Abstract

Abstract:The aim of this study was to determine the ability of the Student Profile Study Program FKIP Riau University Biology Education in Developing Learning Tool on Course PPL II 2013/2014. Research conducted at the University Campus Biology Education FKIP Riau in February 2015 to April 2015. This research is descriptive population in this research is the students of Biology Education FKIP Riau University. While the sample in this study are students who take courses Second Field Experience Program (PPL II) Academic Year 2013/2014 which amounted to 43 people. The research data derived from primary data obtained directly through the instrument in the form of sheets of assessment of learning tools and secondary data obtained from the document recapitulation of the value of the course PPL II Academic Year 2013/2014. Based on the research ability of students PPL II in preparing the study on subjects PPL II Academic Year 2013/2014 can be seen that the RPP showed excellent category criteria with the percentage of 95.17%, LKS demonstrate sufficient criteria categories by percentage of 62.33%, the Draft Evaluation criteria showed excellent category with the percentage of 87.78%, so that the students' ability to construct a learning tool in the course PPL II Academic Year 2013/2014 classified as excellent with the percentage of 81.7%.Key words: profiles , capabilities , biology departement students of the faculty of teacher’s training and education prepare learning device , subjects PPL I

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research todetermine the quality of tempeh milkpowder by time fermentation and designing Student Worksheet relevant to a materialFood Biotechnology Food Fermentation sub material. This study consisted of twophases. The first phase, were the making of tempeh milk powder using the experimentalmethod with completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 5 treatments and 3replications. Parameters measured were moisture content, protein content, fat content,pH and organoleptic test. The results obtained were analyzed by ANOVA and a furthertest DMRT at 5% level. The second phase were the development of Student Worksheetfrom the results of the first phase. This research used ADDIE development model(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) are simplified intophases Analysis, Design and Development. Data of Student Worksheet developmentobtained from the validation sheet which validated by 3 validators with 5 validitycriterias were analyzed descriptively. Results showed that the time of fermentationinfluence on moisture content, protein content, fat content, pH and organoleptic test.Fermentation time 12 hours is a long time to produce the best fermented tempeh milkpowder quality. Which results in moisture content of 0.78%, 2.61% protein content, fatcontent 2.00% and 5.01 pH levels. As for organoleptic texture, color, aroma and flavorcontained in the fermentation 36 hours. Results of the study can be used as StudentWorksheet in the sub materials Food Fermentation on the material Food Biotechnologywith a mean value of 3.32 validity valid category.Keywords : Student Worksheet, Food Biotechnology, Tempeh Milk Powder, TimeFermentation.

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research to determine the effect of the hormone 2,4-D and BAP on callus growth Kasturi Orange (Citrus microcarpa) and designing relevant teaching materials on the concept of Modern Biotechnology tissue culture for high school students. This research consisted of two phases. The first phase of that research using experimental method completely randomized design factorial. Parameters observed is percentage of explants, while appearing callus, callus width and texture of the callus. Research results and a growing percentage of the width callus explants were analyzed by ANOVA and a further test DMRT at 5% level, when it appears callus and callus texture done by descriptively. Phase II this research is a handout development stages of learning that comes from the results on the first phase research using ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) simplified to the stage Analyze,Design, and Developmet and then will validation with 5 category. The result shows that a combination of hormones D4B1 and D4B2 produces a callus emerged fastest of 3.3 HSK. The highest percentage of callus formation that is 100% contained in the treatment of D2B0, D2B0.5 - D4B0. The mean width of callus was highest in treatment D4B2 with a width of 0.97cm. Embryogenic callus resulting by treatment of D2B1, D2B2 ,and D3B0. The results of reseach can be used as teaching material in the form of handouts of Biology subjects at the concept of Modern Biotechnology in high school with value of 4 categories validity valid.   Keywords: Hormones, Callus, Orange Kasturi, Handout,

