Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the Influence of Public Accountability, Clarity of Budget Targets and Organizational Commitment to Managerial Performance in SKPDof Kampar Regency.The location of this research is all SKPD of Kampar. Time research was conducted from May 2015 - November 2015. In this study, the population used is all SKPDof Kampar. Respondents in this study is the structural officials involved in drafting the budget. In total, there are 32 SKPDs. Every SKPD will be given three questionnaires so that the number of questionnaires distributed is 96 pieces. The type of data used are primary data. Data Collection Techniques of field research and literature. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.Based on the analysis, the conclusions of this research are: 1) There is a significant influence Public Accountability on Managerial Performance. 2) There is a significant influence the Budget Targets Clarity on Managerial Performance. 3) There is a significant influence Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance. Based on the research results it was concluded that the determination coefficient 0,559. The coefficient of determination is positive, it indicates that approximately 55.9% of the variation can be explained by the Public Accountability, Clarity of Budget Targets and Organizational Commitment. While the remaining 44.1% is explained by other variables outside the model.Keywords: Public Accountability, Clarity of Target Budget, Organizational Commitment and Managerial Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Placement And Employee Attachment Through Motivation To Work Achievement (Case Study Of ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru) partially and indirect influence of variable intervening in path analysis. This research takes place in Polda Riau. The number of respondents are 182 ASN, Methods of data analysis using quantitative descriptive method with Path Analysis analysis tool, with the help of SPSS version 21.0. In this study consists of four variables, namely one dependent variable and three independent variables. These variables are Motivation (Y1), Work Achievement (Y2), Placement (X1), and Employee Attachment (X2). The results showed that: 1) Placement variable directly positively influenced significantly to the work performance of ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 2) Employment Attribute Variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 3) Placement Variables directly have a significant positive effect on motivation of ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 4) Employee Attribute Variables directly have a significant positive effect on motivation ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 5) Motivation variable has no significant effect on job performance, 6) Placement variable has no significant effect on job performance through motivation on ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru, 7) Employee engagement variables has no significant effect on job performance through motivation on ASN Polda Riau, Pekanbaru.Keywords : Employee Engagement, Job Performance, Motivation, Placement

Abstract

This reserch aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership structure, debt covenant, financial distress, growth opportunities, risk of litigation and leverage which accounting conservatism. This study uses secondary data. Sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. 53 companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange from 2010 to 2012. The analytical method is miltiple linear regression using SPSS version 20. Data collection for this research is documentation. The influenced managerial ownership structure variable for the accounting conservatism were 0.028, debt covenant for the accounting conservatism were 0.009, growth opportunities for the accounting conservatism were 0.029, risk of litigation were 0.001, and leverage were 0.045 have a significant influence on accounting conservatism. Meanwhile financial distress for the accounting conservatism were 0.667, the result show that financial distress wasn’t significant effect. The big influence of managerial ownership structure, debt covenant, growth opportunities, risk of litigation and leverage were 61.20%.Keywords : Managerial Ownership Structure, Debt Covenant, Growth Opportunities, Risk of Litigation and Leverage

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of budgetary participation and information asymmetry, environmental uncertainty, organizational commitment and reward as moderating variable towards budgetary Slack at government institution in Riau Province. The population in this study are all government agencies in Riau Province, totaling 39 units. To determine sample is using purposive sampling method, the respondents of this study is the managerial planning, coordination, evaluation, supervision, staffing, negotiation and representation of each government institution inRiau Province. The number of samples to be taken from this population is as much as 78 respondents. Analysis of data using models Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study states that the hypothesis testing results show that the budgetary participation and the budgetary participation moderated by organizational commitment has a significant influence on budgetary slack in the province of Riau. Budgetary participation moderated by budget asymmetry, budgetary participation moderated by environmental uncertainty, and the budgetary participation moderated by reward does not affect significantly to the budgetary slack in government institution of Riau Province.Keywords: Budgetary, Slack, Commitment, and Reward

