Abstract

Nilai perusahaan dapat dilihat menggunakan PBV yang merupakan rasio perbandingan antara harga pasar saham dengan nilai buku per lembar saham. PBV menunjukkan seberapa jauh suatu perusahaan mampu menciptakan nilai perusahaan yang relatif terhadap jumlah modal yang diinvestasikan. Semakin tinggi nilai PBV maka semakin berhasil perusahaan menciptakan nilai bagi pemegang saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas dan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini memilih perusahaan-perusahaan yang tergabung dalam LQ45 selama periode tahun 2014-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dan data panel dengan 104 observasi. Penelitian ini merupakan riset kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan software Eviews serta data telah lulus uji asumsi klasik. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan Profitabilitas (ROE) signifikan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Struktur Modal (DER) dan Dividen (DPR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen mempengaruhi 83,52% variabel dependen, sedangkan sisanya 16,48% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Grand Thorton. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden, dari karyawan yang profesi sebagai akuntan yang berkerja pada PT Grand Thorton. Dari data diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data dengan metode uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, analiss regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil sebagai berikut: 1. kepemimpinan secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan 2. motivasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan Perusahaan perlu meningkatkan penerapan motivasi untuk mempertahankan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstract — This research aims to analyze and measure the potensial of company bankruptcy using Altman Z-Score method, Springate, and Zmijewski. Bankruptcy level analysis is done to predict a company as a consideration of the condition of a company. The purpose of this study was to fnd out the potential bankruptcy rates in retail companies in 2015 – 2017. The sample uses 21 retail companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2017. The method used in determining the sample is purposive sampling. The results of data processing using the three analytical methods obtained results that are different from each other, and there 2 companies that experience tend to go bankrupt in 2015 -2017 using the three methods.Keywords — Bankruptcy, Altman Z-Score, Springate,Zmijewski, Retail

Abstract

Abstract — Speaking skill is one of productive skill in English subject but most of the third graders of Pelita Bangsa Christian Primary School Lumajang had diffculties to develop and increase their speaking ability. The result of students’ speaking test showed only 54% of students had passed the minimum score and 62% of students engaged during the class. This classroom action research aimed to improve the students’ ability to speak English and their engagement through the development of song, word map, game and role play technique. The subjects in this study were thirteen students of third grade in Pelita Bangsa Christian PrimarySchool Lumajang by using Kemmis and Taggart model. It was implemented through two cycles and conducted from November 2013 until May 2014. The results of students’ speaking test showed that the development of song, word map, game and role play technique improved the students’ speaking skill up to minimum score from 54% (before CAR) to 69% in cycle 1 and to 84,6 % in cycle 2. While the students’ engagement had increased from 62% (before CAR) to 85% in cycle 2. In conclusion, the development of song, word map, game and role play technique improved speaking skill and engagement of the third graders of Pelita Bangsa Christian Primary School Lumajang. Abstract

Abstract — The objective of this research is to increase mathematics academic scores by using Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). The research design used in this study was action research. The subject of the study was the students of class 7A of SMP Kristen Immanuel II Kubu Raya as many as 42 students. The researcher conducted two cycles of action in which the frst cycle consisted of nine meetings and the second cycle consisted of 16 meetings. The tools for collecting the data were observation, exercises, interview, quiz, test, feld notes and documentation. Stages were used in the form of classroom presentations, group work, test, score improvement of individual and group awards. The researcher found that during the action research, the students have shown their improvement. Compared to the frst pre-test, the students’ mean score increased as many as 6,68% at the end of the frst cycle and as many as 11,86% at the end of the second cycle. While compared to the frst cycle, it increased 4,76%. Compared to the preliminary data the percentage of the number of students who passed the minimum passing grade was also increased as many as 5,55% on the frst cycle and as many as 13,81% on the second cycle. While compared to the frst cycle, it increased 7,82%. From the students questionnaire and interview, the researcher found that during the action, the students have shown that they became more joyful in learning Math with STAD as the percentage of positive responses was 68% from the questionnaire and 87% from the interview. Abstract

Abstract — This study describes the development of a guidance and counseling management information system (MIS) at “XYZ” High School, Surabaya to fulfll the need to manage students data in a quick and accurate way to improve the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services delivered by the teachers. This MIS is a webbased application in which the application can be accessed through a web browser using the internet and intranet networks. 92,3% students and 85,7% teachers prefer to use this MIS since MIS provides various benefts, such as: students can access information about themselves in order to develop and improve their studies as well as their further studies; guidance and counseling teachers can have meaningful information based on student data sets to conduct more targeted counseling processes; others teachers can design teaching and learning methods, the seating to help students socialize, improve and develop their spiritual intelligence; schools can evaluate the outputs to improve and develop the curriculum, teaching and learning processes and school systems. Considering the Association of “XYZ” Surabaya, the MIS should be developed further to ensure the meaningful and sustainability of guidance and counseling service for the students during the period of study. Abstract

