Abstract

Abstract: This research was designed to describe the students’ ability in comprehending recount text. The aim was to find out students ability in comprehending the text. This descriptive research took place in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru from March to April 2015. The sample was 40 students from VIII2 class that took by using cluster random sampling. In collecting the data, there were 30 questions that included in this test. The duration time for doing the test was 40 minutes. The data was analyzed by calculating the students’ score individually and finding out the mean score. The students’ score classified into four level mastery; they are: poor, poor to average, average to good, and good to excellent. The data was presented by using graphic. Based on the result finding of this research, the students’ ability in comprehending recount text at second grade of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru was in poor to average level. Meanwhile, the mean score of the whole students’ scores was 52.6. Keywords: Students’ Ability, Comprehending Recount Text

Abstract

ABSTRAK: This study discusses about conflict resolution in the novel Perempuan Sucicreated by Qaisra Shahraz. This study also discusses about internal conflict and external conflict are found in the novel Perempuan Suci created by Qaisra Shahraz. This studyused a qualitative approachanddescriptivemethodthat aimstodescribe how internal conflict resolution and external conflict resolution in the novel Perempuan Suci created by Qaisra Shahraz. The results of the research is a classification  conflict resolution, that is internal conflict resolution and external conflict resolution in the novel Perempuan Suci created by Qaisra Shahraz. The result of  this study also  as a form documentation conflict resolution in the novel Perempuan Suci created by Qaisra Shahraz. Abstract

ABSTRACT : This research gets art criticism basis. About problem which is worked through which is anachronism in Regency folkloric bulk Indragiri Hulu. Pengkajian on elemental anachronism constitutes one study which absorbing. One folklore which relates about a sukar's scene escaped from by anachronism. That anachronism is alone constitute picture or reputed painting unlike reality. In anachronism exists incompatibility thing something with: given epoch unsuitably terminologicals time, figure place unsuitably terminologicals time, scene kepts the ball rolling unsuitably terminological time, latar's age unsuitably terminologicals time, and irrational something (incredible something) in art opus. About problem which interests analisis's writer which is how forms anachronism in Regency folkloric bulk Indragiri Hulu who gets bearing with irrational something, by use of descriptive method. Data source on observational it which is Regency folklore bulk Indragiri Hulu that acquired of many title binds books which is Cerita Rakyat Indragiri Hulu one that published by Zoom Local Government II. Inhu Year 1997,  Cerita Rakyat dari Riau  B.M opus. Syamsuddin, Kerajaan Indragiri  Hasan Junus Dkk's opus , Cerita Rakyat Indragiri Hulu Mahligai Keloyang dan Sejumlah Cerita Lainnya karya Drs. Elmustian Rahman, MA dan Drs. Fakhri, and Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat INHU (Indragiri Hulu) yang diterbitkan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu tahun 2001. This observational data as sentence that load anachronism that exists in Regency folkloric bulk Indargiri Hulu. Data collecting did by bibliography tech, tech reads, and tech notes. That data then dianalisis passes through analisis's tech descriptive kualitatif which is each sentence that load found anachronism deep Regency folkloric bulk Inhu at indication and strengthened by prove. This observational result exists 44 sentence that contain anachronism of 21 Indragiri Hulu's Regency folklores. Keyword: anachronism, foklore, Indragiri Hulu

Abstract

Abstract:This research is motivated by moral decline nations childern , it is mainly visible in the RW 004 Sungai Beringin Vilage Tembilahan district, Indragiri Hilir. The formulation of this research is whather the character education at elementay school age children by parents in the RW 004 Sungai beringin of Tembilahan district, Indragiri Hilir regency of classified good. The aim of this research is to know the supporting how well the character education at elementary school age childeren by parents in the RW 004 Sungai Beringin Vilage of Tembilahan district, Indragiri Hilir regency. The population of this research is 65 people. The technique used in this research Probability sampling and the sampling method is using simple random sampling, researchers conducted random sampling using Slovin formula with a critical level of 10%, in order to obtain a sample of 39 people. The data instrument is 62 questionnaire. The data is analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis. From the analysis of data can be in the know that character education at elementary school age children by people in RW 004 Sungai Beringin Vilage of Tembilahan district, Indragiri Hilir regency classified as very good. Abstract

Abstract:This study was based on the low level of discipline equality program participants in UPTD c package for SKB Pekanbaru. The problem of this research is how high the discipline of learning programs in UPTD equality c SKB Pekanbaru. The aim of this study was to determine the level of discipline of participants in the program in UPTD c ksesetaraan package for SKB Pekanbaru. The population in this study of 53 participants and a sample study of 33 people taken by using random sampling techniques. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire with 54 statements and after the trial lived 45 valid statement to be made in the research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Results obtained from the calculation results based performance indicators of the ability to comply with the level of discipline-time high of 92.11% and a low level of discipline as much as 3.87%, indicating persistent in carrying out the duties of discipline high level of 89.96% and a low level of discipline by 7 , 41%, mengerjaan indicator and complete the task on time with high level of discipline at 97.37% and the low level of discipline at 2.17%, the indicators do not procrastinate 98.75% and low discipline level of 1.25% to the value and obey the norms that discipline the level higher by 96.77% and low discipline level of 3.2%. Abstract

