Abstract

Abstract : This study was aimed to determine the effect of Generate Argument Instruction model toward student argumentation skills on optical material. Quasy experiment was use as study model by using intact group comparison. The population in this study were students grade VIII of SMPN 20 Pekanbaru which consisted of seven classes. Two classes whas choosen to be experiment and control class based on normality and homogenity test. The data was analyze by using descriptive and inferential statistic techniques. The result of this study showed there was a sifnificant influence toward students argumentation skill between experiment class that using implementy Generate Argument Instructional Model and control class that using conventional learning. The argumentation skill of experimental class was higher than class control (12,7%). It can be conclude, the generate argument instructional model gave the positive effect toward student’s argumentation skills.Keywords : Generate argument instruction model, argumentation ability, optic

Abstract

Abstract: This study used leg muscle strength with accuracy of volley ball smash on students of man extracurricular volley ball MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru. The goal is to find out how much muscle strength with the accuracy of volley ball smash on students son extracurricular volley ball MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru. This research technique using total sampling technique with sample number 12 student. This form of research is free. Instruments that are vertical jump and volley ball smash test. Then, the test data using the normality test, the product test of noble moments, test significant α = 0.05. Normality test of variable X, L0max (0,1839) <Ltable (0,242), and test of normality of variable Y, L0max (0,1517) <Ltable (0,242) in other words 95% confidence level normal data and research conclusion show: significant relationship between leg muscle strength relationship with volley ball smash accuracy, with general r = 0.6439 where rcount > rtable or 0.6439> 0.602. Abstract

Abstract: This is aimed to design Edmodo Media as learning media Physics focusing on momentum and impuls. This research was conducted since March until Juny 2018. It used R and D research methodology and it used ADDIE as learning media planning model. The instrument which is technique which is used in collecting the data was by validating the media planning by validator. Data analysis technique which is used was conducted for two times by doing suggestion by the validator. The first validity result shows 4,00 which is categorized high for material aspect, 4.10 which is categorized high for visual aspect, and 4.18 which is categorized high for learning design aspect. The second validation was conducted after revision. The result of the second validation was 4.30 which is categorized very high for material aspect, 4.27 which is categorized very high for visual aspect, and 4.40 which is categorized vey high for learning design aspect. Finally, the edmodo online learning media has been developed for impuls and momentum material. This learning media has very high validity which make it suitable used as learning media for impuls and momentum material.Key Words : Reseach and Development, ADDIE, Edmodo online media

Abstract

Abstract : Based on the results of field observations, the Indonesian language ability of the students have not developed optimally. Kindergarten children are in an expressive language development phase. This means the child can express his or her desires, rejection, or opinion by using spoken language. The phenomenon that occurs such as follows: (1) Children who daily use the local language, (2) Children who say rude and disrespectful words, (3) Children who do not understand the teachers instructions, (4) The children are difficult to tell their own language about the experience of an event that happened, (5) The children find it difficult to answer the question of what, how, where, why, and how, (6) parents and family members who use the local language as a colloquial language, (7) Parents who do not invite children to communicate with the good Indonesian language, (8) Parents who are too busy with their business so they do not communicate much with children, (9) Parents who do not discipline children in playing and watching television so that the impact on the childs language. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of family environment on the Indonesian language ability towards children aged 5-6. This research uses the form of quantitative research using correlation technique. The data collection in this study uses observation sheet and interview. The sample in the study is about 40 children. Data analysis using simple regression or regresi sederhana. The result of The research shows that the family environment is 60,36% which is categorized good enough and the Indonesian language ability of children is 45,81% which is less good category. From the data analysis, obtained fcalculated = 87.416 and ftable = 2.021 then Ho is rejected. This means that there is an influence of family environment to the Indonesian language ability towards children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten at Sungai Pinang Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency.Key Words: Family environment, Indonesian language ability

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study was firstly emerged from the data found by the researcher that the student’s ability in writing Japanese essays (Sakubun) was still lack. The lack of ability in writing Japanese essays (Sakubun) influences the student’s Japanese language mastery level. The aim of this study is to find out the difference of student’s ability in writing Japanese essays (Sakubun) after implementing Mind Mapping method. The research method of this study was quasi experiment with one group before after or pretest and post-test group design. The sample technique used was total random sampling. The study was done by conducting pretest to know the student’s prior ability, then giving treatments in the experiment class, and the last giving post-test to know the student’s ability. Based on the data analysis, the result was sig 14,36 > 5,04. It means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that Mind Mapping method is effective in learning of Japanese essays (Sakubun) on the third-level students of Japanese Education Department Faculty of Teacher’s Training and Education Riau University.Keywords: Sakubun, writing skill, Mind Mapping Method

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out if there is The Influence of The Exercise Passing and Supporting toThe Skill of Passing Extracuricular Team Football SMP-IT Jamiatul Muslimin Dumai. So, the design of this study uses a group of the researce is wearing one group pretest posttest design. With the football team SMP-IT Jamiatul Muslimin Dumai amounting to16 people. The sample in this study uses technique of sampling of saturated sample where all population sampled.. The instruments used in this study is a tast to kikc the ball with the foot of the insid,the aim is to gauge the skills of passing footbal. After that, the data processed by the statistic to test normality with a lilifors test the first significant α (0.05). The hypothesis put forward is the the influence of the pass and support to the skils of passing. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the data pree test Lcount of 0,1623, data post test Lcount of 0,1969 and Ltabel 0,220, then Lcount < Ltabel. then the data is normal with an increase of 2,13. Based on T test analysisn produces Tcount> Ttabel of 10,92 and 1753, meaning Tcount> Ttabel. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the game of dominoes towards the ability to know the concept of number of children aged 5-6 years in TK Darussalamah in sub district Tapung district of Kampar. The research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample used in this study were 15 students. The data collection technique used is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test test by using program of SPSS 20. Research hypothesis that there is the effect of the game of dominoes towards the ability to know the concept of number of children aged 5-6 years in TK Darussalamah in sub district Tapung district of Kampar. Based on data analysis known tcalculated = 23,883 > ttable = 2,145 with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig <0,05 it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to recognize the concept of numbers before and after the domines game. It can be interpreted that there is the effect of the game of dominoes towards the ability to know the concept of number of children aged 5-6 years in TK Darussalamah in sub district Tapung district of Kampar significant as much as 61.25%.Keyword: Ability to know the concept of numbers, Game of dominoes

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the ability to write the persuasion text of the students of grade VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to describe how high the level of writing skills of persuasion text of students of class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 and describe the differences in the ability to write explanatory text between groups or between classes. This study has a population of 126 and a sample of 96. The results when tested using the Wilcoxon Test is the ability to write persuasion text equal to the value of comparison. The comparative value applied in this study was 82. The students writing ability was the same as the comparison score, which means that the ability to write high school students persuasion text is high. In other words the hypothesis is accepted. Then tested by using Kruskall Wallis. The result is that there is no difference in the ability of writing explanatory text of class VIII students between classes. Based on the results of research writers can be seen that the ability to write students are high because students have complete facilities and teachers are very creative in teaching and learning process.
