Abstract

Abstark: The problem in this research is that in dribbling, the movement of the feet that carry the ball is very slow and less agile, and athletes when dueling for the ball are often late and lose to their opponents. The form of this research is (one group pretest-postest design) with a population of U-13 2012 Woner SSB. The data in this research related to the entire population, namely 16 subjects. The instrument used in this research was the dribble test, which aims to determine the effect of zigzag walking training through the cone. Based on the analysis of the normality test on the independent variable (X), it produces a LoMax of 0.121 and an L table of 0.213, which means that LoMax <L table. while the dependent variable (Y) produces LoMax of 0.104 and Ltable of 0.213. This means that LoMax <L The data table is normally distributed. When testing the t-distribution of the hypothesis, it can be concluded that between the variable x and the variable y the value of t = 4,750 is obtained, then tcount> ttable (4,750)> (1,753), then Ha is accepted , in other words, there is a significant effect on the zigzagging through the cone against the dribbling dexterity of the Woner 2012 U-13 Pekanbaru football school.Key Words: Zigzag running training through the cone, Dribbling agility, Football

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to examine the effect of independent board of commissioners, audit committee, board of commissioners, board of directors and business risk on financial performance either simultaneously or partially in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 to 2019 The population of this study are all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019, which have data on ROA, Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Business Risk, totaling 14 companies. This study uses secondary data sourced from   existing records at the company and from other sources such as conducting a literature study with books related to the object of research or using data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program. The results of the study indicate that the results of the study indicate that the independent board of commissioners, audit committee, board of commissioners, board of directors and business risk simultaneously affect financial performance. The independent board of commissioners partially has a negative effect on financial performance. The audit committee has a positive effect on financial performance. The board of commissioners has a positive effect on financial performance. The board of directors has a positive effect on financial performance. Abstract

Abstract: The development of learning tools based on the Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending learning model on the wave material of class XI SMA students aims to determine the validity of learning tools based on the CORE learning model. The learning tools developed are the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Student Worksheets (LKPD), and Learning Outcomes Tests. The research method used is Research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE type. This research method consists of 5 stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Based on the results of this study, the average validity of the lesson plans for meeting 1, meeting 2, and meeting 3 was (3.37, 3.36 and 3.35) with the high category (T), the average validity of the LKPD for meeting 1, meeting 2, and meeting 3 of (3.19, 3.19 and 3.19) with the high category (T), and the average validity of the Learning Outcomes Test of 3.19 with the high category (T). So that learning tools based on the Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending learning model are declared valid and suitable for use on wave material for class XI SMA students.Key Words: Physics Learning Tools, CORE Learning Model, Wave

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the writing skills of students in class Vii SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru. The research objectives were to determine the ability to write rhymes, to determine the differences in students' abilities between sample groups, to determine the ability to write rhymes sampiran, and to determine the ability to write the contents of the rhyme content of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru. This study has a population of 84 and a sample of 69. The data of this study are the results of the student's answer test in the seventh grade students' rhyme writing test of SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru. This study used an instrument in the form of a writing test (essay) and observation. The data in this research are the results of the assessment in the form of scores on the writing test of the seventh grade rhymes of SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru. The test instructs students to write rhymes with the topics that have been provided and pay attention to the verse verse, lines, rhymes, sampiran and content. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods through tests to determine the level of writing skills of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru. One-way ANOVA test to determine differences in the ability to write rhymes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru between sample groups. The results of this study were a test of the ability to write rhymes for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Pekanbaru, which was classified as high with an average score.Key Words: Ability, Writing, Pantun, Students

