Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Supervision and Job Stress onJob Satisfaction of Paramedics at Az–Zahra Hospital, Ujungbatu District, RokanHulu Regency. The population in this study were all employees working at AzZahra Hospital Ujungbatu, totaling 78 people. In this study, the sample used was30 samples of paramedical employees. Sampling used a purposive samplingmethod. The primary data in this study were obtained through interviews anddistributing questionnaires to prove the research results. The hypothesis testing inthis study was using multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS program.The results showed that: 1) partial job supervision had a significant effect onparamedics' job satisfaction in hospitals, 2) partial work stress had no significanteffect on paramedics' job satisfaction in hospitals, 3) supervision and work stresshad a joint effect significant effect on paramedic job satisfaction. Keywords: Supervision, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The company is a management function and a collection of people involved in anactivity to achieve a predetermined goal. In practice, companies need resources tocarry out business activities. One of the resources needed to manage the businessactivities of a company is human resources (HR). Human resources have a veryimportant role because without this element the company will not be able to achievethe goals that have been set. Work productivity will be very important in improvingcompany performance, this is because work productivity is a measure of the qualityand quantity of a workforce in a unit of time to achieve results. or work performanceeffectively and efficiently with the resources used. This study aims to see anddetermine the direct effect of 5S implementation on work productivity. Thepopulation in this study were all employees at PT. Ekaputra Prada Indonesia inPekanbaru totaling 45 people, using Multiple Linear Regression. In this study, thesampling method used the Census Technique, which is a sampling technique inwhich the entire population is selected to be a member of the sample so that thesample becomes 45 respondents. The results in this study Seiri, Seiton, Seiso,Seiketsu and Shitsuke have a significant effect on Work Productivity. With themaintenance of space and better organization of the workplace, it will be able toincrease company profits and also enable companies to show potential strengthsand abilities so that the implementation of 5S will provide an increase in workproductivity. Keywords: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke and Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline onemployee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Unit Terantam. Thepopulation in this study were all employees at PTPN V PKS Terantam Unit,amounting to 100 people. The sampling method in this study was purposivesampling technique, namely by selecting respondents. According to Sugiyono(2018:138) purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certainconsiderations. The sample in this study was 50 employees who worked at PTPNV PKS Terantam Unit. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as aninstrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this studyusing the instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regressionanalysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS program. The samplingtechnique that has been selected is simple random sampling technique. The resultsof the study show that: 1) Training partially has a significant effect on employeeperformance. 2) Work discipline partially has effect but not significant onemployee performance. So it is necessary to have work discipline to have apositive influence on employee performance. This shows that the better theapplication of work discipline, the better the employee's performance will be. 3)Training and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employeeperformance Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province is one of the representativeinstitutions of the Central Statistics Agency in the regions which has the maintask of providing basic statistical data in accordance with the provisions ofapplicable laws and regulations. This research was conducted at the CentralBureau of Statistics Jalan Patimurra No. 12 Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and training onemployee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population inthis study were 82 employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Riau province.The sample in this study was the entire population, amounting to 82 people. Thesampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling. This study usesmultiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this studyindicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on performance,work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, and thetraining variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile,simultaneously the variables of competence, work discipline and training have apositive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Competence, Work Discipline, Training