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to determine the Litter Production of The Rumbio Traditional Forest Bans Kampar District in September and November 2014. Research results are used for developing interactive learning media material to the concept Ecosystem Biogeochemistry Recycling. This research was carried out by two phases: the measurement of litter production and development stage interactive learning media. Litter production research conducted by using stratified random sampling survey, where there are 3 topography that valley, sloping and hilly. Each topography consists of 3 Litter trap with a size of 1x1 meters and is taken from the litter Litter trap container every 2 weeks for 2 months of the study. The parameters observed dropping litter composition of leaves, twigs, flowers and fruits. At this stage of the development of interactive learning media, carried out using ADDIE models. The results showed that the production of forest litter Prohibition of Indigenous Rumbio 426.6767 gr / m2 / week. Results of the research have been developed as an interactive learning media in the biogeochemical cycle of matter in the High School Class X.Keywords: Litter, Litter Production, Media Interactive Learning

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is the development learning module biology ipa scientific oriented approach for improved critical thinking on the structure of plants and materials utilization in technology in class VIII SMP. The research was conducted at the campus of the University of Riau FKIP Biology Education and Student responses conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru in March to December 2015. This study uses 4-D model of development. Stages 4-D consists of four stages, namely Define (Definition Phase), Design (Stage Design), Develop (Development Phase), and Disseminate (Phase dissemination of). Data collection instruments used were sheets of validation and student questionnaire responses. Sheets validation judged by five validator which is composed of three lecturers and two junior high school teacher that consists of four aspects: the feasibility of the content, language, and kegrafisan dish. Results of the study the average score for the validation of the feasibility aspects of the content, language, serving and kegrafisan on module to obtain an average score of 3.4 with very valid category. Feasibility aspects contents obtained an average score of 3.5 in the category of very valid, linguistic aspects obtained a score of 3.4 with very valid category, next to the aspect grain obtained a score of 3.4 category is very valid, and aspects kegrafisan obtain an average score of 3, 3 categories are very valid. While the average score of students' responses to a questionnaire developed module is 3.4 to excellent category, out of 20 students in mind that 14 students responded very well to the module-oriented scientific approaches and 6 students responded well to the module-oriented approach scientifically developed. It was concluded that biological science learning modules oriented scientific approach that has been developed can be used and tested by teachers as an alternative in learning activities.Keywords: Critical thinking, Development, Module, Scientific Approach

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Lirik Indragiri Hulu. The background of this study was the lack of responsibility of student in learning, lack of willingness of students to record the lessons, less concerned about whether he brought a textbook or not, available or not stationery, and less prepare materials needed to support the understanding of new materials which will be studied, indifferent to the teacher's explanations, not serious when asking/giving opinion, do homework carelessly, do not attempt to complete the task in optimal capability. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the Disciplinary Character to Responsibility Character of Student Class XI and XII SMA Negeri I Lirik Indragiri Hulu District. The population of this study were all students of class XI and XII, total 207 students and the study sample was 25% of the total population of as many as 51 students. Data were analyzed using questionnaire and interview which kind of quantitative descriptive analysis using product moment correlation equation. The results showed that there was a relation between Discipline Character and the Student Responsibility Character of Class XI and XII SMA Negeri I Lirik Indragiri Hulu. This was proven by significant testing, with results of robserve (0.588)> rtable (0.273) or Ha accepted. Equation product moment correlation r xy = 0.588, which means the relation Responsibility Discipline Student Class XI and XII SMA Negeri I Lyrics Indragiri Hulu is sufficient. With the achievement of the value of the variable X at 75.49%, which was in the High category, and the value of the variable Y by 70.44%, which was the High category.Keywords: Character Discipline, Responsibility Character

