Abstract

Absract: This study has to purpose the correlation of  interpersonal intelligence and classroom management skills of early childhood educators in district Gunung Raya, Kerinci Regency. Population in this research were all early childhood educators in district Gunung raya formal and non-formal a total of 64 people. Used the sample is saturated sample mean population is sampled. The collection of data technique is used questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis product moment had tated previously assumptions. The result showed that there is a relationship between interpersonal intelligence and classroom management skills. It is seen from r amounted 0,590. Abstract

Abstract : The problem on this research is that low students’ achievement on social science in fifth graderes at SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru within average score 64,34 and clasical completenes 25% within minimal completenes criterion stated is 70. The purpose of this research is to improve students’ achievement on social science of the fifth graderes in SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru with the application of cooperatif learning model type jigsaw. This research was classroom action research consisting 2 cycles within 4 procedures: planning, doing, observing, and reflecting, and each cycle consists of three meetings. Instrumen on this research are sylabus, lesson plan, and student work sheet. Instruments for collecting data are observation sheet and test. Data which was collected were learning out comes and teacher’s activities during the lessons. After imlpementation of cooperatif learning model type Jigsaw it was abtained students’ outcomes in UAS I within average 69,75 (improved from basic score 32,5%) with classicall completeness 57,5%. The average score form UAS II was 82,75 (improved 62,5%) with classicall completeness 87,5%. Teacher activities results in the cycle was 75% (good category). Meanwhile in the cycle II was 100% (very good category). Students activity in the cycle I was 81,6% (very good category), and then in the cycle II was 93,65% (very good category). Based on this result it can be concluded that the implementation of cooperatif learning model type Jigsaw can social science in fifth graderes at SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract:This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which aims to improve learning outcomes IPS IVA grade students of SDN 4 Pekanbaru with the implementation of Problem Based Learning Model (PBM). The formulation of the problem is the implementation of Learning Problem Based Learning Model  (PBM) can increase student learning outcomes IPS SDN 4 pekanbaru IVA class?this study was conducted on 15 April 2015 s / d May 1, 2015 with the second cycle. The subjects were students of class IVA SDN 4 Pekanbaru, which has 21 students as a source of data. Data collection instruments in this research is the teacher and student activity sheets and written tests, results of this study presents the results obtained from the value of learning daily tests prior to action by an average of 71.14, increasing to 74.76 in the first cycle, increased again to 80.71 in the cycle. The activities of teachers has increased, in the first cycle increased to 65 %% 85 %% in the second cycle. Student activity also increased, in the first cycle of 70% increased to 85% in the second cycle. It can be concluded that the implementation of Problem Based Learning Model (PBM) can improve learning outcomes IPS IVA grade students of SDN 4 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: The problem on this research is the result of students' mathematics learning is still low. The learning process is only centered on the teacher, the teacher uses a language which is difficult to understand the students so that only one-way communication process. This resulted in students' skills tend to be quiet, students are asked a friend who is considered more intelligent. The study is in the form of classroom action research (PTK) with the aim to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes IVC SD Negeri 164 Pekanbaru. The increase in the average student learning outcomes of student learning outcomes before action is 66.9 with classical completeness 47.05% (incomplete). Once applied learning methods peers (peer tutoring) increased student learning outcomes with an average value of 76.3 UH I, a large increase in 14.05% with classical completeness amounted to 64.70% (not completed) and the average UH II 81 , 6 with a big increase from a base score of 21.97% with 79.41% classical completeness (completed). The average percentage of the activity of teachers in the first cycle was 71.87% increased to 82.81% in the second cycle. And the tutorial activity also increased, in the first cycle the average percentage of the activity of the tutorial is a 70.71% increase to 84 , 28% in the second cycle. In addition to the activities of students in each sikusnya also increased, in the first cycle percentage is 66.07% student activity increased by 82.14% in the second cycle. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of learning methods peers (peer tutoring) can increase student mathematics learning outcomes fourth grades at SD Negeri164 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstact: This research is a classrom action research (PTK) wich aims to improve learning outcomes Maths grade student of VC SDN 164 Pekanbaru whit the implementation of the strategy The Power of Two. This research study presents the result obtained from the value of daily tests before treatment by an averageof 56,4, increasing to 75,11 in the first cycle, increased again to 79,28 in the second cycle, and increased again 80,23 in the third cycle. The research results prove that the application class Learning Strategies The Power of Two can improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes VC class SDN 164 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: The study aims at determining the relationship of intrapersonal intelligence and confidence of 2013 academic year students of PG ECD FKIP UR. The population of the study was the students of 2013 academic year consisting of 84 people. Since the population of the study was less than 100, total sampling technique was applied to draw the sample of the study. The technique of collecting data was standardized tests concerning information about various aspects of a person who generates a quantitative description of the aspects studied. The results of the testing hypothesis of a simple correlation analysis (r) obtained intrapersonal intelligence correlation and the confidence of students (r) is 0.423 with a probability value of 0.000, therefore the probability is <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). It implies that Ho is rejected. The results show that there is a fairly strong correlation between intrapersonal intelligence and self-confidence of students. While the direction of the relationship is positive because the value of r is positive, it means that the higher the intrapersonal intelligence, the higher the confidence of students. The coefficient of determination is generated equal to r2 = 17.89 where p = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the influence of intrapersonal intelligence 17.89% of the student self-confidence. It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between intrapersonal intelligence and confidence of the students. Keywords: Intrapersonal Intelligence, Self Confidence

