Abstract

At this time many doctors appointment was made by telephone and it is less effective and practical. On the other hand there are many medical record dentistry is done manually. Entry data which is done manually often waste of time because the nurses had to find the archive file a particular patient's medical record. Additionaly, patients often lost or hard to find.Looking at the various problems that occurred from appointment to the medical record on the patient, this software is a system that can process  patient appointment data, and also record the patient's medical history. This software is created with the web-based program that uses PHP and MySQL as the database.The end result of this program is that users can perform an online appointment at a doctor's office specified in according with the schedule. Besides that, doctors can make record medical record online and history can be viewed online.

Abstract

Software New SPEKTRA digunakan oleh banyak perpustakaan. Peralihan dari New SPEKTRA menjadi iSPEKTRA yang berbasis online memberikan peluang dibuatnya unified database yang menyimpan data dari semua client iSPEKTRA dengan nama Spektra Virtual Library (SVL).  Teknologi Web Services berbasis REST digunakan untuk sinkronisasi data agar seragam dan memudahkan publik dalam mencari koleksi karya tulis baik fisik maupun digital. Twitter bootstrap digunakan untuk website interface dan PostgreSQL digunakan sebagai database.Spektra Virtual Library akan menjembatani perbedaan struktur data antar pengguna software iSPEKTRA dan membantu publik mencari koleksi karya tulis berbagai perpustakaan dalam website tunggal.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat web services sebagai sarana sinkronisasi database dan penyetaraan data, serta website berbasis twitter bootstrap untuk Spektra Virtual Library. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa website Spektra Virtual Library dan program web services.

Abstract

Banyuwangi is the eastern most regency of the island of Java. The regency’s geography is quite diverse, from lowlands to mountains. Banyuwangi also has two nature reserves, which are very large and beautiful for visitors to see particularly marine nature. Tourism in Banyuwangi is also growing rapidly, ranging from city tours, marine tours, culinary tours, and other attractions. These attract many interests from tourists to visit Banyuwangi to see and enjoy tourism in Banyuwangi. However, the information about Banyuwangi tourism is quite difficult to obtain in a complete form and require a lot of time to collect from various sources. Relying on mobile devices that can be carried anywhere and easy internet access, an application for providing information to guide tourism in Banyuwangi was proposed.In this study, an Android-based tourism information application for Banyuwangi was developed. The application has many features that can help users, particularly information on places of interest, hotels, public transport, culinary, souvenir, and weather.Testing results show that the application can display local maps, routes, sorted list of places of interest by distance or travel time, weather forecast, and also provide an overview of Banyuwangi tourism through photographs and video clips. Using this application, the user can easily access tourism information in Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Utilization of the internet to access information via the website culinary widely applied. Various culinary website presented in a good packaged culinary information in order to culinary connoisseur can easily accesses the information. However, sometimes the lack of information on the website fail to fully support the ease of location searching.The purpose of this research about website application is to provides a place for the culinary connoisseur in accessing culinary information, particularly in Surabaya with the help of a map as a culinary signpost towards the desired spot. This application is built using the programming language PHP, Adobe Dreamweaver, and MySQL Database.From the results of the implementation and testing of a website that acts as a container of information for culinary lovers, it can be concluded that the system of culinary information retrieval has been able to function well and and got a positive response from the respondents that already testing the application.

Abstract

Museum is a place that has a lot of historical relics and cultural elements, but every museum has a challenge to determine the best way to present the information to visitors. Group of visitors usually get have events and places that have been scheduled by House of Sampoerna’s museum guide, ultimately limiting each individuals to explore deeper on the objects that are more interesting for individuals. In addition, information about objects contained in the museum is limited to the tags or information printed on the area around the object so information can be added.Through this Android-based applications visitors can get information not only in the form of text, but also can be audio and video about objects in the museum that can be accessed individually. In addition, the author added the game mode quiz and guess silhouette by utilizing QR code technology to provide innovation so that museum visitors can further explore museums.The results of the application has two modules, Android-based mobile applications for users or museum visitors and website applications for the museum admin. In the mobile user application there are several menus, there are displaying the detail data of the museum, displaying the list of events contained in the museums, perform a barcode scan process to obtain more complete information, and do the game in the museum. For website applications on the admin museum can manage all the museum data that will be used in the user application. From the test of mobile applications that have been done, 80% of respondents rate this application is good and all respondents rate this application can help if they want to explore the museum alone. While testing the museum admin has satisfied with the website application features.