Abstract: This research was conducted from the change of the village name into a traditional village earlier has been used in the village of Kuala Gasib Koto Gasib Siak District. The formulation of the study was "How was the public perception about the village changed into a traditional village in Kuala Gasib Koto Gasib Siak District. This study was aimed to determine how was the public perception about the village changed into a traditional village in Kuala Gasib Koto Gasib Siak District. This research was conducted in the village of Kuala Gasib Koto Gasib Siak District, in November 2015. This research was a qualitative descriptive with population were the entire population in the village of Kuala Gasib Koto Gasib Siak District, where the sample in this study was based on "purposive sampling" and the sample was the entire staffs of the village and adat communities. Then the data from the calculation of the percentage obtained 85.2% of respondents stated strongly agree and 0.1% did not agree. Thus, the public perception about the village changed into kampung adat (traditional village) in the village of Kuala Gasib Koto Gasib Siak District was in very good category.Keywords: Perception , The village changed into a traditional village

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the effect of acceptance of the scholarship on learning outcomes among students who received scholarships in the student environment PPKn FKIP University of Riau. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Are the scholarships effect on student learning outcomes PPKn FKIP University of Riau?". This study aims to determine the effect of granting scholarships to student learning outcomes PPKn FKIP University of Riau. This research was conducted at the University of Riau Pekanbaru PPKn FKIP in October 2015. This study is a quantitative descriptive population in this study is PPKn FKIP Riau University Students. The study population was 50 students with a total sampling technique. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire with a total of 35 statements / questions. Thus, the hypothesis formulated "The existence of a positive influence scholarships to student learning outcomes PPKn FKIP Riau University". This is evidenced by testing the hypothesis between variables X and Y, obtained F count of 2,620, calculated F value is then compared with the value of F table with a confidence level of 95%, a significant level of 5% and df I (n-2) or 50 -2 = 48, then F table is equal to 2.20. Because the F count> F table (2.620> 2.20). So this hypothesis Ho is rejected Ha accepted, meaning that there are significant effect between the influence of scholarships to student learning outcomes PPKn FKIP University of Riau. R Square of 0.57 or 57%. It means that donations significantly influence the awarding of scholarships to the learning outcomes of students is 57%, while 43% (100% - 57%) influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.   Keywords: Scholarship, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Absract : This research was conducted as motivated by yet progressed to the fullest role Nagari Galugua Consultative Body. In this case as an important instrument Nagari role Consultative Body which duties and functions as a legislative body villages as stipulated in the legislation. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the role of consultative bodies Nagari Galugua District of Kota Kapur IX Limapuluh? and this study aims to determine the role of consultative bodies Nagari Galugua Limapuluh District of Kota Kapur IX. As for the population in this study is villagers' Galugua 1,227 people, while the sample in this study is the caretaker Consultative Body Nagari of 7 people, the government nagari as many as 10 people and society in this case public figures as many as 25 people and the general public as much as 80 people. A sampling technique that uses purposive sampling technique.Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews. In analyzing the data using a combination of methods (Mixed Methods). These results indicate that the role of consultative bodies Nagari Galugua District of Kapur IX Limapuluh based benchmarks by Husaini Usman and Purnomo Setiady Akbar (2011: 146) is the number who answered "very often" and "often" is 48.70% were in the range 26% - 50% or categorized lasted "less good", so that the hypothesis that the role of the District Consultative Body Nagari Galugua Limestone District IX Limapuluhkota good lasts less acceptable.Keywords: Role, Nagari Consultative Body (Bamus)

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the interest in entrepreneurship learning outcomes of students of class XI TKJ SMK 1 Pekanbaru . This research was conducted in SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru from December 2015 through January 2016. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method . A population of 64 students and a sample of 64 students. Data collection instruments used were questionnaires were processed using a Likert scale for dependent variables : interest in entrepreneurship ( Y ) ; documentation used for the independent variables : the learning outcomes ( X ) . The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression statistical techniques . From the results , it can be concluded that : ( 1 ) the learning outcomes affect the interest in entrepreneurship ; ( 2 ) the influence of the learning outcomes of the interest in entrepreneurship is 28,8 .Keywords : Influence , the result of learning , interest in entrepreneurship.
