Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of presentation of financial statements accessibility of financial statements and internal control system of government on accountability of financial management. The sampling in this study were which consists of Head OPD, Head of Finance OPD, and Treasurer Expenditure OPD Indragiri Hulu regency government. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Data of this study uses primary data directly through a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 21. Technical analysis of the data to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the results of the study stated that the presentation of financial statements, accessibility of financial statements and internal control systems of government affect the accountability of financial management. Contributions the influence of financial statement presentation, accessibility of financial report and internal control system of government explain accountability of local financial management in OPD of Indragiri Hulu Regency equal to 83,6%. While the remaining 16.4% influenced by variables not observed in this study.Keywords : presentation of financial statements, accessibility of financial statements, internal control system of government, and accountability.

Abstract

This research was conducted at BRI Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Customer Relationship Marketing, and Customer Value to Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at BRI Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. The number of samples in this study is 100 customers at BRI Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. The determination of the sample by using accidental sampling method is the sampling technique that is done based on the needs. Data analysis conducted in this research using Path Analysis Model (Path Analysis). The results of this study obtained the following conclusions: 1) Customer Relationship Marketing has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction, 2) Customer Value has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction, 3) Customer Relationship Marketing has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. 4) Customer Value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. 5) Customer Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, 6) Customer Relationship Marketing has positive and significant impact on Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. 7) Customer Value has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction at BRI Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak.Keywords : Customer Relationship Marketing, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Domestic industry not only plays a role in providing jobs, but also plays a role in economic empowerment. Manufacturing Enterprises crispy mushroom oyster mushroom is engaged in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms and post-harvest processing. This study aims to determine the development strategy of industry in the city of Pekanbaru (business case studies Manufacturing crispy mushroom oyster mushroom). As this study used secondary data and primary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency Pekanbaru City and obtained directly from the respondent businesses crispy mushroom Oyster Mushroom Processing Industry in the city of Pekanbaru. Population businessman crispy mushrooms Oyster Mushroom Processing Industry in Pekanbaru city has 9 business units. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive method by using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of SWOT analysis, shows that the effort mushroom crispy oyster mushrooms Processing Industry in the city of Pekanbaru have a strategy in developing the business, as well as in dealing with problems in the internal and external environment of the industry. Where this strategy is in quadrant 1. The strategy should diretapkan in these conditions is to support aggressive growth policy. This aggressive strategy to focus more on strategy SO (strenght-opportunities), by using force to take advantage of existing opportunities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Country of Origin and Brand Image on Perceived Quality and Purchase Intention OPPO Smartphone in Pekanbaru. The sampling method using a census of all the population being sampled. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The total sample of 96 respondents who are employees of Hotel Comfort Dumai. The analysis technique used is path analysis method. The results showed that variable Country of Origin and Brand Image has positive and significant effect on Perceived Quality and Purchase Intention. The variable that has the most dominant influence on Purchase Intention is a Brand Image variable. From this study obtained Rsquare value of 0,803 for the influence on Purchase Intention, this means that 80.3% Purchase Intention variable can be explained by Country of Origin, Brand Image and Perceived Quality variable and the remaining 19.7% is explained by other variables outside the equation.Keywords: Country of Origin, Brand Image, Perceived Quality, Purchase Intention

Abstract

The topic for the essay writing on how the development trend of the future production of beeswax. This study aims to determine the development trend of production of beeswax in the District of Gunung Sahilan Kampar regency in 2017 until 2021. The data used in this study are primary data such as industrial production data beeswax the period 2010 to 2016, where these data are Data normality. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed using Least Square method (Least Square Method). The results of this study indicate that the quantity of production of the last 7 years of industry beeswax in District Gunung Sahilan Kampar Regency fluctuate from year to year. From the linear trend line equation is Y '= 2035.71 - 398,21X, it is known that the trend in industrial production beeswax tends to decrease, while forecasting trends in 2017 until 2021 also decreased. This suggests that the development trend of industrial production beeswax experienced negative movements.Keywords: Production, Beeswax Industry, Least Squares Method.

