Abstract

Conceptual Desing of Increasing the Capacity of Employee Autonomy as Tamabahan's Duty in Malang's Ministry of Health Poltekkes Environment. Abstract

Information technology is developing very rapidly, especially in the field of message delivery, this is marked by the development of many applications on smartphones that serve communication via the internet, one of which is Whatsapp, which makes it easier for users to send text messages and video and audio in real time using internet data packages. From these developments can be used for services and teaching and learning processes on campus. One process and service for teaching and learning that is still often hampered is a notification or notification of warning letters to students and parents of students. There are often delays in notifications because sending these letters still uses mail delivery. Abstract

An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence and is also an emerging field of computer science as the development of computer science today. This system works to adopt human knowledge into a computer.Problems often occur on apple farm environment that is pest and so we need an agricultural consultant who is able to diagnose pest in apple crop. Problems can be a complex decision-making for their for involving multiple objectives and criteria. He built a Pest Diagnosis Expert System application Apples With Certainty Factor Method Based Web.Certainty factor calculation method using the data that came from the symptoms - symptoms of apples selected by the user on the application. Pest Diagnosis Expert System Applications Apples With Certainty Factor Method Based on this site are in accordance with refernsi obtained from experts when interviews for data retrieval, and application testing has been done with the user and obtain the respondents amounted to 73.33%, for the accuracy of the results application in addition to the system for determination of the pest must be observed to obtain correct results - absolutely accurate. Keywords, Symptoms, Hama, Diagnosis, Certainty Factor

Abstract

Pasraman is a Hindu education institution to assist the implementation of religious education and manners that highlight the growing attitude and skills as a strengthening of the local culture. Pasraman is a religious educational institution, where the existence of Pasraman are expected to embody one of the goals of the Republic of Indonesia. Pasraman Upanisadha is one of the formal pasraman located in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, which consists of a hierarchy of Pratama Widya Pasraman, Adi Widya Pasraman, Madyama Pasraman, Utama Widya Pasraman, and Maha Widya Pasraman. The existence of this judgment on the pasraman system Upanisadha can be accessed directly by parents, and the school of brahmacari get access rights to see the hindu value of their students. On the features of financial SPP and the dana punia, accessible by Chairman of the Pasraman, brahmacari, parents of brahmacari, and administration is transparent so reducing the possibility of fraud. Abstract

Informatics is one of the study programs at STIKI Malang which has quite large student data both data on active students and students who have graduated. Every year students who graduate on time are far less than new students, which will affect the quality of students and also influence to the accreditation of STIKI Malang. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to make an application to predict the duration of study and the predicate of student graduation by applying supervised learning techniques. Output predictions for the period of study are on time, late, or not graduated and output for predicate are summa cum laude, cum laude, very satisfying, or satisfying. The application method used in supervised learning for prediction is a Naïve Bayes algorithm. This is used to analyze data, especially in the pattern recognition process, predicting the period of study and the predicate of graduation. Before entering the calculation phase of the Naive Bayes algorithm, the Correlation Feature Selection is used to select relevant features that function to improve the accuracy of the system. The results of the study based on 10 Fold Cross Validation testing indicate that the application can be used to assist informatics study programs in order to find strategic information related to the duration of study and the predicate of student graduation with an accuracy of 77.19% and 87.65%.Keywords: Prediction, Naïve Bayes, Study Periods, Correlation Feature Selection, 10 Fold Cross Validation

Usecase Test Method on Flowchart Process Application of Social Data Record Medical Citizens RT.06 RW.02 Village Tunjungsekar Malang. System running is basically a system that has a system component that must be done to know the functionality of interrelationship with other systems. Social data Citizen Record RT.02 RW.06 has a GCS function with a basic assessment so as to produce a running system that has a data transfer transport with GCS value = 5 has high system dependency, the boundry section of th system has usecase Assocations with GCS = 3 average the running system has the ability of the system usesblity received by the user user in the form of data storage citizens into the database. Abstract

Pregnancy is a normal function of the body and part of the life phase of women, during this period there is the possibility of pregnant women have a pregnancy disorder. To determine the type of pregnancy disorder the officer has certain patient criteria ie symptoms experienced by the patient. Decision-making issues can be complex because of the inclusion of multiple objectives and criteria. Thus, the method of Fuzzy Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS) was chosen. Fuzzy logic is a method of problem-solving control system, which is suitable to be implemented on the system, and in TOPSIS method there are alternatives and criteria of data that has been added and can be determined its matching rank. The alternative is used based on 12 types of pregnancy disorders only. While the criteria used to get a matching ranking is based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. In order to produce a suitable output with the data, the officer should enter the symptoms according to the existing pregnancy disorder criteria data. If the officer does not enter the appropriate symptoms, the user should enter at least 2 symptoms that other pregnancy diseases do not have. And if the user only inserts one symptom of the data, then the output does not match the existing data.Keywords: fuzzy, interference, pregnancy, diagnosis, TOPSIS

Abstract

The first time patient visits the health care facilities is to be identified the social data of the patient. Patient registration by using the register book takes a lot of time and extend the registration process. Universal Medical Identity card (UMI) is the choice to shortening the time process of identification the social data of the patient. The aim of this research was to implement the UMI card against time identification process social data of the patient. The data obtained through observation and the time for identify the social data of patients was recorded before and after the implementation of UMI cards. Sample were the new outpatient who came to the patient regristration desk (TPPRJ) in Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan City. The statistical test using Independent t-Test proved that there was a different mean time of identification the social data of the patient before and after using the UMI card, with significancy value p < 0,05. It is suggested to use this UMI card at the patient regristration desk (TPPRJ) in Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan City, to speed up the time process of identification the social data of the patient. Key words : UMI (Universal Medical Identity ) card , time process of identification the social data of the patient