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students of Economic Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The population used in this study were students of economic education class 2017, 2018, and 2019. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation to obtain students' entrepreneurial knowledge and using questionnaires to obtain data about interest in entrepreneurship. The samples taken were at least 146 students from 228 students, using the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples used. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using chi square. The results showed the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Economics Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau.Key word: Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between character education and emotional intelligence of students in SMA Negeri 4 Bangko Pusako. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the Relationship between Character Education and the Emotional Intelligence of Students in SMA Negeri 4 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between character education and emotional intelligence in SMA Negeri 4 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir Regency. The benefits of the research are giving ideas for the development of character education of students in schools that continue to develop according to what has been taught and applied in schools and around them. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instruments used in this study are questionnaires, observations and interviews which consist of 28 indicators. by 28 questions. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 4 Bangko Pusako, the sample used in this study was the proportional sampling technique. Based on the research results, it was found that Character Education has a significant relationship with students' Emotional Intelligence. This means that if the character education is high, the emotional intelligence will be high and vice versa, if the character education of the child is low, the emotional intelligence of the child is also low. This means that character education has an effect of 52.70% on emotional intelligence. Based on the Ha hypothesis test: There is a significant relationship between Character Education and the Emotional Intelligence of Students in SMA Negeri 4 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir Regency. Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to find out the Ability of the Second Year Students of the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Pekanbaru in Comprehending Recount Texts. The population of this research was the Second Year Students of the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Pekanbaru. The number of sample was 30 students selected by using cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument was multiple choice questions consisted 40 questions. The test was given by using eight components of reading comprehension and recount texts such as main idea, factual information, meaning of difficult word, reference, inference, social function of recount text, generic structures of recount text and language features of recount text. The data were analyzed by classifying them into four levels of ability, such as poor, average, good, and excellent. The result showed that the ability of the second year students of the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Pekanbaru was at good level with mean score was 66.1.Key Words: Students’ ability, Reading comprehension, Recount text

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the Influence of the use of google classroom media on learning motivation of students in Economic Education FKIP, Riau University. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the research population of students of Economics Education FKIP Riau University, batch 2018 and 2019, totaling 149 students. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling, with a total sample size of 60 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicates the use of google classroom media has a significant effect on learning motivation.Key Words: Use Of Google Classroom Media, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the practice management at SMKNurul Falah Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive study, the research is theprincipal, teachers and students. The data collection methods used by researchers wereinterviews and questionnaires. The research istrument use a checklist. The data that hasbeen obtained are analyzed then the percentage is sought. To find out the organization,implementation planning of the percentage of the analysis results the presented with anassessment of the acale rating, while to find out the implementation can also use thesame metthod. With respondents from the results of the research obtained shows thatthe management of on the job training at SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru when viewedfrom the organization can run well, indicated by the existence of a street vendororganization structure and task division board, implementation is in progress with moststudents (47,1 %) stated included in the tub and planning category (good), so ifaveraged is good.Key Words: Management, Planning, Implementation, And Evaluation.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations by researchers in the field, it shows that from the volleyball competitions that were followed, the Volleyball athlete Langsat Permai had won, but this did not last long. This is because the smash accuracy of the Langsat Permai Volleyball School athletes is not very good. It is seen when making an easy smash on the block with the opponent, then the ball is not on target or the ball is out. Apart from that the smashes made by athletes often hit the net, are easily taken by opponents and so on. The purpose of this study was to prove the relationship between leg muscle power and eye and hand coordination with the accuracy of volleyball smashes for Langsat Permai Volleyball School athletes. The population in this study were all volleyball athletes at Langsat Permai Volleyball School who took part in the volleyball training, totaling 12. Given the small population that will be sampled as well as the players who participate in the training. Thus the sample was taken by 12 volleyball players. The instrument in this study used the leg muscle power test using a vertical power jump test measuring instrument. Eye and hand coordination using a catch-ball test. Volleyball smash accuracy test by measuring the results of the smash accuracy using a target box that contains numbers made in the field according to the level of difficulty. The data obtained were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation. Based on the results of the research that the author has described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded, From the results obtained, leg muscle power has a significant relationship with Smash accuracy in Volleyball Volleyball athletes Langsat Permai School, where rcount (0.684)> household (0.602). From the results obtained, eye and hand coordination has no relationship with the accuracy of Smash in Volleyball Volleyball athletes at Langsat Permai Volleyball School, where rcount (0.083) <rtab (0.602). There is a joint relationship between leg muscle power and eye and hand coordination to the accuracy of Smash in Volleyball Volleyball athletes in Langsat Permai Volleyball School, where rcount (0.694)> rtab (0.602).Key Words: Leg Muscle Power, Hand and Eye Coordination, Smash Accuracy