Abstract

Research conducted to know The Impact Of Landfills Muara Fajar The Socio-Economic In The Village Of Muara Fajar Subdistrict Rumbai Pekanbaru City. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of research in the know that the social impact existence of landfills Muara Fajar it is on in the health variable, environment and comfort. Where the health variable is diseases who often suffered by communities around the landfills Muara Fajar ie fever, diarrhea, skin disease and acute respiratory infections. The environmental variable the impact of landfills Muara Fajar inflict air pollution namely in the form of odor, of research obtainable people think sometimes smell that is there are 31 respondents or 45.59%. And the variable comfort overall that some communities assume disrupted as is the existence of landfills, of research obtainable 37 respondents or54.41%. While the economic impact the existence of landfills contained in the variable employment and income. Where the variable employment of existence landfills Muara Fajar about 28 respondents or 41.18%. And variable income produced by communities around the landfills Muara Fajar varies greatlyranging from the smallest Rp. 500.000,- to the largest Rp. 10.000.000,-.Keywords:Trash, Landfills, Impact and Socio-Economic

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Budgeting Participation, Budgetary Goal Clarity on the Managerial Performance and Organizational Commitment as a moderating variable in the District Government of Rokan HIlir.The population in this study is the Regional Task Force (SKPD), SKPD treasurer, and financial staff SKPD Rokan Hilir district, using a questionnaire survey. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents, but only 69 respondents who fill out questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analisys who assisted with SPSS software. Results shows that budgetting participation has effect to the Manajerial Performance, Budgetary Goal Clarity has effect to the Manajerial Performance, and organizational commitment has moderated the effect of budgetting participation and Budgetary Goal Clarity on Managerial Performance.Keywords : Participation, Budgetary Goal Clarity, Commitment, and Manajerial Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction and Morale on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the of employees Hotel Comfort Dumai. The sampling method using a census of all the population being sampled. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The total sample of 108 respondents who are employees of Hotel Comfort Dumai. The analysis technique used is path analysis method. The results showed that variable Job Satisfaction, Morale, and Organizational Commitment positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The variable that has the most dominant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a Morale variable. Of this study obtained Rsquare value of 0,879, this means that 87.9% Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable can be explained by variable Job Satisfaction, Morale and Organizational Commitment and the remaining 12.1% is explained by other variables outside the equation.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Morale, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine wheter there a relationship among taxplayer awareness, knowlage, understanding and modernizations of the tax administration system on the willingness to implement tax obligations. The data was obtained from individual who works on Small and Medium Enterprices (SMEs) in Pekanbaru consisting of District Tampan, District Payung Sekaki, District Marpoyan Damai, District Rumbai and District Rumbai Coastal that the total number of units of micro, small and medium entreprises is 8832 units . The number of questionnaires distributed 100 pieces of questionnaires. But eventually that can be used for further analysis of questionnaires is 77 questionnaires. Use the method of sampling is convenience sampling This study used Partial Least (PLS) in test validity. The results of this study were obtained awareness t hitung > t tabel (6.49 > 1.993), knowledge t hitung > t tabel (6.68 > 1.993), understanding t hitung < t table (0.18 < 1.993), and the modernization of the tax administration system t hitung > ttabel ( 3.01 > 1.993). The result indicate that awareness, knowlage and the modernization of the tax administration system has positive on the implement tax obligations. However, understanding negatively affect the willingness to implement tax obligations.Keywords : Awareness, Knowledge, Understanding, Modernization and Willingness

Abstract

This researchis to determine the effect of the performance audit and internal control system of good government governance. Population in this research are civil servants in 28 work units siak district. While respondents consisted of a head of department, chief financial subdivision planning and financial planning staff totaling 68 people. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling, while data processing method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software for data processing 21. The conclusion are that the performance audit and internal control system significant effect on good government governance. Furthermore the determination test which adjusted R2 of 0,754 or 75,4% indicates that the performance audit and internal control system affecting the good government governance. While the remaining 24,6% is influenced by other variables.Keyword : audit performance, internal control system, good government governance
