Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the concept of the development of consumer engagement, in the era of globalization will increasingly play a role, because the pressure from competitors requires companies to invest more time and resources to strengthen marketing. Marketing theory past few decades has shifted along with the emergence of virtual marketing. Exploit­ing social media caused by the development of information technology also accelerates the change. Customer behavior also changes with the new media, the offender business also must change to be more creatively capture opportunities. Creativity needs to be done to increase consumer engagement is a very important thing to do, so that producers and consumers relationship is maintained. This concept is an approach to building a portfolio of customers and connect with customers across manufacturers. The article also looks more closely related to the ability of the process of marketing, customer engagement and com­mercialization. Another approach of this concept is to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, which leads to a commitment to spread the word of mouth is positive. Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of financial condition variable and the debt default is based on the assumption that Going Concern Opinion (GCO) is given only when the company experience financial distress. The size of the company, then, is used as variable due to the reason that the bigger the company, the easier it is to overcome the financial distress as it has stronger board of management. Therefore, the possibility to accept GCO is less compare to the smaller company. Professional accountant public offices keep their reputation by giving opinion according to the auditing result even when they have financial distress and is being audited by bigger Public Accountant Office. The possibility to receive GCO is bigger. The results showed that the financial condition of all significant variables, all three have a significance level of less than 5%. Financial ratios reflect the companys ability to complete its obligations so that all three ratios may affect the likelihood of receiving going-concern opinion. While the other variables, including the failure of debt, company size and reputation of a public accounting firm, they were not significant because it has a greater significance level of 5%. Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study is to understand the development of supplier performance in domestic packaged processed food supply chain which is influenced by competition condition and buyer power of retailers. The paper presents the results of a survey of suppliers of the package processed food of micro up to large scale enterprises and it is part of a broader study of supplier performance in the package processed food supply chain. The findings of the research result indicate the heterogeneity of the performance of the package processed food suppliers in modern retail supply chains. How suppliers are faced with competition, buyer power, supply chain strategy and market share, but on the other hand suppliers tend to be influenced by the way suppliers deal with modern retailers. it may be indicated that some suppliers benefit from the presence of modern retailers, but they face some of the challenges posed by buyer power that cause some terms of relationships to be unfair, unilateral price fixing, and poor supervision so that the development and growth of supplier performance are subject to limitations. The study attempts to demonstrate empirical research results in Indonesia to measure supplier performance in the modern retail package processed food supply chain influenced by competition and buyer power. Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem of this research was the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have an important and strategic role in the Indonesian economy, it is important to know the factors that affect the profitability of SMEs. The objectives of this research were to determine whether there are influencesof capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) to profitability (ROA) and (ROE) on SMEs. The methodology of this research was multivariate linear regression analysis method. The samples were 57 SMEs which part of index Pefindo in 2010-2014. Finding and contribution in this research was showed that the capital structure of the significant negative effect on profitability (ROA), but the capital structure does not significantly influence (ROE). While liquidity has no significant effect on profitability in this case (ROA) and (ROE). Implication of this research was managerials have to increase their retained earning for operating cost and continue to improve its efforts in managing the company’s capital structure as efficiently and effectively as possible in order to achieve the desired level of profitability, and use the retained earnings to reduce the use of a large debt from third parties for the company’s operations. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Justice on Organizational Com­mitment mediated by Job Satisfaction at PT Seabreez Indonesia. The sampling method is used census by distributing questionnaires to all permanent employees in PT Seabreez In­donesia totaling 150 employees. Data analysis method used is to use descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of hypothesis test­ing, it can be concluded that the Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment has a β of 0.474 with a p-value 0.015 < 0.05, which means that H1 Organizational Justice sup­ported a positive effect on Organizational Commitment. While the test results as a mediator of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment to Organizational Justice has a value of β of 0.496 with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, the H2 is also supported, which means may mediate the effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Justice to Organizational Commit­ment. It can be concluded that the mediation of a test that shows a direct comparison of the effect of the β value of 0.474 while the indirect effect to the β value of 0.496, which means a greater influence on Organizational Justice to Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction through instead of Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment.Keywords: organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract

AbstractAn outstanding marketing mix strategy is needed to assist the customers in buying decision-making process and finally will increase the organization sales and revenue. This study will analyze the effect of the variables of marketing mix (namely: product, price, promotion and place) combined with the pester power and heritage into the buying decision of Roma Malkist biscuit in Tangerang region. The non-probability sampling method is used in this study and 155 Roma Malkist biscuit consumers in Tangerang as the target respondents. All data will be analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The result of the data analysis showed that product, price and heritage variables had significant effect in buying decision making. On the contrary, distribution, promotion and pester power variables didn’t have ssignificant effect into buying decision making. Abstract

