Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment to employee performance at the Forestry Education and Training Center Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously, with a sample size of 70 people. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, that taking sample by using specific criteria. Data analysis methods use of multiple linear regression. Based on the results obtained F-value (28.092)> F-table (2; 57) = 3.159 means simultaneously motivation and work environment have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in Forestry Education and Training Center Pekanbaru. The results of the partial test for motivation variable t-value (7.140)> t-table (1.672) means work motivation influence on employee performance. Work environment variables with the t-value (2.491)> t- table (1.672) means that the working environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees in Forestry Education and Training Center Pekanbaru. The coefficient of determination obtained amounted to 0.490 it showed that 49.0% change in the performance of employees in Forestry Education and Training Center Pekanbaru determined by the independent variable which is the motivational factors and work environment, while 51.0% is determined by other factors.Keyword: Motivational, Work Environtment, Performance

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research with the modernist phenomenon that has affected aspects of human life, including customs and old culture that has a lot left. The author would like to see want to see the influence of the modernist ordinances Toba Batak tribe marriage customs in rural districts farmer Saber district Bengkalis.Rumusan research problem is how the influence of the modernist Procedure Customary Marriages Batak Toba in Petani village Mandau sub Bengkalis. The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of the modernist Procedure Customary Marriage Batak Toba village farmer Saber Bengkalis districts. The population of this study were 421 responden.dengan using purposive sampling techniques so that the samples were taken by 43 respondents. Data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 21 questions about the influence of modernist and 17 questions about the manner of traditional wedding Batak tribe Toba.Terdapat significantly between modernist influences the manner of Toba Batak tribe marriage customs in rural districts farmers saber Bengkalis district. this is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained F_hitung 1284dan F_tabel4,08 value obtained from the study of the distribution list F_tabel with N = 43, and is therefore F count> F table, or 1284> 4.08 So the hypothesis in this study which states that the Modernist influence on Procedure Customary marriages Batak Toba village farmers saber District of Bengkalis received.Keywords: modernist influences, Marriage Batak Toba

Abstract

Abstract: Transmigration is a program of internal migration densely populated areas to sparsely populated areas. Transmigration in this era were successful in supporting the development of plantations and agricultural crops outside Java. One area of interest is the village of Suka Damai transmigration Tambusai Utara District of Rokan Hulu, Riau. Migrants in the village Suka Damai is a common resettlement program. The arrival of the first migrants to the village of pacifist is on 5 July 1982. The aim of this study was to determine (1) the history of transmigration village of Suka Damai Subdistrict Tambusai Utara. (2) the factors that influence the transmigration village of Suka Damai Subdistrict Tambusai Utara. (3) the mobility of intra-generation migrants village of Suka Damai Subdistrict Tambusai Utara. (4) mobility between generations homesteader village of Suka Damai Subdistrict Tambusai Utara. (5) the socio-economic conditions of migrants resident in the village of Suka Damai Subdistrict Tambusai Utara. (6) the relationship transmigration village Suka Damai Subdistrict Tambusai Utara with the area of origin. This study uses documents, interview and also using a questionnaire. Samples are 50 heads of families in the village of Suka Damai and informants in the study is the village in the early arrival of resettlement and transmigration community village of Suka Damai Subdistrict Tambusai Utara. The results showed that the transmigration village Suka Damai experienced success in socio-economic field. One of the things that drive the success of the community, namely migrants of their plantations and other ancillary businesses. This can be seen in the community migrants who have increased in the areas of income, their incomes initially 1,000-3,000 thousand every month in 1982 has now reached one million to 10 million every month. In the field of education migrants also increased, namely by following the educational program paket c. In the field of employment also increased, namely with the number of migrants moving from farm laborer to become farmers palm oil and rubber.Keywords: transmigration, social, economic.2

Abstract: Air Force Base or the abbreviated Airbase is the area on the mainlandor in the waters with certain limits within the Republic of Indonesia that is used fortakeoff and landing of aircraft for purposes of national defense by the Indonesian AirForce. Indonesia has areas with excellent air defense, like Jakarta HalimPerdanakusuma Airbase, Bogor with Atang Sendjaja Airbase, Subangwith SuryadarmaAirbase, Pontianakwith Supadio Airbase and Pekanbaru with Roesmin NurjadinAirbase. Fifth airbase airfield is very famous in Indonesia with type A and under theunit ranks Koopsau I. Airbase led by a commander Air Base as a single unit with theIndonesian Air Force. The purpose of this study was to determine the history of theRoesmin Nurjadin Airbase Pekanbaru which became one of the best Airbase inIndonesia. The method used was descriptive method, where data were collected throughinterviews, observation, documentation, and library studies. Data was analyzed usingqualitative way. When the study began filing title until the completion of a revisedproposal last essay writer. The results showed that the air base was formerly namedRoesmin Nurjadin is Simpang Tiga Airpots which has a very long history. Abstract: Saling boats or jongkong is the one of folk game in the along the Karimun coastline and become a tradition for the Malay people that live as fisherman. Now a days this game (festival) is the annual event. This game always conducted to commemorate the independence day on seven teenth August. Aim of this research are to discover (1) history of sailing boat “jongkong” festival in the Buru Region, Karimun Regency. (2) the incentive factors of sailing boat “jongkong” festival in the Buru Region, Karimun Regency. (3) the shape and the parts of sailing boat “jongkong” in the Buru Region, Karimun Regency (4) the conduction process of the sailing boat “jongkong” festival game in the Buru Region, Karimun Regency. (5) the benefit for the citizen in the sailing boat “jongkong” festival game on Buru Region, Karimun Regency. Methods used in this research are historic methoods and qualitative methods. Data generated from interview result analyzed to the own language. The research location in the Buru Region, Karimun Regency. The research began from proposal colloquium to the scription examination. Abstract

