Abstract

Personal financial management is important in supporting the realization of someone's goals. By doing personal financial management, each individual knows the goals to be achieved, so each individual have to optimally utilize the management of financial resources to achieve goals. Many young people today has not been able to plan and control the use of money to achieve goals. Other than that, young people is also lazy to record the costs of his daily expenses because they have to recorded manually on paper. With a gadget that can be taken anywhere and easy Internet access, then designed application that can help record the expense costs or income daily. In this research, Android-based personal finance manager application will be made in this thesis. This application has a feature that can help user to control the use of their money in graphical form, reminder for paying debt and paying credit card bills, limiting budget, create their own savings, and see the real time  exchange rate.Based on the result of the implementation and testing, the application can  provide both income and expense reports in graphical form, also can remind user to pay debt according to the date that user set, and remind user to pay credit card bills before the due. With this application, users can manage their personal finances to achieve their goals.

Abstract

Saving moment at a place usually done with photos. However, due to the large number of photos, organizing photos becomes difficult. A tourist may not know the name of the tourist spot he visited, do not have time to name the photo or forget the name of the place the photo was taken. Manually searching for places names through photos will take a long time.This research will conduct a trial with the implementation of the Deep Local Feature (DELF) method and Support Vector Machine (SVM) to recognize photos of tourist attractions automatically. The DELF method is an effective method for capturing image features, especially place pictures. After capturing image features, the images will be grouped based on features with SVM.The test is carried out to get the value of the parameter taking features with DELF and classification with SVM so that the recognition of tourist attractions has a high level of accuracy. For 153 image classes, DELF is performed with an image threshold of 50 and a max feature of 1000. While the classification uses SVM with kernel rbf with cost 10 and gamma 0.01. By using the DELF and SVM obtained accuracy with a test data of 0.6178.

Abstract

The development of information technology on this day has reached the point where everyone can connect to each other easily, quickly and efficiently. Of the many devices resulting from the advancement of information technology, Smartphone is a communication tool that serves to receive and transmit the most widely used information due to its nature that is easy to carry anywhere.So far, the ongoing ordering system is still conventional. The current food and beverage ordering system at Restaurant X is still manual and not computerized.This android application based Restaurant X is created as an alternative to replace the ordering system that is currently running on Restaurant X. This program uses MySQL as a local database storage container and also uses Android Studio as a programming language application to create an X Restaurant app. Expected with this application the customer can more easily in ordering and Restaurant X can also be helped.

Abstract

With technological advancements, human needs can be fulfilled easily. The needs of communication, transportation, and even food can be fulfilled with the help of technology. From the Christian Worldviews, human has basic needs of knowing and having an intimate relationship with his Creator. However, technology isn’t yet used to its full potential to help the fulfillment of this necessity. Christians believe that the Bible is the Word of God which can give answers to the human’s basic needs. Therefore, the writer try to develop a Web Application to help Christians study and understand the Bible. The Application provides verse and information search features with relevant search principle using Elasticsearch. With that features, search results shown based on user needs. On the other hand, user can use application to do Bible Study and give Bible Study material recommendation to the user using Item-based Collaborative Filtering with Item Category Distance and Interestingness Measure algorithm. The testing results of the application shows that the features in this application are working properly and able to help the users to understand the Bible better.

Abstract

Until now Gracia sprei store still uses manual recording for  every store administration activity  like sales , purchases and the bookkeeping process. This make Gracia Store Owners think that their system still less efficient and looking for more effective recording methods.Looking at the source of the problems, a web based accounting information system was created to assist the recording process. This system was created using php language and MySQL database.The results obtained from this design process are record of the master data, record of transaction process, recording of production process, recording of the mutation , financial statements consisting of ledgers, balance sheets and journals

Abstract

Video Games are one of the most popular ways for someone to relieve stress or spend their free time. Most of the video game that is available right now can be played in single player. Unfortunately, most of the times when playing video games in single player, people usually get bored quite easily due to the enemy having static patterns as their actions. To overcome this problem, this thesis will be developing a game with an enemy that is not easily predictable.The genre of the game is Action Role-playing Game (ARPG). The Artificial Intelligence involved is made using the Fuzzy State Automata method. Using the Fuzzy State Automata method, the enemy will have to decide which state that it with enter using the input fuzzy sets and act accordingly. The states of the fuzzy state automata in here also have no fixed durations, therefore adding another unpredictability element for the player to deal with.Based on the testing of the Fuzzy State Automata, the artificial intelligence have the ability to react accordingly to its inputs. The Fuzzy State Automata also manages to successfully exhibit the capability of its states to have no fixed durations to make the enemy actions harder to predict.

