Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out if Taman Agrowisata Tenayan Raya in Pekanbaru City is well-developed. In this study used two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The data analysis methods used in this study are quantitative desktriptive methods. This analysis aims to simplify data into a form that is easier to understand and interpret. In this research the collected data is processed by looking at the technical aspects, financial aspects, market aspects and environmental aspects. In the financial aspects used method of analysis of investment criteria by doing the calculation of Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period. The results of this research show that Taman Agro tourism Tenayan Raya City Pekanbaru deserves to be developed. From financial analysis at 10% interest rate, got NPV in amount Rp 34.933.139. The analysis of BCR obtained a value of 1.011 indicating that for each cost Rp. 1 issued will provide benefits in the amount of 1.011. In addition IRR analysis gained a value in the amount of 10.35% which indicates that there will be Payback when the interest rate reaches 10,35%. Based on the calculation of the Investment return criteria (Payback period), Taman Agrowisata Tenayan Raya able to restore initial capital early in a period of 4 years 2 months.Keyword: Feasibility Study, Agrourism, Tenayan Raya

Abstract

Islamic Social Reporting is social reporting that does not involve holistic expectations from the community regarding the role of the company but also on a spiritual perspective. This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), corporate governance, and media exposure to the extent of Islamic social reporting disclosure. To measure the level of Islamic social reporting, use a checklist that has been developed based on relevant regulations and previous research. This study uses purposive sampling from companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2016-2018. There are 42 companies that meet the criteria as a research sample. The results of this study indicate that return on assets (ROA) has a negative effect on Islamic social reporting (ISR), while capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and media exposure have a significant effect on Islamic social reporting (ISR) and the commentary board does not significantly influence Islamic social reporting. reporting (ISR).Keywords: Islamic social reporting, return on assets (ROA), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), board of commissioners, and media exposure.

Abstract

Skin crackers are one of the processed food industries that are quite popular in the community. Apart from cultural factors, the majority of the population likes skin crackers, another factor is the existence of cowhide waste in the Slaughterhouse which is the main ingredient for abundant skin crackers and facilitates the production of crackers. leather in Pekanbaru City. In analyzing the number of requests for skin crackers in Pekanbaru City, there are many factors that influence the demand. In this study, there are 3 factors that become independent variables in the analysis of the demand for skin crackers in Pekanbaru City, including income (X1), taste (X2), and the price of skin crackers (X3). Meanwhile, the dependent variable is demand (Y). The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, namely the partial regression test (t test), simultaneous coefficient test (F test) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study are based on statistical testing of the partial regression equation, namely the independent variable income (X1), taste (X2) and price (X3) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the demand for skin crackers in Pekanbaru City. Based on the regression equation simultaneously, it shows that income, taste and price have a significant effect on the demand for skin crackers. Meanwhile, based on the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variable has an effect of 71.1% on the demand for skin crackers, the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.Keywords: Demand, Income, Taste, Price

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Firm Value With The Profitability As A Moderating Variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data used in this research is secondary data, namely the Annual Report. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The number of samples in this study were 192 samples for 3 years using purposive sampling. The analysis technique in this study used moderated regression analysis (MRA) and was performed using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) affects the firm value with significant values of 0,000, Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) does not affect the firm value with significant values of 0,517. Profitability has significant effect in mediating the relationship between VACA against Firm Value with significant values of 0,003, Profitability has significant effect in mediating the relationship between STVA against Firm Value with significant values of 0,003.Keywords: Firm Value, Intellectual Capital, VACA, STVA, Profitability

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment,organizational culture and work motivation partially and simultaneously onemployee performance at the Pekanbaru Riau Food Security Service Office. Thepopulation for this study were all employees at the Pekanbaru City Food SecurityService Office with a total of 55 people. The sampling technique uses the censustechnique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is analyzedusing multiple linear regression. The research results show that organizationalcommitment, organizational culture and work motivation partially andsimultaneously influence employee performance at the Pekanbaru Riau FoodSecurity Service Office. Organizational commitment, organizational culture andwork motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employeeperformance with the percentage influence of the three variables together being58.8% while the remaining 41.2% is explained by other variables not examined inthis research. Keywords: Commitment, Culture and Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Warkop Pinggiran 45 Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 140 people who had visited Warkop Pinggiran 45 Pekanbaru more than 2 times and were aged 17 years and over. Sampling using nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis through SPSS. The results showed that, Store Atmosphere, Service Quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Store atmosphere and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total implementation Quality Management (TQM) Towards Productivity With Leadership As a Moderating Variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency. The population in this study includes all section employees production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency, which totaling 53 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument for prove the results of research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method (53 people PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Regency Siak). The results showed: 1) there was a positive influence and significant Total Quality Management of productivity in employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk In Siak Regency, 2) there is influence positively and significantly moderated total Quality Management Leadership on productivity of employees at PT. Abstract

In this modern era, the use of herbs as traditional medicines has been accepted in developed and developing countries, world attention to traditional medicines is increasing. This research aims to see the influence of Personal Selling and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for HPAI Herbal Products with Brand Image as a Mediating Variable in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was all residents of Pekanbaru City. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 109 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire where the research method used is a quantitative method. This research uses a data analysis method using SmartPLS (software) version 3.2.7. Analysis in PLS is carried out in three stages, namely Outer Model Analysis (Measurement Model), Inner Model Analysis (Structural Model) Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research show that Personal Selling influences Brand Image. Product quality influences brand image. Personal Selling influences purchasing decisions. Product quality influences purchasing decisions. Brand Image influences Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

This study aims to knowing the influences of work motivation and job training on the performance of employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatra. The population in this study included all Civil Servants (CSE) at the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatra, the total are 45 people. While the sample in this study includes the all of population. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument for research results, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the saturated sampling method (the entire population was sampled, namely 45 employees at the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatra). The results of this study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of the employees in the Regional Finance Agency in Agam Regency, West Sumatra, 2) There is a positive and significant influence between job training on the performance of employees in the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatra. , 3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job training together on the performance of the employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Agam Regency, West Sumatera.Keywords : Work Motivation, Job Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of taxes, bonus mechanisms, firm size, foreign ownership, tunneling incentive and exchange rate to transfer pricing at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The data used in this research ini secondary data, namely from annual financial reports. These samples were obtained by purposive sampling method, using several criteria in order to obtain a sample of 19 companie and measure the transfer pricing with the transacsional net margin profit method. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis with SPSS ver. 25.0. The results shows that tax have significant effect on transfer pricing at 0.001 <0.05 level of significance, foreign ownership have significant effect on transfer pricing at 0.001 <0.05 level of significance, tunneling incentive have significant effect on transfer pricing at 0.033 <0.05 level of significance, exchange rate have significant effect on transfer pricing at 0.000 <0.05 level of significance, bonus mechanism doesn’t take ani effect on transfer pricing at 0514>005 level of significance and firm size doesn’t take any effect on transfer pricing 0.384> 0.05 level of significance. The amount of determination (r2 ) of the tax effect, the mechanism of bonus, firm size, foreign ownership, tunneling incentive and exchange rate to transfer pricing that is equal to 49% while the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Taxes, Mechanism Bonus, Firm Size, Foreign Ownership, Tunneling Incentive, Exchange Rate and Transfer Pricing
