Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Literacy, Minimum CapitalInvestment Policy and Friendship Relationships on Investment decisions in theCapital Market. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this studywere students who not invested in Pekanbaru. The data collection in this studyused the questionnaire method. The data analysis techniques used in this researchstudy using the multiple Regression with the help of the SPSS program. Theresults of the study show that: Financial literacy, minimum investment capital,and friendship have a significant effect on investment decisions. Keywords : literacy, minimal capital, friendship, decisions

Abstract

This research was conducted at Eria Bunda Hospital Pekanbaru. Thisstudy aims to determine the effect of reward, trust and empowerment on thecommitment of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in thisstudy included all nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital Pekanbaru, totaling 73 people.The primary data was collected through a questionnaire as an instrument to provethe result of the study. The sampling technique in this study is a saturatedsampling technique (census) which means making all member of the population asa sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis method withSPSS version 23 program. The results showed that : 1) reward had a positive andsignificant effect on nurses commitment at Eria Bunda Hospital, 2) trust had apositive and significant effect on nurses commitmentat Eria Bunda Hospital, 2)Empowerment had a positive and significant effect on nurses commitment EriaBunda Hospital, 4) reward, trust and empowerment had a positive and significanteffect on the commitment of nurses at Eria Bunda Hospital Pekanbaru. Keywords : Reward, Trust, Empowerment, commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Communication, OrganizationalCulture and Work Environment to Performance of Nurses at Eria HospitalPekanbaru. The population in this study includes the Nurses at Eria HospitalPekanbaru, totaling 73 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as aninstrument to prove the results of the research and secondary data was collectedthrough observation, literature study and interview with the parties involved in thisresearch. To test the hyphotesis in this study is using multiple linear regressionanalysis with SPSS 25 (Statistical Program for Social Sciences). The samplingtechnique that has been selected is Saturated Sample (73 Nurses at Eria HospitalPekanbaru). The results show that: 1) Communication has a positive andsignificant Influence on the performance of the Nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru,2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant Influence on theperformance of the Nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, 3) Work environment hasa positive and significant Influence on the performance of the Nurses at EriaHospital Pekanbaru, 4) Communication, Organization Culture and WorkEnvironment has a positive and significant Influence on the performance of theNurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. Keywords: Communication, Organizational Culture, Work Environment,Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with thequality of academic services in the Management Study Program FEB UNRI.The population in this study were all active undergraduate managementstudents with a sample of 100 students using simple random samplingtechnique. The data analysis used is IPA (importance performance analysis)with the SPSS program. The results showed that the level of satisfaction ofstudents majoring in S1 Management FEB UNRI from the dimensions ofreliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible was quitesatisfactory. The strategy used to increase student satisfaction majoring inS1 Management FEB UNRI is a service recovery strategy where thedepartment learns to deal with every problem and learn from failure, aswell as make continuous improvements and improvements. Keyword : Tangible, Reability, Responsivness, Assurance, Emphaty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and social media marketing on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction at the Sasmita Grilled Fish Cottage customers in Pasir Pengaraian. The population in this study were all customers of Pondok Ikan Bakar Sasmita. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to see the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was purposive sampling method with a total sample of 80 customers of Pondok Ikan Bakar Sasmita. The results show that: 1) product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pondok Ikan Bakar Sasmita, 2) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pondok Ikan Bakar Sasmita, 3) social media marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pondok Ikan Bakar Sasmita, 4) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Pondok Ikan Bakar Sasmita, 5) product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Pondok Ikan Bakar Sasmita, 6) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Pondok Ikan Bakar Sasmita, 7) social media marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty Sasmita Grilled Fish Cottage. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of management commitment, external pressure,environmental uncertainty and leadership style on the implementation of financialreporting transparency with accountability as a moderating variable. This research is aquantitative research. The population in this study were 25 Regional ApparatusOrganizations (OPD) in Kampar Regency. The sample in this study used the conveniencesampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collectiontechniques using a questionnaire consisting of 3 respondents so that a total of 75questionnaires were distributed. The analytical method used is Multiple RegressionAnalysis using the SPSS version 25.00 program. The statistical results in this study showthat the variables of management commitment, external pressure, environmentaluncertainty, leadership style on the implementation of financial reporting transparencyhave an effect and the accountability variable moderates the independent variables on theimplementation of reporting transparency. finance . Keywords: Management Commitment, External Pressure, Environmental Uncertainty,Leadership Style, Financial Reporting Transparency and Accountability.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an employee's assessment, feeling, or attitude towards his workand related to the work environment is entirely a number of wants and needsthrough some work or work desires. The purpose of this study was to determinethe effect of workload, work stress and leadership on nurse job satisfaction duringthe COVID-19 pandemic at RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. This type ofresearch is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 76people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysismethod uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of theSPSS version 21 software application. The results of this study indicate that: 1)Workload has a negative and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 2) Jobstress has a negative and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 3)Leadership has a positive and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 4)Workload Work, Job Stress and Leadership have a significant and significanteffect on the job satisfaction of nurses in RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Keywords: Job Satisfaction;Workload; Work Stress; Leadership

