action of terrorism, and both countries had same unstable condition who make the both countries susceptible to issues of terrorism. In this research will be explained too about what are the factors that make these two countries cooperate in tackling terrorism. It is also explained about there are some links between Jemaah Islamiyah and the MILF who became the one of very strong supporting factor for the two countries to cooperate in tackling terrorism. Last thing to be discussed in this research is the international law who the both countries made for this security cooperation in tackling terrorism.This research theoretically has built with neoliberalism perspectives on International Relations and supported by International Cooperation, and International Security theories, and also the concept of non-traditional security. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.In this research, factors that influences Indonesia and Philippines to cooperate about security and terrorism in 2005-2011 is the strong connection who bond group of terrorist in Indonesia and group of terrorist in Philippines. With this cooperation who made by the both of countries, hopefully can makes that strong connection between the group terrorist of the both countries can gone and the both countries can make a stability in the region of the Southeast Asia.Keywords : Terrorism, Indonesia, Philippines, Security, Cooperation

Abstract

United States of America as the main actor—in many cases—of world politics constellation has done a number of double standard politics for preserving its certain national interest. For a century, Middle East has been one of the most focussed object for United States foreign policies. This research is aimed to explain United States diplomatic dilemma and double standard politics toward Egypt civil-military conflict and Morsi coup in 2013, which tries to answer why United States used double standard politics on Egypt case. United States has a strong policy on democratization, human rights and anti-coup, which made a controversial policy on Egypt cases. United States never calls Egypt case as a coup and still continuing its foreign aid to Egypt’s new governement (military government).This research theoretically has built with rasionalism perspectives on International Relations and supported by National Security theories, and also the concept of Diplomatic Dilemma and Double Standard Politics. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is United States policy toward Egypt coup which is considered by viewing international and United States’s middle east allies responses on the same case.Researcher has formulated an answered-hypothesis which reveals the facts that United States double standard is caused by United States diplomatic dilemma. These diplomatic dilemmas also influenced by United States pragmatism on its Arab Spring foreign policy. Abstract

Successful team must be set up with a good candidate determination of campaigners, target and analysis of community needs, how to compose messages that campaign as well as media selection and deployment of media effectively and efficiently. Successfully recruited a team of workers potentially amenable duties and functions. Internal consolidation campaign team is done by holding preparatory meetings before and during the campaign. The preparation includes strengthening party networks to the board on the Villages to Hamlet-Hamlet, preparation of witnesses in each polling station, monitoring the development of competitors in each village, and budgeting search campaign finance, media and techniques election campaign, as well as raising mass for the campaign. The more interesting the messages conveyed in the media, then the public would be interested anyway to listen or understand. communication techniques should be considered in the general election by using the mass media. Medium or forum is a vehicle is selected in the campaign. For the print media could be newspapers, magazines, leaflets, or flyers. Abstract

This reserach describes the collaboration between UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) and Indonesia within developing tourism sector in Pangandaran 2011-2013. Tourism sector is an important component of the Indonesia economy, and Pangandaran is one of the popular tourism destinations in West Java that contribute in Indonesia economy. However, due to the tsunami disaster in 2006 severely effect within tourism in Pangandaran. The purpose of this research is to explain the STREAM (Sustainable Tourism through Energy Efficiency with Adaptation and Mitigation Measures) project as a form of collaboration between UNWTO and Indonesia in developing the tourism sector in Pangandaran to revitalizing the tourism area.This research uses qualitative methods with techniques of writing a literature review through the secondary data which are already available in the literature, books, journals and website searches. This research also uses pluralism perspective, international organization theory and collaboration theory to explain collaborating between UNWTO and Indonesia.The result of this research indicates that the STREAM project has made Pangandaran as tourism areas that are resistant to the climate change and able to increase tourist arrivals, both local and foreign. This research also shows the successful of the STREAM project. One of the success factors of this project is the involvement of the local community and surrounding communities during the project was implemented. The STREAM project in Pangandaran is being implemented by UNWTO together with the Indonesia Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The project is also part of the International Climate Initiative (ICI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety.Keywords: UNWTO, Tourism, STREAM Project, Climate Change

Abstract

This study will describe the economic and political interests of Indonesia in CPO(Crude Palm Oil) export cooperation with Slovakia especially from the signing of theMemorandum of Understanding on Technical Cooperation in the Field of Agriculture in 2011.The method used in this research is qualitative research. Some of the data obtained camefrom books, journals, articles, annual reports, the internet and other media. In this study alsoused the perspective of liberalism, international cooperation theory, and national interestconcept.This research shows that Indonesia always faces the increasing of CPO exports to Slovakiaevery year, and Slovakia’s dependence to Indonesia’s CPO for the biofuel industries. Abstract

