Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Staying Decisions, Destination Image, and Islamic Branding on Staying Decisions. The population in this study were visitors who were or had stayed at sharia hotels in Pekanbaru City and this research was conducted on sharia horel visitors in Pekanbaru City with 100 respondents. In this study there are four variables, namely three independent variables and one dependent variable. These variables are Service Quality (X1), Destination Image (X2), Islamic Branding (X3), Staying Decisions (Y). In terms of data analysis, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) application. Based on the hypothesis testing conducted, the study shows that: 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Staying Decisions; 2) Destination Image has a positive and significant effect on Staying Decisions; 3) Islamic Branding has a positive and significant effect on Staying Decisions;  Keywords: Service quality, Destination Image, Islamic Branding, Staying Decision.

Abstract

The company is a management function and a collection of people involved in anactivity to achieve a predetermined goal. In practice, companies need resources tocarry out business activities. One of the resources needed to manage the businessactivities of a company is human resources (HR). Human resources have a veryimportant role because without this element the company will not be able to achievethe goals that have been set. Work productivity will be very important in improvingcompany performance, this is because work productivity is a measure of the qualityand quantity of a workforce in a unit of time to achieve results. or work performanceeffectively and efficiently with the resources used. This study aims to see anddetermine the direct effect of 5S implementation on work productivity. Thepopulation in this study were all employees at PT. Ekaputra Prada Indonesia inPekanbaru totaling 45 people, using Multiple Linear Regression. In this study, thesampling method used the Census Technique, which is a sampling technique inwhich the entire population is selected to be a member of the sample so that thesample becomes 45 respondents. The results in this study Seiri, Seiton, Seiso,Seiketsu and Shitsuke have a significant effect on Work Productivity. With themaintenance of space and better organization of the workplace, it will be able toincrease company profits and also enable companies to show potential strengthsand abilities so that the implementation of 5S will provide an increase in workproductivity. Keywords: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke and Work Productivity

Abstract

Company value is the company's performance which is reflected in the stock pricewhich reflects society's assessment of company performance (Cholifah & Kaharti,2021). This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of tax planning andgreen innovation on company value with profitability as a mediating variable inmanufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The data used in this study is secondarydata obtained from the annual financial reports of companies in the consumergoods industry sector. The population in this study are all manufacturingcompanies in the consumer goods industry sector, totaling 59 companies listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sampling technique waspurposive sampling so 30 companies were included in the criteria. The dataanalysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysisusing SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 23. This studyfound that tax planning does not affect firm value. Green innovation andprofitability affect company value. Tax planning affects profitability by proxy forROA. Green innovation does not affect profitability. Tax planning has nosignificant effect on firm value which is mediated by profitability. Abstract

 The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect workload, competence, and audit supervision on audit quality at Public Accounting Firm in Pekanbaru and Medan, which consist of senior auditors, junior auditors, partners, and supervisor. The research used a quantitative methode by distributing questionnaires as the primary data that is gained from respondent. Questionnaires were distibuted by 84 questionnaires, of 84 questionnaires were distributed, which can be processed only 63 questionnaires. The result of the research showed the workload, competence, and audit supervision had significant effect on audit quality. Keywords: workload, competence, audit supervision, and audit quality

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and supervision on the performance of civil servant employees in the Regional Library of Riau Province. This research method is quantitative descriptive, which means the research is explained in statistical form or in the form of numbers. The population in this study was 100 civil servant employees at the Regional Library of Riau Province. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family income, latest education, age at first marriage, frequency of marriage, and type of work on the fertility of female workers in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The method of determining the type of sample in the study is to use the Random Sampling method with a sample size of 124 female workers who are married / have ever been married. The type of data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression, statistical testing f test, t test, R2 determinant coefficient and classical assumption testing normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The tool used in this research is the EViews 10 program. The results of this study explain that there is a significant influence between family income (X1), last education (X2), age at first marriage (X3), frequency of marriage (D), and type of work (D) simultaneously on fertility (Y) of female workers, partially family income, last education, age at first marriage, and type of work have a significant negative effect on fertility of female workers, while frequency of marriage has a significant positive effect on fertility of female workers. The dominant factor influencing fertility of female workers is age at first marriage. The effect caused by the independent variables on the dependent variable (R2) is 70%, while the remaining 30% can be influenced by other factors outside the variables in this study.Keyword : Social, Economic, Demographic, Fertility, Female Workers

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Competence, Compensation and JobSatisfaction on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT BPRFianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru as the object of research. This study uses aquantitative and qualitative approach. The population of this study were allemployees of PT BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru so that from thepopulation a sample of 55 employees was obtained using the saturated samplemethod. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linearregression test. This research instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed usingSPSS. The results of the study show that employee competence, compensation andjob satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keyword : Competence, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorder is an occupational health problem that often causes major disability among workers. The occurrence of Musculoskeletal Disorder is one of the main reasons for being absent from work and results in losses for institutions that employ both loss of time, services, and materials. Red brick factory workers found several working conditions that have the potential to be risk factors for the emergence of musculoskeletal complaints, such as lifting and carrying activities, nutritional intake, work position, and working conditions. Conditions of working time show that red brick factory workers often take long breaks but once rather than short but frequent breaks, and the rest time taken by workers is usually less than 30 minutes. In addition, the piecework system and the absence of a week's rest except for religious holidays, also affect the emergence of musculoskeletal complaints. Given the important role of musculoskeletal complaints in red brick factory workers, it is necessary to study the prevalence of musculoskeletal complaints. This prevalence study was conducted to determine the magnitude of muculoskeletal complaints in brick factory workers. The research method used is a quantitative method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that in general, based on the score obtained from the results of the Work Fatigue Level variable, it was in the High category with a percentage of 49.57, so immediate action was needed. Meanwhile, the employee's Musculoskeletal System Complaint Risk data is in the high category with a percentage of 41.94, so immediate action is needed. Keywords: Musculoskeletal Disorder, Manual Handling, Work Fatigue

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operational Expenses to Operating Income Ratio (BOPO) on Profitability with Non-Performing Financing (NPF) as a moderating variable. The population in this study consists of Sharia commercial banks listed in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the period 2016-2022, totaling 13 companies. The study utilizes quantitative data, and secondary data were obtained from the www.ojk.go.id website and annual reports of the companies. Sample selection used purposive sampling with a total of 60 data points from 12 companies for each period. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze the data. The research results indicate that Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) does not significantly influence Profitability. Operational Expenses to Operating Income Ratio (BOPO) has a negative and significant impact on Profitability. Non Performing Financing (NPF) is unable to moderate the relationship between Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Profitability. Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and work motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Indomakmur Sawit Berjaya Rokan Hulu. The population and sample of this research are permanent employees of PT. Indomakmur Sawit Wins in 2022 as many as 89 people. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection used in this research is interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. From the research results, it is known that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) variables and work motivation partially influence employee work productivity at PT. Indomakmur Sawit Berjaya Rokan Hulu because the value obtained tcount > ttable. Simultaneously, Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and work motivation have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Indomakmur Sawit was successful in Rokan Hulu because it obtained a value of fcount > ftable. The adjusted R square value was obtained at 0.743, which means that 74.3% of the variable is the amount of employee work productivity at PT. Indomakmur Sawit Berjaya Rokan Hulu can be explained by variations in Occupational Safety and Health (K3)/X1 and work motivation/X2. Meanwhile, the remaining 25.7% is explained by other variables outside those studied. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (K3), work motivation and employee work productivity