Abstract

Company value is the company's performance which is reflected in the stock pricewhich reflects society's assessment of company performance (Cholifah & Kaharti,2021). This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of tax planning andgreen innovation on company value with profitability as a mediating variable inmanufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The data used in this study is secondarydata obtained from the annual financial reports of companies in the consumergoods industry sector. The population in this study are all manufacturingcompanies in the consumer goods industry sector, totaling 59 companies listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sampling technique waspurposive sampling so 30 companies were included in the criteria. The dataanalysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysisusing SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 23. This studyfound that tax planning does not affect firm value. Green innovation andprofitability affect company value. Tax planning affects profitability by proxy forROA. Green innovation does not affect profitability. Tax planning has nosignificant effect on firm value which is mediated by profitability. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Competence, Compensation and JobSatisfaction on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT BPRFianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru as the object of research. This study uses aquantitative and qualitative approach. The population of this study were allemployees of PT BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru so that from thepopulation a sample of 55 employees was obtained using the saturated samplemethod. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linearregression test. This research instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed usingSPSS. The results of the study show that employee competence, compensation andjob satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keyword : Competence, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Financial literacy is financial knowledge and capability that affects efforts toimprove financial well-being (Hidayah et al., 2021). This study aims to examineand analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial planning, financial behavior,and financial inclusion on financial well-being. This research includesquantitative research. The total population in this study was 1,384 SMEs in thedistrict. High Cliffs, Meranti Islands Regency. The sampling method used in thisstudy is non-probability sampling with the side quota method. This research wascollected through a survey by distributing questionnaires, where the respondentsconsisted of SMEs in the district. Tebing Tinggi, Meranti Islands Regency, whichis in the trade, service provider, and food/beverage processing sector with a totalof 200 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple regression methodusing SPSS version 26. The results of the study prove that financial literacy,financial planning, financial behavior, and financial inclusion on financialwelfare. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Planning, Financial Behavior, FinancialInclusion, and Financial Welfare.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Leadership and Work Discipline onthe Quality of Public Services through Work Motivation in the Department ofPopulation and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses aquantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 employees at theDepartment of Population and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru.Sampling using the Saturated sampling technique method. The research instrumentused a questionnaire and was analyzed using path analysis using SPSS. The resultsof the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence betweenleadership and the quality of public service, 2) There is a positive and significantinfluence between work discipline and the quality of public service, 3) There is apositive and significant influence between work motivation and service qualitypublic, 4) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership and thequality of public services through work motivation, 5) There is a positive andsignificant influence between work discipline and the quality of public servicesthrough work motivation. Keywords : Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Public ServiceQuality

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to reallocate and refocus village funds for the preventionof Covid-19 in Pancuran Gading Village using William Dunn's 5 evaluation models, whatis the impact of reallocating and refocusing village funds for direct village cashassistance in Pancuran Gading Village and how the contribution of direct cashassistance funds for the prevention of Covid-19 in Pancuran Gading Village. In this studyusing qualitative methods with the type of case study. Data collection techniques usinginterview techniques, observation and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data,triangulation was carried out, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation andtime triangulation. Informants in this study were village heads, village secretaries, villagetreasurers, hamlet heads, community leaders and BLT recipients. Data analysis is doneby reducing data, presenting data and making conclusions. The results of this studyindicate that in terms of effectiveness, the budget refocusing policy has not been effectivein dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. In terms of adequacy, the refocusing ofthe budgeted funds has not been sufficient in terms of various factors, especially the KUAPPAS which has been evaluated showing a deficit. In terms of equity, the reallocation ofthe budget through APBD refocusing has been carried out in stages with an evenallocation of the budget to all units of the COVID-19 task force as well as social netprovider programs. Viewed from responsiveness, the APBD budget refocusing programreceived several responses from the public, both positive and distorted responses, inwhich many people consider the Covid-19 budget to be used as a tool for budget politics.Judging from the accuracy, the use of funds that have been centralized through theunexpected expenditure budget has been maximized in order to achieve the desiredbudget reallocation target. For the contribution of BLT funds during the Covid-19pandemic, it does not provide financial guarantees for families, it's just that these fundscan help them with financial matters, both used for savings and for health. Keywords: Dana Desa, Realokasi, Refocusing, Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stress, work discipline andmotivation on the performance on the performance of nurse in Rantau PanjangLeft Health Center, Kubu Babussalam sub-district, Rokan Hilir Regency.. Thepopulation in this study were all nurses at the Rantau Panjang Left Health Centeras many as 63 people. Sampling using the census method, namely taking theentire population as the research sample. The data analysis used is descriptiveanalysis, with quantitative analysis tools, namely multiple linear regression withthe help of the SPSS program. Based on the test results, it was found that thevariables of Work Stress, work discipline and motivation had a positive andpartially significant effect on nurse performance. The results of the F test alsoshow that the variables of Work Stress, work discipline and motivation have apositive and significant effect simultaneously on nurse performance. Keywords: Work stress, Work Discipline, Motivation and Employee Performance