Lingga Regency is one of the young regencies in Kepulauan Riau province. After divided into autonomous regions since 2003, the regency has implemented three times Election, which in the 2004, 2009, and 2014. In the 2009, the final result comes with no women are elected as legislators in Lingga regency. It was noted that among of 20 members of the legislature who are not elected members of the legislature with the female gender. The presence of womenn in the legislature considered to be important because it can provide ideas and views that correspond to the presence of women themselves. The absence of women as legislators in Lingga regency is a form of failure of representation for women.This study look at the process (mechanism)of recruitment by political parties in Lingga regency recruit women candidates and to determine the cause of the failure of women's representation in parliament of Lingga regency. The foundation for this research is theory of political recruitment. This study using a qualitative research approach. Based on the analysis, it can be seen that the political recruitment is the estuary of the quality of the proposed candidates. Political recruitment by political parties in the Lingga regency for the candidates is closed recruitment. Closed recruitment has some disadvantage with not involving public to see and assess the ability of elite that displayed.The problem that faced by women in legislative elections in the Lingga regency are low education quality of voters, island regions, and economic factors. Accordance with these results, the failure of women's representation in the Lingga House of Representatives in 2009 due to the closed recruitment by political parties and low quality voters.

Abstract

Participation or involvement society in politics are the form of democracy in a country, the one of that democracy is a Musrenbang from the village to the national level. Musrenbang would be successful if all the delegation of society involve to participate and the process of implementation could be appropriate as Musrenbang principle in Kepmendagri No.050-187 / Kep / Bangda / 2007, there are equality, discussion, alignments, anti-domination, anti-discrimination, development village holistically. This research aims to investigate the implementation of Village Musrenbang in Pekan Heran Village already appropriate of the principles in Kepmendagri Musrenbang No.050-187 / Kep / Bangda / 2007.This research is a qualitative research is conducted with a descriptive approach. The technique of this research is using purposive sampling with 14 informants. The methods of data collection using interview techniques, and documentation.The technique of the data analysis is using triangulation.Based on the research results of the stages of the implementation of the Village Musrenbang Pekan Heran in 2014 is an appropriate conformity with as established, but a society participation in the activities of the Village Musrenbang low levels, because a society lack of education, social and economic, as well as the lack of socialization of village appliance, and the process of implementation Musrenbang Pekan Heran Village in 2014 is in appropriate yet with the principles Musrenbang in Kepmendagri No.050-187 / Kep / Bangda / 2007 in the principle of anti-domination, and holistic development.Keywords: Rural planning, Participate of Society, and Musrembang

Abstract

Progress of an area affected by the administrative system. The smooth administration of the area led to the smooth achievement of the goals and progress of the region itself. Service is at the core of the administration which requires the administrator to implement it properly in the organization of a region, particularly in the tax service office SAMSAT. Good service and the right will provide excellent results for the operation of the administration in the area. the importance of service and administration are given in Pekanbaru City SAMSAT office to the public by members of the National Police and assisted by local revenue offices. In these activities involve more local Revenue Office in terms of employment in particular SAMSAT payment, administration and tax services into a long procedure for the public to make payments where there are processes related to the police who should be separated in the submission to the public. Duties and obligations of the National Police in serving the community in which that has been listed in uu No. 02 of 2002.The purpose of this study to determine the evaluation of administrative services and police members in the management of public motor vehicle tax in Pekanbaru City SAMSAT office, in addition to inhibiting factors Knowing the evaluation of administrative services and police members in the motor vehicle tax administration office SAMSAT Pekanbaru City In research The author uses descriptive qualitative research method that gives an overview of the situation and analyze the data based on the field survey. In the study, which became the subject is SAMSAT Office of Police in the city of Pekanbaru, while the object of research is the evaluation of the police in providing services to its citizens. In this study there is a framework as a reference in developing a problem for researchers, service flow based on the principle of service according SutopoThe results of this study indicate that implementation of existing services need to be improved in terms of both performance and completeness of infrastructure and facilities in service delivery. So what is expected by society in Pekanbaru city will be realized. One of the issues that may need attention are eliminating intermediaries or brokers who relieved assigned services in the area of call centers services are very detrimental to society Pekanbaru.
