Abstract

his research was conducted at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. The purposeof this study was to determine whether work motivation, work environment, andwork stress affect nurse performanceat Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. Thepopulation in this study were all nurses at Efarina Hospital Pangkalan Kerinciwith a total of 76 employees. The sampling technique method uses a saturatedsample method, namely as many as 76 respondents. Technical analysis for testhypothesis that used in this study are double regression. using descriptivestatistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis to produce classicalassumption tests, data analysis models, coefficient of determination and provehypotheses. The of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has apositive and significant effect on the performance of nurses, the work enviromentvariable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses andwork stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses.Work motivation, work environment and work stress simultaneously affect theperformance of nurses. Keywords: Work Motivation; Work Environment; Work Stress; Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing green accounting and environmental performance on sustainable development with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. The population of this study were manufacturing companies that went public which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the basic industry and chemical sub-sectors in the 2016-2020 period. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained through data from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and other related websites and by studying literature related to research issues, both print and electronic media. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics and Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a variance-based SEM statistical method designed to solve multiple regression when data problems occur, such as small study sample sizes, missing data and multicollinearity. PLS is an alternative approach that switches from a covariance-based SEM approach to variance (Ghozali and Latan, 2015: 5). Data processing uses Microsoft Excel 2013 and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the research show that the implementation of green accounting and environmental performance influences sustainable development. Likewise, corporate social responsibility can moderate the influence between the implementation of green accounting and environmental performance on sustainable development. Keywords: Implementation Green Accounting, Environmental Performance, Sustainable Development And Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and supervision on the performance of civil servant employees in the Regional Library of Riau Province. This research method is quantitative descriptive, which means the research is explained in statistical form or in the form of numbers. The population in this study was 100 civil servant employees at the Regional Library of Riau Province. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education variables and population in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The method of analysis in this study uses secondary data which is classified as time series data which is descriptive and quantitative. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression model estimation with statistical tests (t test, F test, coefficient of determination R2, correlation coefficient), and classical assumption test. The results of the study using a partial regression coefficient test (t test) showed that the independent variable education with a probability of (0.0005 <0.05) means that it has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. While the population variable has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The F test shows that together the three variables of education and population have a significant effect on poverty in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province with prob (F-statistics) of 0.000304 <0.05 and R2 of 87.28%. Keywords :   Education,   Population,  Poverty.

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province is one of the representativeinstitutions of the Central Statistics Agency in the regions which has the maintask of providing basic statistical data in accordance with the provisions ofapplicable laws and regulations. This research was conducted at the CentralBureau of Statistics Jalan Patimurra No. 12 Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and training onemployee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population inthis study were 82 employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Riau province.The sample in this study was the entire population, amounting to 82 people. Thesampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling. This study usesmultiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this studyindicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on performance,work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, and thetraining variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile,simultaneously the variables of competence, work discipline and training have apositive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Competence, Work Discipline, Training

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how self-efficacy and the family environment affect entrepreneurial interests in management study program students in the 2020–2022 batch at the University of Riau's Faculty of Economics and Business. With a sample size of ninety, the population of this study comprised all students majoring in management in the class of 2020–2022, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. In this work, multiple linear regression analysis was combined with a quantitative descriptive technique. 1. The family environment has a positive and significant influence on the interest in entrepreneurship, according to the data. 2. Abstract

Voluntary discloure is the proactive provision of additional information bycompanies, exceeding mandatory regulatory requirements, to enhancetransparency, reduce information asymmetry, and support stakeholders in makingwell-informed decisions. The purpose of this research is to determine the influenceof profitability, audit firm size, leverage and firm size on voluntary disclosure onbanking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021-2023.Samples were determined using purposive sampling. Testing this hypothesis usesmultiple linearregression analysis conducted with the help of SPSS 26. Profitabilityhas a signigicance level of 0,006 < 0,05, then Ha is accepted, which means thatProfitability has an effect on Voluntary Disclosure. Audit Firm Size has asignificance level of 0,032 < 0,05, then Ha is accepted, which means that AuditFirm Size has an Effect on Voluntary Disclosure. Leverage has a significance levelof 0,147 > 0,05, then H0 is accepted, which means that Leverage has no effect onVoluntary Disclosure. Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of the Islamic Marketing Mix and Trust variables on Muslim Tourists' Staying Decisions at Sharia Hotels in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were visitors who were and had previously stayed at the Syariah Hotel in Pekanbaru City. This research consists of three variables, including Islamic Marketing Mix (X1), Trust (X2) and Decision to Stay (Y). The sample in this study was visitors to Pekanbaru City sharia hotels, totaling 100 respondents. In terms of data analysis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPPS (Statistical Package for Social Science) application. Based on the hypothesis test carried out, the research results show that the Islamic Marketing Mix has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay, Trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay. Keywords: Islamic Marketing Mix, Trust, Decision to Stay

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of income of oil palm stick farmers who collect oil palm sticks and farmers who process oil palm sticks as crafts in Tualang District. The sampling method used in this study is the Solvin (Sample) technique. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative data and different test and average difference test (Independent Sample T-test) with SPSS assistance. The results of this study indicate that there are benefits for oil palm stick farmers in the form of increased income from the results of the sticks and there is a difference in income between farmers who collect oil palm sticks and farmers who process oil palm sticks as crafts, where the income of stick farmers who collect is lower than farmers who process oil palm sticks as a craft are increasing. Keywords:From palm oil stick waste, Income, Stick Farmer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HR competence and motivation on the performance of UMKM owners in the culinary sector in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were UMKM owners in the culinary sector in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City, namely 1,438 UMKM owners. The sampling technique in this study used the slovin formula, namely 93 UMKM owners. The data source used is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires as a research instrument. and the analysis tool is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS For Windows 25 program. With the performance of UMKM owners as the dependent variable and two independent variables, namely HR competency and motivation variables. The results of this study indicate that: 1) HR competence has a significant effect on the performance of UMKM owners, 2) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of UMKM owners and 3) HR competence and motivation have an effect on the performance of UMKM owners. Keywords: HR Competence, Motivation, Performance of UMKM Owners
