Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work characteristis, individualcharateristic, and nonphysical work environment on the satisfaction of internshipstudents majoring in manajemen faculty of economics and business University ofRiau. The population in this study includes all students majoring in manajemen,who enrolled in the year2017, totaling 201 people. Primary data was collectedusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test thehypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used with the helpof SPSS version 26 software. The sampling technique used was ProbabilitySampling or has given every member of the population the opportunity to bechosen into a sample of 135 students majoring in manajemen, who enrolled in theyear 2017. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work Characteristis has apositive and significant effect on the Satisfaction of Internship Students, 2)Individual Charateristic has a positive and significant effect on the Satisfaction ofInternship Students, 3) Nonphysical Work Environment has a positive andsignificant effect on the Satisfaction of Internship Students 5) WorkCharacteristis, Individual Charateristic, and Nonphysical Work Environment hasa positive and significant effect on the Satisfaction of Internship Students. Keywords: Work Characteristis, Individual Charateristic, Nonphysical WorkEnvironment, Satisfaction of Internship Students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CPO price, sales growth and exchangerate sensitivity on stock return in pandemic covid-19 era. The population in thisstudy palm oil plantation subsector companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (IDX) 2020-2021 period as many as 21 companies. The samplingtechnique used was purposive sampling method with the number of samples thatmet the criteria as many as 16 companies. This study used the Statistical Programfor Social Science (SPSS) as a method to analyze the data that has been obtained.The results showed that: (1) CPO price had a significant positive effect on stockreturn, (2) sales growth had a significant positive effect on stock return, (3)exchange rate had a positive and not significant effect on stock return, (4)simultaneously, CPO price, sales growth, and exchange rate had a significanteffect on stock return. Keywords: CPO Price, Sales Growth, Exchange Rate, Stock Return

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety (K3), workenvironment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Nagamas Agro MuliaTalikumain Kab. Rokan Hulu. The population in this study includes all employees at PT.Nagamas Agro Mulia Talikumain Kab. Rokan Hulu, totaling 86 people.Primary datawere collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, totest the hypothesis in this study using multiple analysis methods and path analysis withthe help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is thesaturated sampling technique by conducting a census. The results showed that: 1)occupational health and safety had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) workenvironment had a significant effect on employee performance, 3) occupational healthand safety had a significant effect on work motivation, 4) work environment had asignificant effect on motivation, 5) work motivation has a significant effect on employeeperformance, 6) work motivation does not mediate the effect of occupational health andsafety on employee performance, 7) work motivation does not mediate the influence of thework environment on employee performance. Keywords : Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Work Environment, Work Motivation,Employee Performance

Abstract

In the world's health care system, nurses have a very important role intreating and treating patients. The Mandau Duri Regional General Hospital is ahospital categorized as a type B hospital belonging to the Duri RegionalGovernment. Nurses at the Mandau Hospital must give their best performance.Behind a good performance, there will definitely be a physical workload andstress that follows. This study aims to determine the effect of physical workload onperformance with work stress as a mediating variable for nurses at Mandau DuriHospital. Primary data were collected with a questionnaire as an instrument. Totest the hypothesis using SEM with the help of the SMARTPLS applicationprogram. The population in this study includes all nurses who work in the ICUand IGD. Sampling technique using the census method, the sample of this studyamounted to 37 nurses. The results of the study indicate that: 1) there is anegative and significant influence between physical workload on the performanceof nurses in Mandau Hospital, 2) there is a positive and significant influencebetween physical workload on work stress in nurses at Mandau Hospital, 3) thereis an influence negatively and significantly between work stress on theperformance of nurses in Mandau Hospital, 4) there is a negative and significanteffect of physical workload on nurses' performance through work stress as amediating variable on nurses at Mandau Duri Hospital. Keywords: Physical Workload, Performance, and Job Stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working experience and workingdiscipline on employee performance with the physique working environment as amoderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana logas tanah darat subdistrict kuantansingingi regency. Population in this study include permanent employees ofPT,citra riau sarana t0 81 people. Primary data was collected by using aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the study, to test thehypothesis in this study, using multiple regression using spss software version forwindows. Sampling using non probability sampling method with saturatedsampling technique. The results of the study show that: 1)there is a significantinfluence between work experience on the performance of employee of PT.citrariau sarana. 2) there is a significant influence between the influence of disciplineon the performance of employee of PT.citra riau sarana. 3) there is a significantinfluence between work experience on employee performance and the workenvironment as a moderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana. 4) there is asignificant influence of work discipline on employee performance with the workenvironment as a moderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana. Keywords : experience, discipline, environment, performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership quality, compensation andjob satisfaction on the performance of employees at the director's office of PTHutahaean Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all employees at thedirector's office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected using aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression was used with the help of theSPSS 25 program.The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significantinfluence of leadership quality on employee performance at the director's office ofPT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 2) compensation has no effect on the performance ofemployees at the director's office at PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 30 job satisfactionhas no effect on the performance of employees at the office of directors of PTHutahaean Pekanbaru , 4) the quality of leadership, compensation and jobsatisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of thedirectors' office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Keywords: leadership quality, compensation, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, andprofitability on firm value. This research was conducted on various industrialsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by takingdata through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)www.idx.co.id and www.finance.yahoo.com. This research was conducted in theperiod 2016-2020. The population in this study amounted to 51 companies, whilethe sample in this study amounted to 40 companies using purposive samplingmethod. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this studyindicate that: dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value, debtpolicy has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significantpositive effect on firm value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability and Firm Value

