Abstract

Abstract : the problem of this study is the lack of ability chest pass in basketball women’s team senior high school 3 Pekanbaru. It is thought to because of the lack of arm and shoulder muscle strenght and hand-eye coordination when doing chest pass, The purpose of this research to determine the reletionship of the arm and shoulder muscle strenght and hand-eye coordination withthe chest pass ability.This is correlational study that aimed to know how big the contribution between independent and dependent variables. After that, conducted data normality test by liliefors test with significant level α= 0,05, and the result for normality test of X1 variable is Lomax (0,108) < Ltable (0,220) ,and the result for normality test of X2 variable is Lomax (0,1348) < Ltabel (0,220 ), normality test of Y variable Lomax (0,1332)<Ltable(0,220). in other words, the distribution of the data is normal. Then, continued by determining the r using product moment correlational analysis. If rresult > rtable then the result is, there is significant relitionship on it. From the calculation of the correlation between the strenght of the arm and shoulder muscles with the chest pass ability is obtained rhitung = 0,556 while rtable =0,532. The result of calculation of corelation between hand-eye coordination with the chest pass ability is obtained rresult =0,572 while rtable = 0,532. To determine the R variables X1 and X2 with Y performed using double formula, with rhitung = 0,632 > rtable = 0,532. So, Ho is refused and Ha is accepted. Based on the research result,the conclusion is there is significant relationship between arms and shoulder muscle strenght and hand-eye coordination with the ability chest pass in basketball women’s team senior high school 3 Pekanbaru.keyword: Arm And Shoulder Muscle Strenght, hand-eye coordination, chest pass

Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of the role of ideal PKBM seen from function. Because such functions is characteristic the base that must be is used to development institutional PKBM as a container learning the community, regarding the role of PKBM according to the community dropping out of school (the community package A) in PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang. Formulation problems research is whether the role of PKBM in build the community of attrition at PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang the city of pekanbaru in good?. The purpose of this research is to find the role of pkbm in build the community of attrition at PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang the city of pekanbaru in good. The population in this research as many as 60 people. Hence sample this research 38 people and 20 people sample the trial with the level of critical 10 percent, the sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 42 a statement and if the trial live 39 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Analysing descriptive analysis quantitative. From scratch answer the results presentation research findings PKBM build role in society is schools in PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Kota Pekanbaru, Can be concluded the percentage the average (SS+S) 83%. It means the role of pkbm in build the community dropping out of school run well in accordance with the hope the community dropping out of school (the community package A).Kata Kunci: The role of, the role of PKBM , in build the community dropping out of school

Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to to know influence of Rubber price to prosperity of Farmer Of Rubber In Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This Research is conducted inKecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Research done by since proffering of title in September up to research time finish. As for this research type is quantitative descriptive research, that is explaining result of research which in the form of datas of kuesioner which later; then in test and analysed constructively peripheral of SPSS. As for used data collecting technique that is with study method of survey. Pursuant to result of test of t known that price have an effect on signifikan to prosperity of farmer of rubber in Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This Matter pursuant to result of test t indicating that price variable (X) with value of t calculate 4.599 > t ofis tables of 1,975 with value of Sig equal to 0.000 < 0.05 meaning H0 refused and H1 accepted. While pursuant to result of coefficient test of determinasi (R2) known that value of R Square in this research equal to 0.611, laterthen assess this will be altered to percent. This of its meaning of percentage of contribution influence of price variable (X) to prosperity of farmer of rubber inKecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi is equal to 61,1 %, while the rest 38.9 % influenced by other variable which do not check in this research.Keywords: Price, Prosperity.

Abstract

Abstract: This reaserch aimed to analyze the knowledge taxpayers on Finance Minister Regulation No. 91 in 2015 in KPP Pekanbaru Tampan. The research was conducted in Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with sample of 100 taxpayers from 127. 172 population. Data obtained from the administration of the questionnaire in the form of test, and then analyzed by categorizing the average results of tests in three categories: low, medium, and high. The results show the average results of tests on the indicator legal basis was 0.52 (medium), indicator of the type of sanctions that can be forgive was 2.23 (moderate), the indicator of term was 1.56 (medium) and billing indicator 8.1 (medium). So overall the results showed that taxpayers knowledgeis not good enough.Keywords: knowledge, compliance, taxpayer

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of tax knowledge, awareness of taxpayer on taxpayer compliance SMEs in Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the individual SMEs with turnover under $ 4.8 billion per year are 4.369 respondents. The sample is determined by area probability sample with 100 SMEs. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that partial variable tax knowledge and awareness of taxpayer had effect on tax compliance Analysis of the factors examined in the study showed that the variables are the dominant influence on tax compliance is a variable awareness of taxpayer.Keywords: tax comprehension awareness of taxpayer, and tax compliance

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to find out the lack of students’ study effects for the eleventh grade students of SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. The population in this research was the eleventh grade students that was totaled 52 students. And the sample in this research was overall of eleventh students of SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. The collecting data used was questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data used was double linier of regression. The result of this research showed that the motivation factor, the teacher pedagogic competency partially influenced significantly for the difficulties of students’ study of the eleventh grade students at SMAN 11 Pekanbaru, and the professional teacher competency was not influenced significantly for the study of students’ difficulties. Based on regression of the coefficient, the motivation effect was -0,973, the teacher pedagogic competency was -0,668 and the professional teacher competency overall was -0,873. The motivation, the pedagogic competency and the professional teacher competency was overall influenced for the difficulties of students’ study, and it was for economic subject class of the eleventh grade students in SMAN 11 Pekanbaru by determining to 47%.Keywords: The difficulties of study, the teacher pedagogic competency, and the professional teacher competency