ABSTRACT: Education as one of the most important sectors in the nationaldevelopment, be a mainstay for the work as much as possible in an effort to improve thequality of human life Indonesia, where faith and piety to God Almighty the source of lifein all areas. Therefore in this case the private education play an active role inpromoting education, especially in Pekanbaru with the establishment of educationalinstitutions under the auspices of the Education Foundation Al-Huda. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the background and Education Foundation Al-Hudafounding figures in the field of education, to know the developments in the field ofeducation Education Foundation Al-Huda period 2003-2015, to know the efforts madeEducation Foundation Al-Huda in the field of education, to know the factors drivingand inhibiting Education Foundation Al-Huda in its efforts promote education inPekanbaru. The method used is the historical method in which data were collectedthrough observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Data analysis usinghistorical writing. When the study began in the submission title until the completion of arevised proposal last essay writer. The results showed that Education Foundation Al-Huda formed on the notion character named Dr. H. Fachri Bais Salam Lc, MM whichformed Orphanage Isolated Tribe in 1986 and then grow until today EducationFoundation Al-Huda has overshadowed the five institutions that MTs Al-Huda, SMA Al-Huda, SMK Nasional Al-Huda, Akademi Keuangan dan Perbankan (AKBAR) danSekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau (STIE-R). Based on these results it can be concludedthat Education Foundation Al-Huda is the body that houses the educational institutionsparticipating intellectual life of the nation. Abstract

Abstrack: This thesis discusses the tradition Parno Kumun Indigenous community, Jambi Province and Its existence in the era of globalization. Parno Adat is one of Kumun's oral tradition are classified into Lyrical Prose. Parno have a pattern that is similar to rhymes and phrases. People who present it is tengganai (boys elder in the family) and Stakeholder Customary (Depati Nenek Mamak), Parno Adat only delivered in a ceremony custom shades. The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the traditions of Parno Adat and driving factors of its existence in the era of globalization. This research was conducted using the method of history or historical. Data were collected through observation, library research, interviews, and comparative studies. The results showed that Parno Adat has an important position in traditional ceremonies in Kumun society, every ceremonies are always opened and closed through the delivery Parno, even the core of the event was also filled by delivery Parno. So, Parno Adat is the lifeblood of all traditional ceremonies so that people never leave tradition of Parno Adat and keep it amid the onslaught of globalization today.Key words: oral traditions, parno adat.

Abstract

Abstrak: art is the result of human action arising out of life and have aestethic value. Art consists of various type that include traditional music art. One of which is the art of traditional music Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. This research have a purpose to know about (1) history of musical art Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. (2) role of the government in preservation of musical arts Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. (3) role of the education department in preservation of musical arts Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. (4) role of the people in preservation of musical art Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. (5) the benefit from preservation of musical arts Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. This research use a qualitative method with approach history and collect document with observation, interview and document or library studies. Interviewers in this research is culture chair of Kampar District, people in education department of Bangkinang City Kampar District. Result of the research is show that of musical arts Calempong Baoguong begin spreading from West Sumatera up to Kampar District. The spreading process through migration people from West Sumatera to Kampar District and in a way of dominate place by Pagaruyung Kingdom at 14 Century when Adityawarman leadership. Now the musical of arts Calempong Baoguong preserved by government, education departemet and people in Bangkinang City Kampar District in every event.Key words: Calempong Baoguong, art of Kampar.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research by environmental damage, mainly in the province of Riau forest fires annually resulting in smoke that interfere with human health and activity. Schools have a major role in shaping the character of students, one of which is the character of environmental care. Students involved with activities Go Green School which is a program to instill character environmentally conscious students. The problems of the study are how the Go Green School movement towards the formation of character care about the environment a students Model Kuok Kuok District of Kampar regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Go Green School movement towards the formation of character care about the environment a students Model Kuok Kuok District of Kampar regency. This research is useful for the reader to add insight and information about education. This research method is quantitative descriptive. Data collection instruments used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 34 questions about the influence of the movement Go Green School (variable X) and 39 questions of character formation caring environment (variable Y). Data was analyzed using simple linear regression. Thus the hypothesis that "there is a Go Green Movement Influence on Character Formation School Students in the Environmental Care Model MTsN Kuok Kuok District of Kampar regency" acceptable. This is evidenced by the simple linear regression between the variables X and Y, obtained Fcount 8.051 and 4.10 Ftable obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftable with N = 40, the significant level of 5%, and is therefore known Fcount ≥ Ftable or 8.051 ≥ 4.10 then Ho is rejected, so the hypothesis in this study received.Keywords: Go Green School Movement, Character Caring Environment2

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of managerial ownership, institution ownership, Leverage on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This research was conducted in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 until 2014 with 21 sample obtained using questionare method. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the managerial ownership, institusional ownwrship, leverage simultaneously affected the disclosure of CSR at 0.154. Furthermore, the results of research partially showing the managerial ownership and leverage had no significant influence on CSR, and the institution ownership had significant influence on CSR.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Managerial Ownership, Institution Ownership, Leverage