Abstract: Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of Ten Dasa Darma For Scouts Members in Everyday Life in Gudep 08001-08002 Pekanbaru City Riau University already relatively high. The purpose of this study is determine the level of Application of Dasa Darma For Scouts Members in Everyday Life in Gudep 08001-08002 Pekanbaru City Riau University. The benefits of this research can add insight into the application of dasa darma scout in everyday life. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population is 30 people. The samples in this study used random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing 64 items statement, Dasa Dharma Application For Scouts Members in Everyday Life in Gudep 08001-08002 Pekanbaru, Riau University City, with indicator 1) Piety To God Almighty, 2) Love Natural and dear Humans 3) Patriot Polite and Knights, 4) Obey and deliberative, 5) Helpfull Rela and Steadfast, 6) Diligent, Skilled, and Happy, 7) Save, Accurate, and Unpretentious, 8) Discipline, Deredevil, and Loyalty, 9) Responsible and Trustworthy, 10) in the Holy Thoughts, Words and Deeds. From the research result shows that the adoption of Dasa Darma For Scouts Members in Everyday Life in Gudep 08001-08002 Pekanbaru City Riau University referred to in this study are members of scout who follows the scouts in the high category. Abstract

Abstract: The population issue is one of the issues that affect the prosperity of society. One of the factors causing the occurrence of the problems of this population is the population explosion. Therefore, it should be an attempt to control population growth appropriately. One of them is through the Family Planning Program (FPP). The number of Fertile-Age Couple (FAC) who follow the Family Planning Program (FPP) in Muara Uwai village, Bangkinang district, which in reality, their parents say “many children a lot of sustenance,” Fertile-Age Couple (FAC) want to pursue their careers and a door prize given each year. The aim of this study was to determine the level of expectations of Fertile-Age Couple (FAC) in the Family Planning Program (FPP).The design of this study is descriptive study, the population of this study is 50 people. In this case the sample is 30 people and 20 people for trial. This study used Simple Random Sampling. The sampling technique is applied when a member of a population is considered to be homogeneous. Data collection techniques used are library study and field study consisting of dissemination of questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data analysis technique used was by testing the questionnaire. And data processing techniques performed manually done from the results of the questionnaire and then tabulated in the form of frequency distribution and then analyzed.The results of data analysis showed that the expectation of Fertile-Age Couple (FAC) in following Family Planning Program (FPP) in Muara Uwai village Bangkinang district is high. Thus, Fertile-Age Couple (FAC) have a high expectation in following Family Planning Program (FPP).Keywords: Expectation, Fertile-Age Couple, and Family Planning Program

Abstract

Abstract: The problems of this study is how high the students’ satisfaction on the management of the Smart Ganesha Bimbel Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of students’ satisfaction toward the management of Smart Ganesha Bimbel Pekanbaru. The benefits of this research are to increase the satisfaction of students’ taking course in Bimbel Smart Ganesha. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population is 130 people. The samples in this study using stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing 50 items in the statement of students’ satisfaction taking course at Smart Ganesha Bimbel Pekanbaru, with indicator 1) feelings of pleasure, 2) a feeling of relief, and 3) a feeling of happy. Alternative answers each item has a statement strongly agree categories (SS) was scored 5, agrees (S) was given a score of 4, less amenable (KS) was given a score of 3, disagree (TS) was given a score of 2, and strongly disagree (STS) given a score of 1. The survey results revealed that the satisfaction of the students’ taking course in Smart Ganesha Bimbel Pekanbaru was very high. This evidenced are from the exposure data summary that are: (1) Feeling pleased with the choice of answers strongly agree (SS) and agree (s) obtained percentage score of 99.44%, (2) Relief with a choice of answers strongly agree (SS) and agree (S) obtained scores percentage of 87.94%, (3) feeling happy with the choice of answers strongly agree (SS) and agree (s) obtained percentage score of 85.81%. This means that managers of Smart Ganesha Bimbel Pekanbaru have served students’ to learn well and as expected. Key words: Satisfaction, students’, Bimbel

Abstract

Abstrack: The problem in this research is: What is the attitude of parents of children who do not continue their education to a higher level. This study aims: To determine the attitude of parents of children who do not continue their education to a higher level. This research is deskrpitif with a quantitative approach, this method aims to provide a systematic overview of the state of the ongoing research on the object of the attitude of parents of children who do not melanjuttkan education to a higher level. Where the research is in the village of the District Inuman Bedeng Sikuran. The population in this study were parents in the village of the District Sikuran Bedeng Inuman, which amounted to 110 people, while a sample of 52 parents. The results showed that: Attitudes Parents of children who do not continue education to a higher level classified as Good. It is proved from the results of recapitulation of data, namely: 1.Komponen Cognitive respondents agreed amounted to 44.15%. 2. Affective component respondents saying Agree at 48.67% 3. Component Conative respondents agreed amounted to 45.05%. Keywords: Attitudes, Parents, Children, Education