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the e-ServiceQuality provided by Shopee and to find out which Shopee service attributes needto be prioritized to improve and meet customer satisfaction. The variables used inthis study are the dimensions of e-Service Quality, which consist of; efficiency,system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, andcontacts. The method chosen in this research is the Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) method, the e-Service Quality method, and the Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA) method. This research was conducted on Shopee users who live inPekanbaru City, with a total sample of 120 respondents using a purposivesampling method. Testing and data processing was carried out with the help ofSPSS 21 and Ms. Excel. The results showed that the overall Shopee customersatisfaction index in Pekanbaru City based on the CSI calculation was "satisfied"with a value of 72.97%. Based on the overall e-Servqual calculation -0.32, whichmeans that the service quality from Shopee as a whole is not maximized. Based onthe results of the IPA calculation, 3 attributes need to be prioritized forimprovement or improvement (quadrant I). 10 attributes that need to bemaintained (quadrant II), 10 attributes that have low priority by the user(quadrant III), and 1 attribute that can be removed (quadrant IV). Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, e-Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Abstract

The research was carried out at village owned enterprises (BUMDes) which areincluded in the basic clasification in kuantan singingi regency.. the purpose ofconducting this research is.1) that influence the influence of knowledge that onperformance of BUMDes managers 2) that influence the skills that onperformance of BUMDes managers 3) to influence the influence of attitudes onthe performance of BUMDes managers on Kuantan Singingi Regency. The samplein this research were BUMDes managers which included a basic classification of165 BUMDes with a total of 255 managers.The independent variables in thisstudy are knowledge, skills and work attitudes, while the dependent variable is themanager's performance. The sample analysis method used is descriptive analysis,quantitative analysis is validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing using WarpPLS program 0.7The results showed that 1) Knowledge variable (X1) has aneffect but not significant on performance (Y) because its significance value was0.06. This value is greater than the alpha value of 0.05.2) Skills (X2) and WorkAttitude (X3) variables have a significant on performance (Y) because thesignificance value is <0.01. the value are smaller than the alpha value of 0.05; 3)Of the two independent variables that have a significant effect, the Skills variable(X2) is the independent variables owned as the clear influence on performance(Y) because it has the largest path coefficient value, ie 0.22; Keywords: Knowledge, skills, work attitude and manager performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, job insecurityand work discipline on the turnover intention of outsourcing employees at PT. TigaJangkar Utama. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributingquestionnaires using the proportional stratified random sampling method. Thepopulation in this study were outsourced employees of PT. Tiga Jangkar Utamawith a sample of 99 employees. While the data analysis used is multiple linearregression analysis with SPSS 22 tools.Based on the results of the analysis, it wasfound that simultaneously organizational commitment, job insecurity and workdiscipline had a significant effect on turnover intention. Organizationalcommitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Jobinsecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. And workdiscipline has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. With acoefficient of determination of 0.634 which means organizational commitment, jobinsecurity and work discipline have an influence of 63,4% on the Turnoverintention of outsourcing employees, while the remaining 36.6% describes otherindependent variables not observed in this study. Keywords: Organizational commitment, job insecurity , work discipline andturnover intention
