Abstract

The development of information technology is increasingly advanced and fast. Many technologies go into other fields such as agriculture. The most frequently used technology is IoT. All forms of IoT Technology will relate to the internet. This technology can facilitate people in the field of agriculture such as making hydroponic nutrients automatically with the website application. Obviously this technology requires microcontroller tools, sensors and other robotic tools.To connect with censorship tools and website applications, microcontrollers are required as a control center. Creating a website application using the PHP programming language. As for microcontrollers use the C++ programming language. On the website will be displayed data in graphic form. The process of sending sensor data to a website via a local server. The microcontroller used is Wemos D1R1 which has a wifi module.The result of this research is the microcontroller managed to run well with the website application. PH control and monitoring system, the concentration and volume of water running according to the setpoint specified by user. User Interface which is simple and easy to understand.

Abstract

Perpustakaan Universitas Kristen Petra yang berperan sebagai pusat layanan informasi bagi sivitas akademika tidak dapat lepas dari pengaruh teknologi informasi (TI). Untuk memastikan kelangsungan pelayanan informasi maka dibutuhkan sistem keamanan, pengelolaan data, pengelolaan masalah, dan pengelolaan lingkungan fisik yang memadai baik dari segi hardware maupun software. Ketergantungan ini mengakibatkan TI menjadi titik yang paling rawan dalam memastikan kelangsungan pelayanan informasi di perpustakaan. Dalam memastikan sejauh mana dukungan TI terhadap proses bisnis perpustakaan maka perlu diketahui seberapa baikkah kualitas layanan TI. Untuk mengukur kualitas layanan TI di perpustakaan dibutuhkan suatu proses audit.Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan proses audit operasional untuk mengumpulkan data guna menunjang penilaian audit. Pedoman yang digunakan dalam mengukur aspek – aspek tingkat kedewasaan TI ialah COBIT 4.0 pada bagian delivery and support 4, 5, 10, 11, dan 12 yang terdiri dari pemastian kelangsungan layanan TI, pengelolaan sistem keamanan, pengelolaan masalah, pengelolaan data, dan pengelolaan lingkungan fisik di perpustakaan.Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan dan nilai tingkat kematangan TI di perpustakaan. Proses audit membantu perpustakaan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja layanan TI dan memberi masukan untuk perbaikan.

Abstract

In this well developed era, technology becomes a part that can not be neglected. Speed in searching for information has become crucial and the old ways are gradually left behind. It is not surprising that the internet takes an important role in life; website has become a common media to look for information.This thesis is meant to ease the users who look for information about events in Petra Christian University. By using web, users can see list of events, not only events that are happening or upcoming (displayed as a calendar), but also past and historical events (displayed as a timeline) in Petra Christian University.Besides being facilitated in looking for event information, users also can see documentation of historical events and be reminded of important things that had already happened.

Abstract

The use of smartphone technology to obtain or disseminate information in various activities of citizens is very rarely used. RT managers usually use the correspondence to give news of their citizens if they want to hold an event in their neighborhood. Letters distributed to residents, usually only in the form of agenda, place and time of implementation. Not infrequently, residents who receive letters long-time terebut forget the agenda that has been planned by the RT management. Due to a written letter that is only informative and not as a media reminders / reminder of the event.The process of making this program is equipped with Java and PHP as programming languages, MySQL as database, Android Studio and Sublime which is used to display the source code of programming language and web browser as media to display website which have been made in Sublime.The results obtained from the applications that have been made, among others, the making of citizen activities and citizens' appeal made by the chairman of the household, monthly financial reports made by the treasurer, and opinions of citizens who can be used to share opinions among all citizens. And also the notification and alarm activities to facilitate interaction among fellow citizens.

Abstract

Application of expert systems are now widely used by many people, as well as application development is quite fast and good. So easy to use and many of the benefits with this application. With this application, common people can learn the science of an expert to be applied into daily life.In this study expert system is applied to diagnose the disease as first aid before consulting a doctor. In making this application, programmers consult the experts (doctors) to create a knowledge-based.Based on the questionnaire results obtained that the expert system application program as a first aid for common ailments can run well and well-presented in user interface.

Abstract

Reading is one of the most important functions in life, it is because of every learning process comes from abilities to read. Books with pictures are the books consist of illustrations. For kids, reading a picture book have its own pleasure because they can understand better the content in the book. Bible is hard to understand for kids because there are only words in it. Because of that, a method to explain what is inside the bible for kids should be developed. It will be easier for kids to understand bible if such method exists.Bible Stories Multimedia Book Application is developed in order to help users read, since the stories served in the most interesting way possible using interactive pictures. Steps in the making of this application are: analysis for program planning, program design using use case, activity diagram, flowchart, game scenarios, database system and design interface, and program implementation. This application is developed using HTML, Javascript, PHP, CSS and MySQL database.The examination process showed that this application works fine on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. This Multimedia Book Application provides stories, games, jigsaw puzzle, matching game and sorting game, as shown by questionnaire, 7 of 10 children are able to read and understand bible stories in the early age.