Abstract

Increasingly advanced technological developments have caused many demands on the client-server to carry out their duties. Existing server capabilities of access that comes from the client. The ability of the server to exceed the limit will experience overload so that many of the adverse effects that will be caused include a decrease in the speed of access even causing a server down.This study tries to propose a solution by providing an additional access point on the server that is using containerization technology on Kubernetes. Where the container is the access point for the client to the server. This containerazitation technology is implemented by utilizing scalability. Scalability in the container will adjust to the needs of the client and server.With container technology, access to the server can be done by adding a container for the access point if it is felt full and will resuce the container if the number of accessing clinets decreases. This will minimize the server overload so that the client can access the server without difficulty due to the lack of access points.

Abstract

Gold is one of the assets that is popular amongst people on many of its aspects ranging from its profitability in investing or saving to its beauty as a jewelry. Its ever increase in demand that exceeds the existing supply causes an instability in its price. This phenomenon disturbs the balance in market causing parties of interest to lose security on buying gold in the near future.This research introduces a solution using a mobile application to aid in decision making by providing prediction of the gold price in rupiahs using parameters necessary in Bloomberg site (www.bloomberg.com), FX Empire site (https://www.fxempire.com), 30rates site (http://30rates.com) and Longforecast site (https://longforecast.com). An aggregate function and moving average will be used to get the necessary data which will then be delivered in a simple and easily accesed user interface.The testing results shows that aggregate function and moving average are a viable method to calculate the prediction data of the gold price.

Abstract

At this day, the IoT (internet of Things) has been become a trend that keep going in the middle of society. The expansion of IoT that happen really fast open many potency from the previous technology never seen before, including smart home. Smart home is a bunch of sensors that connect with each other and can be controlled through the internet to watch the condition inside or outside home. The purpose of smart home is to elevate the quality of live for the owner of the house with connecting the sensors and other smart object that can be controlled and accessed through mobile device or computer.It is the same with voice assistant that now is in fast developing state. In everyday life, it is common for use to interract with one of many voice assistant that already exist like Alexa from Amazon, Siri from Apple, Google's Assistant from Google and many more. This system can control the house with 2 microcontroller, which is Raspberry Pi 3 and Wemos D1 mini ESP8266. Both of microcontroller can be controlled with voice command and through website. For controlling using the voice command can be used by saying words that contains keywords to run the command. The voice command can be done with 5 Meters range from microphone. The user can also say the words with uncorrect grammar or uncorrect words as long as those words has keywords to run the command, the command will be run. After that this system can controll the device that has IR Receiver with using IR LED and command that already been stored. As long as the device can connect with relay or has IR Receiver, then the device can be controll by the system or the user from anywhere.

Abstract

M Store is a company engaged in field of textile and fashion in Surabaya. Lack of promotion by Store M lead to potential of the market is less excavated. Therefore, M Store develop marketing through internet with open an online store through marketplace to reach wider markets or segments. But competition in internet is very tight and need added-value to compete. With making of e-commerce website expect to help build assets and branding of M Store.This thesis was designed with Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram. E-commerce system is built using PHP and MySQL database. From implementation, generating facilities such as store information, products, blogs and news, discussions, reviews, and purchase through website. M Store’s admins can develop through backsite website, so admins can process transactions and content of website with an easy interface. From the making of M Store’s e-commerce can be drawn some conclusions like, the website gets 95.2% to mainsite and 97.5% for backsite and this application have met the needs of M Store and M Store’s consumer.