Abstract

This study aims to test the variables of total quality service (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles) on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) the Branch Office of Pekanbaru City. The object of this research is PT Pegadaian (Persero) the Branch Office of Pekanbaru City. The population in this study are customers of PT Pegadaian (Persero) the Branch Office of Pekanbaru City amounting to 51,134 customers with a sample of 100 customers. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as instrument to prove the result of research, to test the hypothesis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression method and SPSS program version 20. The sampling technique that has been selected is the probability sampling method with random sampling (simple random sampling). The results of this study indicate that all variables of TQS (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles) have significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Branch Pekanbaru City.Keywords : Total quality service, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of variable competencies and organizational culture on effectiveness in PT . Vindia Agro Industri Kabupaten Simalungun Sumatra Utara . There is no benefit in giving advice to the leadership of the company PT . VAI and HR managers to be able to increase the effectiveness of employees in order to achieve company goals .The population in this study were 132 employees working at the Sweet Poteto with research samples totaling 52 employees at PT. Vindia Agro Industries. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling random sampling. Methods of data collection in this study is a questionnaire survey using instruments that are delivered directly to the PT. Vindia Simelungun Agro Industrial District of North Sumatra. The method of analysis that is performed multiple regression analysis using the computer program SPSS (Statistical and Service Solutions) version 21.0.Results of research conducted found that the competence and organizational culture variables simultaneously and significant influence on the effectiveness of employees.Based on the research results suggested for the company to pay attention to employee competence, especially on indicators of the ability to manage tasks, the ability to take swift action and the ability to carry out tasks and organizational culture within the company so as to increase the effectiveness of employees in the company in order to achieve a more optimal.Keywords : Effectiveness of the work , Competence and Organizational culture

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Human Resource Capacity, Utilization of Information Technology, and Government Internal Control System Against Financial Reporting Information Value (Empirical Study in SKPD KamparRegency). The location of object in this research is SKPD Kampar Regency. While the timing of this study was October 2015. The population in this study were all SKPD in Kampar Regency, which amounted 33 SKPD. The sampling used was purposive sampling. Data collection technique used by the author in this study consisted of field research and literature. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Human Resources Capacity, Information Technology Utilization, and Government Internal Control System affect the value of Financial Reporting Information.Based onthe calculation,the valueof determination coefficient of0.440.This showsthat the variable Human Resources Capacity, Information TechnologyUtilization, Government Internal Control Systemgivesthe effect of44.00% of the value offinancial reporting information. Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of consumer loyalty, switcher buyer, habitual buyer, satisfied buyer, likes the brand, and committed buyer. The population in this study is the people who make purchases of Indomie in Pekanbaru, with a sample of 140 respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study using descriptive analysis and cumulative percentage.From the results of descriptive analysis in percentage are: (1) switcher buyer have value equal to 36,9%, (2) habitual buyer has value equal to 69,3%, (3) satisfied buyer have value equal to 80%, (4) likes the brand which has a value of 88.6%, (5) committed buyers have a value of 71%. Most consumers are at likes the brand level of 88.6%, while the pyramid arrangement of brand loyalty is an inverse triangle shape. This includes that the Indomie brand has strong brand equity.Keywords: Brand Loyalty, switcher, habitual buyer, satisfied buyer, liking of the brand, committed buyer.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there are market anomaly (day of the week effect, weekend effect, week four effect and rogalsky effect) on stock return. The population in this study were the companies listed in the LQ-45 index during the period of January – Desember 2017.The sample selection using purposive sampling method to obtained a sample of 38 companies.The secondary data was collected such as daily stock prices from LQ-45 from January to December 2017.Hypotheses are tested by Anova, One Sample T-Test and Independent Sample T-Test SPSS version 20.All hypothetical test show that: (1) hypothese 1 tested by ANOVA show that there is no day of the week effect on LQ45 stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange period Jnauary - December 2017. (2) hypothese 2 tested by Independent Sample T-Test show that there isno weekend effect on LQ-45 stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange period Jnauary - December 2017. (3hypothese 3 tested by One Sample T-Test show that there is no week four effect on LQ-45 stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange period Jnauary - December 2017. Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial incentives, and physical work environment on employee morale PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru. Total population in this study were all employees of PT Baja DivaManufacturing Pekanbaru, consisting of 42 employees and a sample is drawn from the entire population consisting of employees of PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru totaling 42 people. Results of the study simultaneously there are significant financial incentives, physical work environment, on morale. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) = 0263 which means that the contribution of financial incentives, physical work environment on morale was 26.3%. Advice can be given that the employees inorder to continue to develop the ability continuously to carry out the task, to the leadership of the PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru to always strive to provide and increase the number of financial incentives to employees so that employees are satisfied with the incentive money received and feel better eager to work with the incentives and always improve the physical working environment such as the completeness of infrastructure and facilities in the works so that the number of existing employees seesuai the number of equipment and facilities available.Keywords: Financial Incentives, Physical Work environment and Morale.