Abstract

PD. X merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi biji plastik, yaitu mengolah sampah plastik bekas menjadi biji plastik. Semua pencatatan terkait pembelian bahan baku, penjualan, dan persediaan dicatat secara manual. Dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi, terkadang owner melakukan perhitungan berdasarkan estimasi harga pokok produksi atau terkadang melakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Apabila melakukan perkiraan, owner kadang tidak terlalu memperhatikan biaya overhead. Perhitungan harga pokok produksi secara akurat merupakan hal yang penting karena hal ini membantu perusahaan untuk memastikan harga jual yang telah ditetapkan dengan menutup semua biaya yang digunakan. Perhitungan secara manual tentunya dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang tidak akurat.Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, maka dirancang sebuah aplikasi untuk melakukan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi dengan menggunakan metode Job Costing. Hasil yang diperoleh dari aplikasi yang telah dibuat, yaitu 66,67% user menilai baik dari segi desain interface aplikasi, 66,67% user menilai baik dari segi kemudahan dalam pemakaian aplikasi, 66,67% user menilai baik dari segi kelengkapan informasi yang dibutuhkan perusahaan, 100% user menilai baik dari segi keakuratan informasi dan data, dan 100% user menilai baik dari segi kesesuaian program dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

Abstract

Toko X adalah sebuah toko retail yang menggunakan sistem komputerisasi dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, Toko X mengalami kendala dalam menentukan peletakan barang di dalam toko, membuat promo bundling untuk meningkatkan penjualannya, serta mengetahui barang-barang apa saja yang laku terjual pada periode waktu tertentu. Dengan banyaknya data yang harus dianalisis maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung yang melibatkan data transaksi penjualan, data barang, data departemen, dan data kategori Toko X.Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi, maka dilakukan pembuatan perangkat lunak berbasis data mining.Data mining merupakan teknik menggali data berskala besar untuk melakukan ektraksi informasi di dalamnya. Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan metode market basket analysis dimana metode tersebut akan menganalisa barang berdasarkan level barang pada dimensi barang dan terhadap dimensi waktu pada waktu transaksi penjualan. Software dibuat dengan menggunakan algoritma FP-Tree dan menggunakan bahasa pemograman java dan Firebird database.Dengan menggunakan output dari software, berupa association rule dan grafik, pengambil keputusan dapat mengetahui relasi antar barang untuk menentukkan peletakkan barang dan promo bundling, serta mengetahui barang apa yang sering terjual pada suatu periode waktu tertentu. Berdasarkan pengujian, aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik, Hasil kuisioner dari user menujukkan 88% informasi yang diberikan akurat, 80% desain tampilan, 88% kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, 84% penggunaan bahasa dalam menyampaikan informasi, dan 88% bagi petunjuk yang diberikan dalam membantu user menggunakan aplikasi.

Abstract

The process of learning the lessons of history are often regarded as tedious, because the lessons of history study the events that happened in the past. Moreover, history lessons are also taught only by using an image or text. Therefore, in order that history lessons can become more attractive in it’s teaching, multimedia applications were made to teach the history interactively.This application resemble the learning system of Pattimura heroic history more interactive and interesting, because users are actively involved in the learning process. The teaching of the history starts from the birth of Pattimura, until death of Pattimura. In this application, there are also tests made, so the user can remember about the material that has been provided. This application is created using Adobe Flash CS6 and actionscript 3 as a programming language. Based on the results of testing of the applications and questionnaires, applications can be run by fully and strongly supports the process of understanding the historical material. This application adds to the interest in learning from the user, because of the interesting animation, and easy to use application. Users who doesn’t read narrative and do the applications in haste would have some difficulties to obtain a good final score.

Abstract

Ecommerce is a Market Place and a technological advancement nowadays  where it is now widely used by the public to conducts transaction of needed goods due to very practical. Shopping by using Ecommerce also cheaps and the price is very competitive then conventional store, which more expensive due to large operational costs. But the errors of data contained in Ecommerce is greater than a conventional store, because the data input is depends on the person who using it.With the development of technology, especially on Web Services that helps Ecommerce grow significantly, of course there are solutions to solve the problem and reduce an errors that would made disadvantageous on both side. And one of them is a Computer Intelligence developed to be able to detect and recognize an object.The detection and recognition of objects which will be added on Ecommerce for its feature use frequent of image processing methods for face detection, the Haar Cascade Classifier, and the recognition using SURF. So these feature can improve the performance of Ecommerce so as not to use significant costs and upgrade.