Abstract

Forecasting is the art and science of predicting future events using data from the past. This research was conducted at PT. Ekadura Indonesia which aims to find out how to calculate the correct and effective production forecasting and to find out the most suitable forecasting method for the production of crude palm oil PT. Ekadura Indonesia. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the analysis used in this study includes the method of moving average, exponential smoothing, and trend projectionby comparing the forecasting error rate measured from the smallest mean absolute percentage error. The result of this study indicate that of the three methods used, the projection trend methods have the smallest mean absolute percentage error, which is 2,1023%.Keyword: Forecasting, Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, Trend Projection, and MAPE.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has not only resulted in a public health crisis but has had a sugnificant impact on all aspects of life. Small and medium industry is one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This sector has experienced a significant impact. The condition of small and medium industries in the midst of a pandemic contineus to experience a decline in capacity, ranging from production capacity to a decrease in income. The existence of small and medium industries in Indonesia is very important because they tend to be better at absorbing a productive workforce, can achieve productivity through investment and technological change, and have an advantage in terms of flexibility. Facing a pandemic, small and medium industry players are required to change their way of thingking, mental attitude, and strategy to maintain their existence in this mass pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic also requires small and medium industry players to equip themselves with new skills and innovations, which is no less important to prepare business sustainability measures so that they can survive or improve their business existence. During the pandemic, most of the small and medium industry players tried to survive by carrying out a number of strategies. This study aims to determine the strategies of small and medium apparel industry players in the city of Pekanbaru in maintaining the existence of their business, whether by using an online marketing system, product innovation, and building partners can increase the existence of the apparel industry business in the city of Pekanbaru. Primary and secondary, with a total of 78 business actors as respondents. Data collection using queationnaires and direct interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of online marketing systems and building partners to be able to maintain business existence has not been implemented by business actors, business actors are more innovating their product to survive in this covid-19 pandemic era.Keywords: Online Marketing System, Product Innovation, Building Partners, Business Existence, and Small and Medium Industries

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the Perceived Price and Perceived Easeof Transactions on the Purchase Decision of Fashion Products and ConsumerSatisfaction at Shopee Aplication. This research was conducted on all activeundergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University ofRiau who use the Shopee market place in shopping for unknown fashion products.This research consists of four variables : Purchase Decision (Y1), ConsumerSatisfaction (Y2), Perception of Transaction Ease (X2), and Perception of Price(X1). This research was conducted using a sample of 130 respondents. This studyuses a purposive sampling method, namely the determination of the sample basedon respondents who have certain criteria. Meanwhile, in terms of data analysis,this study uses the Path Analysis method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Packageof Social Science) version 25. Based on the hypothesis test carried out, the resultsshow that Perception of Transaction Ease has a Positive and Significant Effect onPurchase Decisions, Price Perception has a Positive Effect and Significant toConsumer Satisfaction through Purchase Decisions, Perception of Ease ofTransactions has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction throughPurchase Decisions, Purchase Decisions have a positive and significant effect onConsumer Satisfaction. Keywords: Perception of Price, Perception of Transaction Ease, PurchaseDecision, Consumer Satisfaction.