Abstract

Dewasa ini manipulasi gambar yang berkaitan dengan pengambilan suatu objek (matting) dan penggabungan pada background baru (compositing) banyak dipergunakan (misal dalam dunia perfilman). Objek yang akan diolah dapat beraneka ragam, tetapi permasalahan akan timbul ketika objek yang diolah adalah objek transparan. Belum banyak riset mengenai permasalahan ini karena sulitnya mendapatkan nilai transparansi serta pembiasan objek, sehingga dalam skripsi ini dikembangkan aplikasi untuk melakukan proses matting dan compositingobjek tranparan.Proses matting akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Grabcut, lalu nilai alpha/transparansi dari objek akan dihitung dengan alpha matting. Nilai transparansi akan digunakan dalam compositing objek dengan background baru, sedangkan teknik pembiasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus pembiasan Snell’s Law. Aplikasi akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dengan Visual C# 2010 sebagai IDE nya.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai alpha/transparansi yang didapat dipengaruhi oleh pencahayaan, pembiasan oleh background lama, serta motif dari objek. Pembiasan pada objek sudah natural jika dibandingkan dengan kondisi asli. Selain itu posisi mata dapat diatur oleh pengguna untuk mendapatkan hasil sesuai keinginan. Kekurangan dari aplikasi ini adalah hasil gambar tidak dapat menyerupai objek pada gambar awal objek diambil. Selain itu, dikarenakan objek transparan yang diekstrak adalah white object, hasil compositing pada objek transparan berwarna akan terlihat tidak alami.

Abstract

Dalam action game belakangan ini, biasanya player akan dihadapkan dengan banyak AI secara bersamaan. Agar dapat memberikan tantangan terhadap player akan dibutuhkan kelakuan yang kompleks. Untuk menciptakan kesan ini, AI tersebut harus dapat berkoordinasi dengan yang lain dalam menyerang player tanpa menghilangkan gameplay yang baik dan seimbang.Untuk dapat membuat AI tersebut, maka akan ditambahkan mekanisme attack slot, exclusion zone, trigger system, enemy event, player mutex, allowed zone, dan blackboard untuk membantu AI saling berkomunikasi dan mengatur sikap dari AI dalam menghadapi sebuah situasi.Dari hasil pengujian, bisa dilihat bahwa player dapat melawan sejumlah AI sekaligus dan memiliki kesempatan untuk menang. AI tersebut juga bisa terlihat berkoordinasi dalam perlawanan mereka terhadap player. Masalah yang dapat terjadi adalah dalam penggunaan attack slot dan exclusion zone harus memperhitungkan jumlah enemy yang bisa menempati slot yang sama karena bila terlalu banyak dapat megakibatkan enemy saling berebut tempat dan menghilangkan kesan berkoordinasi. Dalam penggunaan player mutex harus dipastikan pengembaliannya oleh enemy yang mengambil. Kegagalan dalam mengembalikan mutex tersebut akan membuat semua enemy lain tidak dapat menyerang.

Abstract

Accounting system implemented in UD X still being applied manually by recording debts in the account payable ledger and credits in the account payable ledger with a Microsoft Excel application. The company’s revenues were calculated manually by calculating the customer’s invoices and bills because transactions were not recorded in a journal. Hence, UD X requires a large amount of time to process the financial information. Therefore, an accounting information system is needed to record UD X’s transactions in a journal automatically and to process financial report quickly and precisely.According to the analysis based on UD X’s problems, an application to support the UD X’s business performance must be made. The application would be implemented to process the purchase transactions, sales, returns, purchases, sales returns, work orders, loan and credit payments, and accounting reports generator. The design of the Data Flow Diagram system uses Microsoft Visio, and the ERD uses Power Designer 15. The application will be based on CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL for the database.User Satisfaction towards the application’s overall quality is 100% which means the application has fulfilled and corresponds to the system requirements. This application helps the records process by automate the journal recordings and postings, and also helps to speed up the generation of the company’s profit report.

Abstract

The making of the application user services library of Petra Christian University with barcode features and methods REST on proposing a collection of processes existing library services in Petra Christian UniversityVarious processes of library services that exist in Petra Christian University currently has been running pretty well. But the times made Petra Christian University Library should always innovate in his Ministry. Starting from the previous manual system revamp to become ter-computerized, providing access to information that is complete and can be accessed from a variety of technologies. Application user services library of Petra Christian University is designed for users in accessing memepermudah various services there is Petra Christian University Library, such as providing information about the collection that is being borrowed, and information about the collections who want ordered. In addition the application also provides a feature proposing the collection, so that users can suggest various collections such as books, journals, magazines and so on to the librarian to add to an existing collection at the library. The results of the application shows that this app can help users find out various information about the collections which are being borrowed and booked. The application can also simplify the user in doing the booking service collection. Then the existence of the proposals feature helps make it easier to propose a collection of users. In addition a Web service that is created can facilitate data exchange between the applications with the server and can be developed for the application of the existing library.

Abstract

TVRI Jawa Timur is a company that works in broadcasting services. TVRI Jawa Timur provide programs for public such as information, education, entertainment or culture. The business processes of TVRI Jawa Timur are supported by information technology, but there is no integrated information system to manage data and information for all parts of the organization unit. Nowadays, TVRI Jawa Timur only use microsoft word, microsoft excel, application for video editing and applications from ministry of finance. Therefore it is necessary to analyze and design the enterprise architecture to support the company. The framework used to design enterprise architecture is Enterprise Architecture Planning. The first process is analyze the business model and company strategy. Next, analyze the business processes and the condition of information technology in the TVRI company. After that, the design of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture are made for TVRI company.