Abstrak — Jumlah perguruan tinggi yang banyak diseluruh Indonesia membuat pendidikan tinggi sudah masuk dalam ranah industri. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk menarik minat masyarakat. Seperti menyediakan fakultas atau program studi sesuai dengan keterampilan teknis masyarakat dan program beasiswa. Perguruan tinggi juga perlu memperhatikan sarana dan prasarana kampus yang memadai agar para mahasiswa merasa puas dan loyal terhadap kampusnya. Sarana dan prasarana yang harus diperhatikan adalah seperti lokasi kampus yang strategis serta fasilitas wif dan perpustakaan kampus yang memadai. Salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di kawasan Jakarta Barat yaitu Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana (UKRIDA) menjadi objek pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui apakah lokasi, fasilitas wif dan perpustakaan di kampus 1 UKRIDA memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan harapan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi pihak kampus UKRIDA agar para mahasiswa dapat semakin meningkat kepuasan dan loyalitasnya yang pada akhirnya akan membuat citra kampus UKRIDA semakin meningkat. Teknik analisis penelitian ini adalah dengan pengujian model struktural. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kampus 1 (satu) Univeritas Kristen Krida Wacana yang berukuran 1634 mahasiswa. Sebanyak 163 mahasiswa yang diambil secara acak dan proporsional berdasarkan program studi dan tahun angkatan dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebar kuisioner. Berdasarkan analisis uji t, hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi, fasilitas wif dan perpustakaan memiliki nilai t hitung > t tabel, dengan p values < sig 0.05. Artinya lokasi kampus, fasilitas wif dan perpustakaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t tersebut, maka perguruan tinggi perlu memperhatikan unsur-unsur yang berhubungan dengan lokasi, fasilitas wif dan perpustakaan kampus. Semakin baik dan memadai fasilitas yang berhubungan dengan lokasi, wif dan perpustakaan maka akan semakin meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa. Keywords — Lokasi, Wif, Perpustakaan, dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa

Abstract

Abstract — In this event study we analyse CAR (cumulative abnormal return) difference from each business sector in Indonesia before and after the US president election, Trump in 2016. We used daily closing price of 498 companies in each business sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as our data for period October to November 2016. A compare sample t-test was used to analyse our data. The results indicate that there are some differences in CAR before and after the event (US president election) in two sectors, the agricultural sector and basic industry & chemicals. This condition shows that Trump’s victory as US president can be categorized as a trigger event that can make the market react. Keywords— Event study, Cumulative abnormal return

Abstract

Abstract — The phenomenon of fraud in the government becomes a challenge for the effectiveness of internal control to reduce the risk of the threat. Since COSO identifes informal and formal aspects within the framework of the internal control, soft control and hard control are two internal control approaches that need to be applied. The presence of the internal audit is a function that cannot be ignored in strengthening the internal control system. This study aimed to investigate the role of internal audit of the effect of soft control and hard control on the fraud prevention of fnancial statements in the Local Government of Bengkulu City. One hundred and forty-fve fnancial management offcials at OPD Bengkulu City were surveyed. The results of data analysis show that (1) the soft control partly has a signifcant effect on the fraud prevention, only on the commitment on competence, and the responsibility and authority delegation; (2) the hard control partly and signifcantly influences the fraud prevention only on the performance review, the information system control, and the documenting; (3) the internal audit moderates partly the effect of the soft control on the fraud prevention only on the commitment on competence, the responsibility and authority delegation; the assurance activity, the consulting activity, the commitment on competence and assurance activity, and positive leadership and the assurance activity; and (4) the internal audit partly moderates the effect of the hard control on the fraud prevention on the performance review, the information system control, and the. Abstract — Keputusan pembelian merupakan kunci dalam membeli sebuah barang. Keputusan pembelian sendiri dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor salah satunya Kepercayaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah variabel Kerpecayaan, Persepsi Harga, dan Promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tokopedia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat Tokopedia merupakan toko online nomor 1 secara pencarian terbanyak di indonesia pada tahun 2017, lalu peneliti ingin mengukur variabel yang ia pilih antara lain, Kepercayaan, Persepsi Harga, dan Promosi apakah berpengaruh dalam Keputusan pembelian di Tokopedia.Di samping itu peneliti melihat adanya masalah yang di hadapi Tokopedia yaitu adanya proses verifkasi yang cenderung membuat pengguna kerepotan dan proses penerimaan pesanan yang cenderung lama dibandingkan toko online lainnya Penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS dan SMART PLS untuk pengujian data, dengan uji Validitas, Reliabilitas, Covergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Average Variance Extracted, Goodness-Fit Model (R square), dan Uji T Dari penelitian ini variabel Kepercayaan dan Persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh signifkan terhadap Keputusan pembelian.
