Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and non-financialcompensation on the performance of Puskesmas employees through employee jobsatisfaction in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in thisstudy were 49 employees at the Puskesmas. Primary data in this study were collectedusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)was used with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The sampling technique wascarried out using the Saturated Sampling Method (Census) and 49 PNS Employees (CivilServants) were selected as samples. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive butnot significant influence between the Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction of HealthCenter Staff in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) There is a positiveand significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on the Job Satisfaction ofthe managers of Batang Cenaku District, Regency Indragiri Hulu, 3) There is a positiveand significant influence between the Work Environment on the performance ofPuskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 4) There is apositive and significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on theperformance of Puskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency, 5) There is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction on theperformance of PUSKESMAS managers in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency, 6) There is a positive but not significant influence between the WorkEnvironment on performance through employee job satisfaction as i intervening variablesin Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 7) There is a positive and significantinfluence between Non-Financial Compensation on performance through Employee JobSatisfaction as an intervening variable in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency. Keywords: Work Environment, Non-Financial Compensation, Performance,Satisfaction

Abstract

his research was conducted at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. The purposeof this study was to determine whether work motivation, work environment, andwork stress affect nurse performanceat Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. Thepopulation in this study were all nurses at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinciwith a total of 76 employees. The sampling technique method uses a saturatedsample method, namely as many as 76 respondents. Technical analysis for testhypothesis that used in this study are double regression. using descriptivestatistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis to produce classicalassumption tests, data analysis models, coefficient of determination and provehypotheses. The of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has apositive and significant effect on the performance of nurses, the work enviromentvariable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses andwork stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses.Work motivation, work environment and work stress simultaneously affect theperformance of nurses. Keywords: Work Motivation; Work Environment; Work Stress; Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of Advertising and ElectronicWord of Mouth in Tiktok application through Brand Image on PurchasingDecisions for Scarlett Whitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City. Thepopulation in this study are consumers of Scarlett Whitening skincare products inPekanbaru City who use Tiktok. The sample in this study amounted to 100samples using the purposive sampling method. Primary data was collected byquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test thehypothesis in this study is using path analysis with SPSS version 25.0. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the production of fish cage cultivation in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The population is all cage owners in Siak Hulu Subdistrict of Kampar Regency as many as 220 people, with a total sample of 69 people. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression. The results showed that the production of fish cage cultivation in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency was influenced by land and natural resources, labor and capital factors. This means that as land and natural resources, labor and capital factors increase, fish cage production also increases.Keywords: Production, Land and Natural Resources, Labor, Capital

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Quality Management Implementation (X) on Employee’s Performance (Y) by mediating Job Satisfaction (M) at CV. Ryur Namuri Chan In Kubang Village, Guguak District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The population in this study included all employees at CV. Ryur Namuri Chan, which amounts 63 people.Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument for research results, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS program. The sampling technique chosen was the census method (63 employees at CV. Ryur Namuri Chan in Kubang Village, Guguak District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency). The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of quality management on job satisfaction at CV. Ryur Namuri Chan, 2) There is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of quality management on employee’s performance, 3) There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) The mediation test show that job satisfaction provides a mediating role in the implementation of quality management on Employee Performance at CV. Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of the Islamic Marketing Mix and Trust variables on Muslim Tourists' Staying Decisions at Sharia Hotels in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were visitors who were and had previously stayed at the Syariah Hotel in Pekanbaru City. This research consists of three variables, including Islamic Marketing Mix (X1), Trust (X2) and Decision to Stay (Y). The sample in this study was visitors to Pekanbaru City sharia hotels, totaling 100 respondents. In terms of data analysis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPPS (Statistical Package for Social Science) application. Based on the hypothesis test carried out, the research results show that the Islamic Marketing Mix has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay, Trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay. Keywords: Islamic Marketing Mix, Trust, Decision to Stay

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Arvena Sepakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The population were 50 employees with saturation sampling. The data used in this study was primery data and the data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis with employee performance as the dependent variable and three independent variables are compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction. The result of the study found that : 1) Compesation has significant effect on the employee performance 2) Work environment has significant effect on the employee performance 3) Job satisfaction has significant effect on the employee performance.Keyword : Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the structure and performance of the confection industry in Pekanbaru city. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive methods. The type of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where the primary data itself is obtained directly from respondents through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. While the secondary data itself is obtained through government agencies such as the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City. The analytical method used in this research is a strategy of analyzing structure and industrial performance with the help of Market Share (MS, Concentration Ratio (CR), Indeks Herfiendahl-Hirschman (IHH), and Price Cost Margin(PCM). The results of the study of market share obtained the highest MS of 6,79% and the lowest MS of 1,25%. Research on the Concentration Ratio of 4 companies (CR4) in the confection industry in Pekanbaru City amounted to 24,55%. Indeks HerfiendahlHirschman (IHH) calculation is 0,048599. Abstract

This research alms to determine how much influence foreign debt, foreign direct investment and portfolio investment on the rupiah exchange rate in Indonesia. This research uses independen variables of foreign debt, foreign direct investment and portfolio investment, dependent variable is rupiah exchange rate. The data used in this research is annual data from 2005-2019. The analitical method used is descriptive quantitative and analized partially or simultaneously with multiple linear regression OLS (Ordinal Least Square) processed by using E-Views 11. The result shows that, foreign debt, foreign direct investment and portfolio investment has a significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate simultaneously. Meanwhile, foreign debt has a significant positive effect on the rupiah exchange rate, foreign direct investment has a significant negative effect on the rupiah exchange rate and portfolio investment has a positive insignificant effect on the rupiah exchange rate. Abstract

This study aims to see the feasibility of the brown sugar household industry in the village of gemalasari, Rangsang District, Kepualuan Meranti Regency. The population and sample in this study were brown sugar home industries in Gemalasari Village which stated 10 businesses. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Technique data through observation methods, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is quantitative and descriptive analysis. Financial analysis is performed to analyze financial aspects such as Net Present Value (NPV), Benefeit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP). And descriptive analysis to analyze nonfinancial feasibility such as market aspects, technical aspects, and socioeconomic aspects. The results of this study indicate that the brown sugar home industry in Gemalasari Village, Rangsang Subdistrict, Meranti Islands Regency is feasible to be developed. This can be seen from the results of the financial feasibility analysis which shows the NPV value of 28,826,971.1> 0, B / C Ratio 1.06> 1, IRR 32.5%> 12% and the payback period (PP) 2 years 1 month 28 days. So it can be denied that the brown sugar household industry in Gemalasari Village, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency is feasible to develop financially in the research area.Keywords: small industry chop, brown sugar, Financial and non financial feasibility analysis, NPV, B / C Ratio, IRR, PP
