Abstract

ABSTRACT:In order to protect the environment from the adverse impact of a business and irresponsible consumption, more and more local leading and multinational companies in Indonesia come up with a so called environmental friendly product. However, the market share of an environmental friendly product is normally that below the market shares of conventional products due to various factors. This research was aimed to analyze factors influencing consumption consciousness of environmental friendly product in Karawang, one of the most polluted cities (regencies) according to some sources. Several identified factors were Environmental Knowledge, Religiosity, Economic Factors, and Government Role that were hypothesized to influence Environmental Friendly Product Consumption Consciousness. The researchers collected 250 respondents as samples using both online and offline questionnaires. Structural Equation Modelling was utilized in this research to test the hypotheses. The findings suggested that Environmental Knowledge and Economic Factors were significantly influencing Environmental Friendly Product Consumption Consciousness. Keywords: Environmental Knowledge, Religiosity, Economic Factors, Government Role, Environmental Friendly Product Consumption Consciousness, Structural Equation Modelling.ABSTRAK:Untuk melindungi lingkungan dari dampak buruk suatu proses bisnis dan konsumsi yang tidak bertanggung jawab, semakin banyak perusahaan terkemuka dan multinasional lokal di Indonesia menghasilkan produk ramah lingkungan. Namun, pangsa pasar produk ramah lingkungan biasanya berada di bawah pangsa pasar produk konvensional karena berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran konsumsi produk ramah lingkungan di Karawang, salah satu kabupaten paling berpolusi  menurut beberapa sumber. Beberapa faktor yang diidentifikasi adalah Pengetahuan Lingkungan, Religiusitas, Faktor Ekonomi, dan Peran Pemerintah yang dihipotesiskan mempengaruhi Kesadaran Konsumsi Produk Ramah Lingkungan. Para peneliti mengumpulkan 250 responden sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuisioner, baik secara tatap muka langsung maupun secara online. Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji hipotesis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan Lingkungan dan Faktor Ekonomi secara signifikan mempengaruhi Kesadaran Konsumsi Produk Ramah Lingkungan.Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Lingkungan, Religiusitas, Faktor Ekonomi, Peran Pemerintah, Kesadaran Konsumsi Produk Ramah Lingkungan, Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was intended to test the dollar (US$) foreign exchange exposure towards the multinational company in Indonesia. This research used theory of hedging policy about the foreign exchange exposure. Foreign exchange exposure could be explained by the company’s internal variables, which are size, dividend payout ratio (DIV), quick ratio (QR), a market-to-book equity ratio (MBE) and long-term debt ratio (DE). The results showed that the dividend payout ratio and market-to-book equity ratio had an influence on the level of foreign exchange exposure. Keywords: foreign exchange exposure, hedging

ABSTRACT Neo-classical economic growth saw determinant of economic growth from the supply side (supply), first, look at the human capital factors (human capital) as a determinant of economic growth. Two important things in human capital are education and health which believed to increase the knowledge (knowledge) and research (research), using the neoclassical growth model, economic growth is determined by labor, physical capital, and technology. At first the social dilemma was a study of the field of psychology, but now has been growing in other fields such as economics, management, business, accounting, social, computer and decision-making techniques, even ecological and evolutionary biology. The focus of the study on economics, management, and business is how to increase the desire of economic agents, management decision makers, and business people to choose cooperative strategies. ABSTRACTEmotional intelligence in banking is needed after their intellectual, emotional intelligence deficiency can cause impaired person to use his skills. The more complex the more im­portant emotional intelligence work needed. Likewise, when a young person’s personality traits be more apparent upon entering the elderly (Seniors) so that your youth istefined as a caricature personality of the elderly, the ederly with constructive personality tyoe will re­main employee another field or elsewhere because they get a lot of job offers even though they have retirement. In management, the organization always expect goodperformance. It should also be balance with the presence of a leader who has the dicipline governing or­ganization with sage and wise. Abstract

