Abstract

 The research aims to determine the role of zakat funds in the Smart Riau program on  the unemployment  rate in  Riau  Province.  In  this study using  a  saturated sample where the entire population is a sample with a total of 47 respondents who are college level mustahik Riau Smart scholarships. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents while secondary data was obtained from Baznas Riau  Province.  Data  collection  techniques  using  a  questionnaire.  The  data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using Zakat Variables as  (X1),  Grade  Point  Average  (X2)  and  Long  Waiting  for  the  first  Job  as indicators of unemployment (Y). The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the zakat variable and the cumulative GPA simultaneously have a positive effect on the unemployment rate in Riau Province. This can be proven from the results of the calculated F value of 33.241 > F table 4.06 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the partial test of the zakat variable (X1) on unemployment (Y) have a negative and significant effect. This is evidenced by the obtained t value -3.128 <t table 2.015 and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05. Meanwhile, the partial test results for the Cumulative Grade Point Average (X2) variable on unemployment (Y) have a negative and significant effect. With the results obtained, the t count is -7.898 <t table 2.0153 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Keywords: Smart Riau, Unemployment, Zakat

Abstract

This research aims to see the level of customer satisfaction with the service quality and price of land transportation services at PT. Gustaman Express Pekanbaru. The population in this study are individuals or companies who have used PT delivery services. Gustaman Express since 2022, totaling 612 people or entities. The number of samples in this study was 115 people or bodies based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis method for this research is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the research show that the level of customer satisfaction (CSI) with service quality is 77.60% in the satisfied category. Meanwhile, the level of customer satisfaction (CSI) regarding price was 79.01%. This means that customers are satisfied with the quality of service and prices offered by PT. Gustaman Express Pekanbaru. In the service quality variable, there are 7 items in the main quadrant, namely modern equipment, cleanliness of physical facilities, facilities that are visually attractive, informing about certainty of service times, providing services according to promises, delivering services correctly the first time, delivering services in accordance with promised time. Meanwhile, in the price variable, there is 1 item that is in the main quadrant, namely competitive prices. This means that these items are considered important for customers, but the company's performance is still low, so improvements are needed in the future. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Price

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working experience and workingdiscipline on employee performance with the physique working environment as amoderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana logas tanah darat subdistrict kuantansingingi regency. Population in this study include permanent employees ofPT,citra riau sarana t0 81 people. Primary data was collected by using aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the study, to test thehypothesis in this study, using multiple regression using spss software version forwindows. Sampling using non probability sampling method with saturatedsampling technique. The results of the study show that: 1)there is a significantinfluence between work experience on the performance of employee of PT.citrariau sarana. 2) there is a significant influence between the influence of disciplineon the performance of employee of PT.citra riau sarana. 3) there is a significantinfluence between work experience on employee performance and the workenvironment as a moderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana. 4) there is asignificant influence of work discipline on employee performance with the workenvironment as a moderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana. Keywords : experience, discipline, environment, performance

Abstract

Financial literacy is financial knowledge and capability that affects efforts toimprove financial well-being (Hidayah et al., 2021). This study aims to examineand analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial planning, financial behavior,and financial inclusion on financial well-being. This research includesquantitative research. The total population in this study was 1,384 SMEs in thedistrict. High Cliffs, Meranti Islands Regency. The sampling method used in thisstudy is non-probability sampling with the side quota method. This research wascollected through a survey by distributing questionnaires, where the respondentsconsisted of SMEs in the district. Tebing Tinggi, Meranti Islands Regency, whichis in the trade, service provider, and food/beverage processing sector with a totalof 200 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple regression methodusing SPSS version 26. Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Air Molek 1 . The population of this research is all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Air Molek 1 has 94 employees. For data collection, the method used is the Questionnaire method (Questionary) which is a list of statements about training, work discipline and employee performance. The questionnaire in this study used statements developed from indicators of training, work discipline and employee performance. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science). The results of the study based on the partial t test showed that job training obtained t count (2.498) > t table (1.992) with a significance value of 0.015 <0.05. meaning that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline obtained t count (4.941) > t table (1.992) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, based on the simultaneous F test shows job training, work discipline jointly affect employee performance with an F count of 19.994 and a significance of 0.000.Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and supervision on the performance of civil servant employees in the Regional Library of Riau Province. This research method is quantitative descriptive, which means the research is explained in statistical form or in the form of numbers. The population in this study was 100 civil servant employees at the Regional Library of Riau Province. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, reward and punishment on employee performance. The population in this study were prepaid employees of PT Generasi Muda Tehnik Riau, which totaled 47 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results based on the partial t test show that work discipline has an effect on employee performance with a tcount of 3.507 and a significance of 0.001, rewards affect employee performance with a tcount value of 3.019 and a significance of 0.004, punishment has an effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.473 and a significance of 0.017. Furthermore, based on the simultaneous F test, it shows that work discipline, reward, and punishment jointly affect employee performance with an F count of 17.113 and a significance of 0.000. Keywords: Work Discipline, Reward, Punishment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Leadership and Work Discipline onthe Quality of Public Services through Work Motivation in the Department ofPopulation and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses aquantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 employees at theDepartment of Population and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru.Sampling using the Saturated sampling technique method. The research instrumentused a questionnaire and was analyzed using path analysis using SPSS. The resultsof the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence betweenleadership and the quality of public service, 2) There is a positive and significantinfluence between work discipline and the quality of public service, 3) There is apositive and significant influence between work motivation and service qualitypublic, 4) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership and thequality of public services through work motivation, 5) There is a positive andsignificant influence between work discipline and the quality of public servicesthrough work motivation. Keywords : Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Public ServiceQuality

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline and competence on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Dumai, totaling 35 employees. While the samples in this study were taken using the saturated sample method and obtained as many as 35 employees. This study uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program to test the hypothesis. The results of the study show that leadership has a significant positive effect on performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance. Competence has a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the study show that simultaneously or jointly have an effect on performance. Keywords: Work stress, Work Discipline, Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, facilities and promotions on the decision to stay at the Rauda sharia hotel, Pekanbaru city. A business operating in the accommodation sector in the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study is unknown while the sample is 100 people using a purposive sampling method using the Lames How formula. By using Validity and Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Descriptive Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial Hypothesis Test (t Test), Simultaneous Hypothesis Test (f Test) and Coefficient of Determination Test (R²). The type of data used is quantitative data. Meanwhile, the data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. Based on the reliability test, it shows that all variables have a Cronbach's Alpha value > 0.6. The normality test results show that all data is normally distributed. Based on the multicollinearity test, the tolerance value is > (0.10) and the vif value is < (10). Based on the Heteroscedasticity Test, it shows that heteroscedasticity does not occur. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that: price has a significant positive effect on the decision to stay, facilities have a significant positive effect on the decision to stay, promotion has a significant positive effect on the decision to stay. Based on simultaneous hypothesis testing (f test), it shows that price, facilities and promotions have a significant effect on the decision to stay at Rauda sharia hotel consumers in the city of Pekanbaru. Keywords: Price, Facilities, Promotion, Decision to Stay, Sharia Hotel