Abstract

Abstrack: The aim of this research is to know whether there is any correlation between students’ self efficacy and academic procrastination in education program of Teacher Education Courses for Early Childhood Education and Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at University of Riau year 2012. The population of this research is the students of Teacher Education Courses for Early Childhood Education in Faculty of Teacher Training at University of Riau year 2012 that consists of 112 students, the samples of this research are 53 students which taken by using slovin formula. Method of this research is quantitative correlation to know the correation between independent variable and dependent variable. The technique of collecting data used quistioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analitical by using SPSS program for Windows Ver.20. Based on the hypothesis there is any significant negative correlation between sudents’ self efficacy and academic procrastination in Teacher Education Courses for Early Childhood Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at University of Riau year 2012. It could be seen from the result of correlation cooficient that rxy = -0,432 and significant level is 0,001 < 0,05. The correlation between students’ self efficacy and academic procrastination is in the medium level which is the KP = r² x 100% = 18,66%, it means that self efficacy affect the academic procrastination as much as 18,66%. Abstract

Abstract : Based on the results of field observations to discipline students is still low and teachers still use learning methods that dominate and not varied. So that should be the application of the technique token economy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the technique token economy to discipline children aged 5-6 years in TK Syakhshiyatul Ummah Siak Upstream Subdistrict Regency Of Kampar. The sample used in this study 20 people. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 17.0. Research hypothesis is that there is a very significant influence on the discipline of the students after applying the technique token economy. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 13.330 and p = 0.000. Because p < 0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in discipline very significant protégé after using a token economy in learning techniques. So it means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after the experiment by applying the technique token economy. Abstract: The party marriage ceremony is the most important thing for the people of Batak. The wedding is the bridge that brings Na Tolu from parents bride with Na Tolu from parents of the bride. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Marriage Procedure Toba Batak society, to understand the function and role of Na Tolu Batak Toba traditional wedding in the village of Pasir Penyu District Roses Flower District IV, to find out people's views on the village of Roses Flower Dalihan function and role Natolu Village Flower Rose District of Pasir Penyu district Kite, Dalihan Natolu To determine the role as a mediator for the resolution of problems in the marriage Batak Toba. Abstract

Abstract: The development of the times affects the occurrence of a change in any part of traditional wedding ceremony Toba Batak society. Change is meant to add or subtract certain obligations in the marriage ceremony. Conduct marriage ceremonies Batak Toba first implemented in time and the process is quite long, now shortened to the term customary upcaraulaon realize (the party which was completed during the day). The stages in a traditional wedding ceremony in the form of ulaonsadarai is that began with marhusip, martumpol, marhatasinamot, party rally which directly followed by the show paulakune and maningkir stairs. In general, the stages were shortened this custom event when viewed in terms of time is very beneficial because it gives people an opportunity to pursue other needs. However, if viewed in terms of education and knowledge, it is detrimental to the younger generation now because with dipersingkatnya stages of marriage caused the younger generation no longer know how the stages of the marriage in accordance with the original cultural values ​​Batak Toba.The purpose ofthis study was tofind out howthe proceduremarriageBatakTobacommunityinthe area of origin, to knowhow toshiftthe execution ofcustomarymarriagesin thecommunityin the village ofBatakTobaSawit Permai subdistrictDayunSiak, knowingthe impactothe shift inthe implementation of customary marriage inBatakTobaSawit Permai inthe DistrictDayunSiak.The methodusedin this studyis aqualitativeapproachmethod.