Abstract

Absract : This research have background by the victory of Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla in the president general election on 2014 at the Meral Sub-district, Karimun Regency, there where on the six political districts in the Meral Sub-district, Karimun Regency was won about Jokowi-Jusuf Kalla with 10.932 votes (64,17%), formulation of the problem in this research is what are the factors of society elect Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla in the president general election on 2014 at the Meral Sub-district, Karimun Regency, the purpose of this research is to know the infect factors of the society elect Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla in the president general election on 2014 at the Meral Sub-district, Karimun Regency, there was 120 respondents as the samples with the random selesction, 20 respondents taken in the each political district, the sampling technique on this research are use purposive sampling method, data collection instruments are quitionnaire and interview. Result about the anlysis of infect factors of the society elect Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla in the president general election on 2014 at the Meral Sub-district, Karimun Regency are personality and human relationship factor that was owned by this two figures with 15,78% percentage, then followed by knowledgement factor with 15,58% percentage, psychology factor with 14,17% percentage, religion factor with 13,6% percentage, leadership factor with 12,13% percentage, communication skill with 10,08% percentage, ethnic and regional cultural factors with 10% percentage, and the last is family factor with 8,5%.Keywords : infect factor, society, electof Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla

Abstract

Abstract : This study is conducted base on the immaximum of public services by Riau Province apparatus. With the existence of Ombudsman representation in Riau province for quite long, show the services are given by the ombudsman are not quite well. Based on the reason of the Ombudsman establishment, as an extention for curing the public services in Indonesia specifically in Riau province. Based on this, the researchers is interested in conducting a study entitled “An analysis of Riau University student’s perception to Ombudsman representation in Riau province”. The question of this study is how the perception of Riau University student to Ombudsman representation in Riau province. The aim of this study is to know how far the roles of Ombudsman representation in Riau in doing they duties, functions and authority. The samples of this study are 180 respondents taken random that consist of 20 respondents for each facullty and using Purposive Sampling . The instruments of collecting data using quissionarre and interview. There are 32 questions which classified 10 questions to tOmbudsman duties, 1 question to Ombudsman function, and about 21 questions to Ombudsman authority. Based on data analysis , the perception of students to Ombudsman duties is very good and reach about 43.28%, in other hand the students perception about Ombudsman function considered not really good and reach around 28.33%. While to Ombudsman authority is in level very good with percentage around 49.29%. From these 3 indicators roles of Ombudsman, about 40.03% students answered “ always” reach 33.34%-66.67%. It can be concluded that the Ombudsman of Repulic of Indonesia for Riau chapter is not really well in doing they duties as an inspector institution for public services.Keywords : Students, the role of Ombudsman.

Abstract

Abstract: this research was conducted to view and understand of predominance of minority candidate in legislative election. Problem of this research is Society’s factors in election of electors and non-electors of choosing Siswaja Mulyadi as a legislative member of “DPRD Riau 2014 region IV Rokan Hilir”. this research aims to find out Society’s reason factors as elector of Siswaja Mulyadi and non-electors of Siswaja Mulyadi in legislative election. Population of this research was all society of Rohillisted in legislative election of DPRD Riau 2014 in total 406.022. Sample was taken by Sugiyono’s technique by 50 electors and 50 non-electors. Research used a qualitative descriptive method. Result shows that the main reason of society in choosing Siswaja Mulyadi as a legislative member of “DPRD Riau 2014”,41 respondents (82%) caused by self-adaptation factor by Siswaja Mulyadi showed that his ability in socialization to society was good. The main reason of society in not choosing SiswajaMulyadi as a legislative member of “DPRD Riau 2014”, 40 respondents (80%) caused by his religion. These results show that there is some of people are tending to select candidate based on certain religion, or certain religionbased political party .Keywords: Factors in Election of Electors And Non-Electors of chosing, Legislative

Abstract

Abstract: the background of this research is there were phenomenal parking attendant not wearing attribute, increasing parking fee’s tariff and not giving parking retribution’s ticket/ coupon to parking service users in TampanSubdistrictPekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem of this research is How the Implementation of province regulation No.3 Year 2009 concerning service-retribution in land transportation (A Casestudy of Parking retribution in TampanSubdistrictPekanbaru City) is. The aim of of this research is to find out the Implementation of province regulation No.3 Year 2009 concerning service-retribution in land transportation (A Case study of Parking retribution in TampanSubdistrictPekanbaru City). This research was conducted in Department of Information and Communication of Pekanbaru City and in TampanSubdistrict. Population of this research was civil servants of Department of Information and Communication of Pekanbaru City, and coordinators of Fee Collector, and Parking attendants and Society of TampanSubdistrict . Purposive sampling technique was used in this research. Data collecting technique used observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Analyzing data used combination method, by data collecting and qualitative analysis. Results of this research show that Implementation of of province regulation No.3 Year 2009 concerning service-retribution in land transportation (A Case study of Parking retribution in TampanSubdistrictPekanbaru City) have good categorized by percentage 34,51%, while enough categorized by percentage 65,49%. Based on a measure rod 51%-100%, according to HusainiUsman in Ali Hamsah, hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: Implementation, provinceregulation, Parking retribution, Parking Attendat
