Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity (X1), NonPhysical Work Environment (X2), and Job Stress (X3) on OrganizationalCommitment (Y) of Employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The population of studywas 63 people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling (census).Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the resultof the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regressionanalysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Job insecurity had anegative and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees atAlpha Hotel Pekanbaru; 2) Non physical work environment had a positive andsignificant effect on organizational commitment of employees at Alpha HotelPekanbaru; 3) Job stress had a negative and significant effect on organizationalcommitment of employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru; 4) Job insecurity, nonphysical work environment, and job stress simultaneously effect on organizationalcommitment of employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Keyword: Job Insecurity, Non Physical Work Environment, Job Stress,Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and compensation on jobsatisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Means Building in Pangkalan Kerinci. Thepopulation in this study were all employees of PT. Mitra Sarana Building inPangkalan Kerinci totaling 145 people. The analytical method used is multiplelinear regression with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicatethat leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction;compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; leadershipand compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on jobsatisfaction. Keywords : Leaderships, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and workenvironment on work motivation with job satisfaction as a moderating variable.The research method used in this study is to use primary data obtained bydistributing questionnaires to permanent employees who work at the Rokan HuluHospital, totaling 81 samples. The approach used is a quantitative approach. Thedata is processed using SPSS 21.0 software. The analysis used in this researchincludes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesistesting. Based on the results of the analysis used, it can be seen that theIndependent variable, namely Compensation (X1) has no significant effect onWork Motivation (Y) and Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on theDependent variable, namely Work Motivation (Y), and the Moderating variable,namely Job Satisfaction. (Z) succeeded in moderating the Work Environment onWork Motivation and for the Compensation variable it was not moderatedsuccessfully. This can be proven by looking at the regression equation that hasbeen obtained, namely: Work Motivation = 0.062 Compensation + 0.391 WorkEnvironment + 0.020 Interaction1 + -0.010 Interaction2. From the researchresults, it is also known that the coefficient of determination with Job Satisfactionas the moderating variable is obtained R2 = 0.339. These results indicate that33.9% of work motivation can be explained by independent variables andmoderating variables studied in this study and the remaining 66.1% is explainedby other variables not examined in this study..Keywords: Moderated Regression Analysis, Compensation, Work Environment,Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and leadership onemployee performance at the PT. Capella Isuzu Pekanbaru. The population in this studyincludes all employees at the PT. Capella Isuzu Pekanbaru, totaling 54 people. Primarydata were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of thestudy, to test the hypothesis in this study using linear regression analysis with the help ofthe SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (54employees at the PT. Capella Isuzu Pekanbaru). The results showed that: 1) there was apositive and significant effect of the on employee performance at the PT. Capella IsuzuPekanbaru, 2) there was a positive and significant influence work discipline on employeeperformance at the PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work from Home (WFH) on Work Effectiveness and Employee Productivity Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru. The population of study included all employee as civil servant at BBPOM Pekanbaru, totaling 90 people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling. Primary was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Work from Home (WFH) had a positive and significant effect on Work Effectiveness employee Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru; 2) Work from Home (WFH) had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity employee Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru; 3) Work Effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity employee Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru; 4) Work from Home (WFH) had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity throughwork Work Effectiveness employee Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru.Keyword: Work from Home (WFH), Work Effectiveness, Work Productivity

Abstract

Along with people's needs in the use of smartphones which is increasing, making people's buying interest in smartphones is increasing, this is due to the impact of the era of globalization which has brought many changes in human life, especially in the field of technology. This change helps humans a lot in doing things effectively and efficiently. Smartphones are mobile phones that have high-level capabilities and have functions similar to computers. Some people think of a smartphone as a phone that has advanced features and works using the entire operating system software that provides a standard and basic relationship for application developers. Therefore, this study will discuss the influence of lifestyle and reference group on purchasing decisions and their impact on consumer satisfaction in generation z iPhone users in the city of Pekanbaru. The number of respondents in this study were 126 people with the sampling method using the Non Probability Sampling technique by means of Purposive Sampling. The analytical method used in this research is SEM-PLS. The results obtained are Lifestyle variables have a positive influence on iPhone purchasing decisions in Generation Z in Pekanbaru City. Then the Reference Group variable has a positive influence on the iPhone purchase decision variable in Generation Z in Pekanbaru City. Then the purchase decision variable has a positive influence on the iPhone Consumer Satisfaction variable in Generation Z in Pekanbaru City. Then the Lifestyle variable has a positive influence on the Consumer Satisfaction variable through the iPhone purchase decision variable in Generation Z in Pekanbaru City. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how mechanics at Dalimo Jaya MotorPekanbaru's performance is affected by training, work discipline, andcompetence. The population as a whole is used as a research sample in this study,which employs the census method or saturation sampling, with a total of 65participants. Primary data in this study were collected using a questionnaire asan instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this studyused multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program. The resultsshowed that: 1) the training variable has a positive and significant impact on theemployee performance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru, 2)the work discipline variable has a positive and significant impact on the employeeperformance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru, 3) thecompetence variable has a positive and significant impact on the employeeperformance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru. 4) thetraining, work discipline and competence variables simultaneously have a positiveand significant impact on the employee performance variable of mechanicsDalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru. Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Competency, and Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to know how the influence of the GDP, exchange rate, and inflation on Electronic Money Transactions in Indonesian in 2007-2020. This research uses independent variables of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Exchange rate, and Inflation and dependent variable is Elektronic Money Transaction in Indonesian. The data used in this research is annual data from 2007-2020. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and analyzed partially or simultaneously with multiple linear regression OLS (Ordinary Least Square) processed by using E-Views 10. The results of shows that the GDP and Exchange Rate simultaneously have a significant effect on electronic money transactions in Indonesia. Meanwhile, GDP have a positive and significant effect on electronic money tansaction in Indonesia, and exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on electronic money transactions in Indonesia, and Inflation have a positive and insignificant effect on electronic money transaction in Indonesia . In addition, it was found that the value of adjusted R2 is 84,65%.Keywords: Electronic Money Transactions, GDP, Exchange Rate, Inflation

Abstract

The current rapid growth of the world economy has reached a situation wherecompetition has become a problem that must be faced by business people in everyeconomic sector. PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Daratan is a company engagedin the field of information and communication as well as the provision of completetelecommunications services and networks in Indonesia. Employees at PT. TelkomIndonesia Witel Riau Daratan must give its best performance. Total QualityManagement and reward systems are things that must be considered by companyleaders in order to improve employee performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia WitelRiau Daratan. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management(TQM) on employee performance with a reward system as a moderating variablefor employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Mainland. Primary data werecollected with a questionnaire as an instrument. To test the hypothesis of the use ofSEM with the SmartPLS application assistance program. The population in thisstudy includes employees at the manager level and assistant managers. Thesampling technique used the census method, the sample of this study found 33employees. The results of the study indicate that: 1) there is a significant effect ofTotal Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance at PT. TelkomIndonesia Witel Riau Daratan in Pekanbaru City, 2) there is a significantinteraction effect between Total Quality Management (TQM) and the rewardsystem (Reward) on employee performance and the reward system is a moderatingvariable at PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of public share ownership, environmental performance, and firm size on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The variables of this study consist of public share ownership, environmental performance and firm size as independent variables, and disclosure of corporate social responsibility as the dependent variable. The research sample consisted of 13 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2018-2020. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. While the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique is taking samples using the criteria that have been set by the researcher. The results show that public share ownership, environmental performance, and firm size have a positive effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.Keywords: Public share ownership, environmental performance, firm size and disclosure of social responsibility