ABSTRACT Firm value is certain conditions as an overview of public trust in a company that can be seen from the quality of the profit generated. However, earnings quality assessment information often does not reflect the actual company performance. This research method uses descriptive research with causative approach. The objects of this research are companies which listed in LQ45 index, and data collection techniques using secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data analysis technique used is ordinary least square with interaction/moderated regression analysis. The result of this research shows that the size of board of directors has no significant positive effect on the firm value. The size of company assets does not significantly moderate the positive effect of the size of the board of directors to the firm value. There are significant positive influences of the independent board size and the size of audit committee to the firm value. Finally, the size of company assets significantly moderate the positive effect of independent board size and the size of the audit committee to the firm value. Abstract

ABSTRACT Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tentang beberapa faktor dari perilaku konsumen yang berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan, khususnya keputusan untuk memilih Program Studi MM di Ukrida. Instrument kuesioner digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara faktor Kepribadian, Persepsi dan Sikap, yang dalam hal ini dianggap sebagai variabel prediktor dengan faktor Pengambilan keputusan, yang dalam hal ini dianggap sebagai variabel tergantung. Penelitian menghasilkan informasi bahwa faktor Kepribadian, Persepsi dan Sikap berpengaruh signifikan baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama terhadap faktor pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih Program Studi MM. Hasil penelitian didapat dengan menggunakan teknik analisa regresi linier berganda dari SPSS 19. Teknik survey dilakukan dan data dihasilkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar sebanyak 101 kuesioner. Ukuran sampel terbatas dan hanya memperhitungkan responden mahasiswa program studi MM di Ukrida baik yang masih aktif maupun telah lulus sebagai sampel. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted at four and five star hotels in Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality, image individually (partial) or jointly (simultaneously) and its implications on Customer Trust Four and Five Star Hotels in Jakarta. The research problem is formulated in 7 hypotheses were tested using SEM analysis tools 8:30 LISREL program with 310 respondents, it is concluded as follows: Customer Relationship Management proved a small but not significant effect t < 2 (0.68 < 2) to Hotel image. Quality of Service perceived proved positive and significant effect on the image Hotel. Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality together proved to be a positive and significant effect on the image Hotel. Customer Relationship Management proved positive and significant effect on customer confidence. Service Quality proved positive and significant effect on customer confidence. Hotel Image proved significant influence but not t < 2 (1.06 <2) of the Customer Trust. Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality perceived and Hotel image together proved to be a positive and significant effect on customer confidence. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study takes the object at Bank CIMB Semarang using respondents are employees who work at the bank intended to determine employee performance and the factors that affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, work environment and incentives to employee performance with leadership as an intervening variable in Bank CIMB Semarang. Samples are partially or vice studied in the population. Sample collection techniques using the cen­sus sampling is done to all regular employees who are still actively working at Bank CIMB Semarang as many as 73 people. Results of testing the first hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance with leader­ship as an intervening variable, accepted. Results of testing the second hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence between work motivation on employee performance with leadership as an intervening variable, accepted. Results of testing the third hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence between work environment to employee per­formance with leadership as an intervening variable, accepted. Results of testing the fourth hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence between incentives to employee performance with leadership as an intervening variable, accepted. The fifth hypothesis test results stating that there is a positive influence between the leadership of the performance of employees, received. The suggestions can be submitted is Chairman of Bank needs to improve the culture in the organization to cultivate innovation employees to the company’s progress, the culture of gift ideas that help solving problems in the company, working pro­cedures done well, the selection of hiring done selectively and the guarantee of the quality of work employees. Leaders need to increase the motivation of employees by providing a challenge to the employee in completing the work, the suggestions and new ideas from employees, the work carried out employees in accordance with the expectations of leader­ship, lack of respect for employees who experienced employees trying to do a search of new things to help other employees and the existence of a good rapport with other employ­ees. Leaders need to improve the working environment of employees by means of lighting conditions need to be considered, the cleanliness of the room needs to be maintained, the neatness of the rooms need to be considered, and the existence of good relations between employees and management. Bank leaders also need to consider reasonable incentives and provide additional bonuses, commissions and overtime pay in accordance with the workload of employees.Keywords: budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepemimpinan
