Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia Dumai City Branch provides mail and package deliveryservices as well as financial services such as electricity payments, tax payments,motor vehicle loan installment payments, sending and receiving money fromwithin and outside the country, payment of passport manufacturing fees andpurchase of stamps and stamps. The increasing competition of companies in thesame field in Dumai City such as JNE, J&T, TIKI delivery services and financialservices such as financial transaction agents from banks has a big impact on PT.Pos Indonesia Dumai City Branch. This study aims to determine the differences intraining, differences in work experience and differences in education levels to thework productivity of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Dumai City Branch. Thepopulation of this study was employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Dumai City Branchwith a total of 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptiveanalysis. Data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data. Thedata analysis used is a validity test, reliability test, normality test and T test(Paired Sample t-Test). The results showed that there were differences in training,differences in work experience and differences in the level of education to thework productivity of employees at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work fatigue on performance with workstress as an intervening variable in the production division of Rotte Bakery workers. Thepopulation in this study included all workers in the production division of Rotte Bakery,amounting to 68 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as aninstrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using PathAnalysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science)program. The sampling technique chosen for this study is a non-probability samplingtechnique using the saturated sampling method (census sampling), namely the entireRotteam production section of Rotte Bakery, totaling 68 people. The results showed that:1) work fatigue had a negative and significant effect on the performance variables ofRotte Bakery workers in the production section, 2) job fatigue had a positive andsignificant effect on work stress variables for Rotte Bakery workers in the productionsection, 3) work stress had a negative and no effect. significant to the performancevariable, 4) work stress has no effect as an intervening variable or a variable thatmediates the relationship between work fatigue and performance. Keywords: Work Fatigue, Job Stress, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the things that affectPurchase Decision and Consumer Satisfaction on users of Honda MotorcycleProducts in Pekanbaru City. Primary data were collected using a questionnaireas an instrument and structured interviews were used as a complement in provingthe results of the study. This study uses 114 Honda motorcycle users in Pekanbaruas respondents with the Non-Probability Sampling technique. With the conditionthat you have a Honda Motorcycle vehicle product, are over 17 years old anddomiciled in Pekanbaru City. The method used by Explanatory Research is dataanalysis test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and path analysis as thedata testing flow and is assisted by SPSS version 25 application in terms of dataprocessing. The results of this study indicate that the Brand experience andProduct Quality variables have a significant effect on Purchase Decision andConsumer Satisfaction. Keywords: Brand experience, Product Quality, Purchase Decision, ConsumerSatisfaction.

Abstract

This research has the aim of determine the consumer satisfaction index andstrategies to improve the service quality of Café One Refinery Pekanbaru City.The population in this study includes all visitors to Café One Refinery PekanbaruCity, totaling 100 people. The sample was determined using purposive samplingmethod. In this study, the sample studied used a questionnaire. Hypothesis testingin this study uses CSI (Customers Satisfaction Index) analysis and IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) analysis with the help of the SPSS program.The results showed that the overall consumer satisfaction index given by CaféOne Refinery Pekanbaru City was "Very Satisfied" based on the results ofcalculations from the CSI method with a value of 85.91%. Based on the results ofthe calculation of the IPA method with a value of 97.77%. Then, the strategy toimprove the service quality of Café One Refinery Pekanbaru City is prioritized on3 indicators as follows: Locations that are easy to find (IPA-Indicator 1); Easyaccess to parking lots (IPA-Indicator 2); Presentation of orders in accordancewith the time promised (IPA- Indicator 18). Keywords: customers satisfaction, customers satisfaction index (csi), importanceperformance index (ipa)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, capital intensity, and leverageon earnings management. The population in this study includes manufacturingcompanies in the industrial sector and consumer goods listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020 as many as 51 companies. The samplingtechnique used was purposive sampling method with the number of samples thatmet the criteria as many as 27 companies. Statistical Program for Social Science(SPSS) is used as a method to analyze the data that has been obtained. Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of supplier relationship management andcustomer relationship management on business performance clothing SMEs inPekanbaru healt centers. The population in this study includes all SMEs at healtcenters, totaling 525 SMEs. The sample taking technique was using conveniencesampling so obtained sample of 84 respondents. The dependent variable (Y) inthis study was business performance the independent variable is supplierrelationship management (X1), customer relationship management (X2). Theanalisys method was multippled regression linier berganda. For data processingwas using SPSS 23. The resultsof research shows that : 1) supplier relationshipmanagement and customer relationship management have a significant effect onbusiness performance, 2) there significant effect of Supplier relationshipmanagement on the business performance, 3) there significant effect of customerrelationship management on the business performance. Keywords : Supplier Relationship Management, Customer RelationshipManagement, Business Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation and workdiscipline on the performance of the employees of the Tirta Siak Regional Drinking WaterCompany, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all 122 employees, and thesample used in this study was 94 people using the Slovin formula. This research wasconducted using primary data collected from respondents through questionnaires as aninstrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study usingmultiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS to see the effect of independentvariables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the threeindependent variables, namely: competence, motivation and discipline have a significanteffect on employee performance. Competence gives the most dominant influence onemployee performance, followed by motivation and work discipline. The author hopesthat this research can be a reference to improve employee performance to help thecompany achieve its goals. Keywords: Performance, Competence, Motivation, Work Discipline

Abstract

This research aimed to analysze Television Advertising and Brand Imageon Brand Awareness and Purchase Decision, research applied on consumers whohave seen and bought an unknown amount of Le Minerale water. This researchconsist of four variables: one dependent variable, one intervening variable andtwo independent variables. They are Employees Purchase Decision (Y2), BrandAwareness (Y1), Brand Image (X2), and Television Advertising (X1). Thisresearch was conducted using a sample of 120 people. This research useporposing sampling method that mean sample depends on some criteria. In termsdata analysis, this research used path analysis method using SPSS (StatisticalPackage for Social Science) version 25. Based on the hypothesis test conducted,research show that Television Advertising and Brand Image has simultaneousand partial significant positive effect on Brand Awareness, Television Advertisingand Brand Image has simultaneous and partial significant positive effect onPurchase Decision, Brand awareness has has a positive and significant effect onPurchase Decision, Television Advertising and Brand Image has a positive andsignificant effect on Purchase Decision are moderated by Brand Awareness. Keywods: Television Advertising, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, PurchasingDecision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Social Media Influencers andBrand Image on Purchase DecisionsforScarlett Whitening Products with Brand Trustas anIntervening Variable in Generation Z Pekanbaru City, either partially orsimultaneously.The population in this study were users of Scarlett Whitening productsin Pekanbaru City.The sampling technique used the lameshow formula with a total sample of 100 people. Thedata collection technique used a questionnaire in which theresearch method used was aquantitative method, this study used primary data with a path analysis model. The findingsof this study obtained the influence of social media influencers on brand trust andpurchasing decisions and the influence of brand image on brand trustand purchasingdecisions, while brand trust had an effect on purchasing decisions forscarlett whiteningproducts. Abstract

His study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment onemployee performance at UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, Keritang District, IndragiriHilir Regency. The population in this study includes all employees with the statusof Civil Servants (PNS) at the UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, totaling 55 people.Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to provethe results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling techniquethat has been selected is Proposive Sampling (55 employees who are civilservants at the UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, Keritang District, Indragiri HilirRegency). The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect ofworkload on employee performance at the UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, KeritangDistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency, 2) there was a positive and significant influenceon the work environment on employee performance at the UPT PuskesmasKotabaru, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. , 3) workload and workenvironment together have a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance at the UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, Keritang District, Indragiri HilirRegency. The amount of the influence is 54.4% while the rest is influenced byother variables that are not included in this study. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Performance