                                                 ABSTRACTThe problem of this research was the influence of dividend per share, earnings per share, book value, dividend payout ratio, price earnings ratio and size toward market price. The objective of this research was to identify the factors that influence the market price of firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over the period 2004-2013. The methodology of this research was non-linier multiple regression (log-lin model) with Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) analysis which is test is done by classic assumption. Sample in this research is 25 non-financial companies from seven sectors they are agriculture, mining, basic& chemical industries, consumer goods, property& construction, infrastructure utilities& transportation. Finding and contribution this research was earnings per share, book value, price earnings ratio and size have influence toward market price significant at 5% probability level. Other independent variables they are dividend per share and dividend payout ratio do not have influence toward market price. Research limitation or implication in this research was to financial manager used the information that earnings per share, book value, price earnings ratio and size have influence toward market price than increasing company performance. As for investors it is used as a reference before investing that is not the distribution of the dividend will increase the stock price.Keyword: Book value, Dividend payout ratio, Dividend per share, Earnings per share, Market price, Price earnings ratio and Size.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research aims to determine the influence of significant internal and external factors that affect the performance of bank commercial bank in Indonesia. This research is use purposive sampling method to classify the company that will be sample analysis 20 banks was passed some criteria to be the samples of this research. The statistical method used is multiple regression with eviews 9. The dependent variable used is Return On Equity (ROE) and Economic Value Added (EVA). Independent variables used are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Asset Quality (ASQ), Deposits (TDTA), Efficiency (EFF), Operating efficiency (OPEFF), Inflation (INF) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The results show that there is a negatif influence between Capital Adequacy Ratio on the  Return On Equity. And there is a positive influence between Economic Growth on the Return On Equity. Asset Quality, Deposits, Efficiency, Operating efficiency, Inflasi insignificant on the Return On Equity. Asset Quality have a positive influence on the Economic Value Added (EVA). And Operating efficiency have a negative influence on the Economic Value Added. Capital Adequacy Ratio, Deposits, Efficiency, Inflasi dan Economic Growth insignificant on the Economic Value Added. Abstract

                                      Abstract      This study was conducted to describe the conflict resolution styles on married couples aged 20-40 years in the church GKI Maulana Yusuf Bandung. The sample in thisstudy consisted of 24 couples. Measurement instrument that used in this study was a translation of 16 items of conflict resolution styles inventory (CRSI) which has been prepared by Kurdek (1994). Based on the validation process, all items were proven to be valid. Meanwhile, the reliability testing shown the items on the positive problem solving and conflict engagement styles were relatively high, while the withdrawal and compliance styles were relatively moderate in reliability. The result of this study shown that in the individual context; 83.3% of the respondents using positive problem solving style, 8.3% using withdrawal style, 6.3% using compliance style, 2.1% using the mixed type (withdrawal-compliance), and no one was using conflict engagement style. Further in the context of couples; 79.1% couples have a combination of constructive conflict resolution styles, while 20.9%  couples have a combination of destructive conflict resolution style. This study suggested that the couple with a positive problem solving style should maintain that type, while the couple with a withdrawal, compliance, and the mixture styles should be trained to develop skills to resolve conflicts. This study also suggested that the Pastor and the church could make a specific program about conflict resolution in marriage life. Keywords: conflict resolution styles, marriage couples, positive problem solving, withdrawal, mixture styles.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the impact of distributive justice on organizational citizenship be­havior mediated by trust in organization at PT Indoporlen, Bekasi. The purposive sampling method is used to spread the sampling questionnaire to 145 permanent employees in PT. Indoporlen. Data analysis method used by using descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS 22 and structural equation method (SEM) with AMOS 6.0. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that distributive justice to organizational citizenship behavior has a β value of 0.451 with a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05, then H1 supported which means that distributive justice has positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. While the results of distributive justice on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by trust in organization has a β value of 0.586 with a significant value 0f 0.000 < 0.05, then H2 is also supported which means there is an impact of distributive justice on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by trust in organization then with trust in organization as a mediator, it will increase the significant influence of distributive justice on organizational citizenship behavior. Implication managerial in this research that is can managers improve the delivery of wages in accordance with the performance of produced employees as well as the division of the working fair according to what has been agreed with company employ­ees , can managers increase attitude fair with give equality in treating employees , honest in providing information on to an employee , and true in treating employees , and manager also had to check and control employees at regular intervals in order to do the work which in accordance with the procedures which have been determined.Keywords: distributive justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and trust in organization
