Abstract

Acceptance of New Learners (PPDB) is an important process to attract new students according to the criteria and characteristics of the school. PPDB needs to be implemented in an objective, transparent, accountable and non-discriminatory because it concerns the public interest, that is education. Following the current technological advances, PPDB has been held online. With the online PPDB is expected to provide solutions to parents of students for the realization of PPDB is transparent, accountable and not discriminatory. By using the online PPDB system PPDB results can be seen by anyone and anywhere. In addition, with the online PPDB will provide convenience in the registration process and the selection process because registration and selection process can be done and viewed anywhere so prospective students or parents will be easier to register.This study aims to provide recommendations to parents in the implementation of PPDB junior high school in order to facilitate parents in determining the choice of schools in accordance with the circumstances of prospective students. In this study, the authors use the Naïve Bayes method and K-Nearest Neighbor which is the method used when determining the selection of schools in the process of acceptance of online PPDB. Naive Bayes will provide the school choice recommendation with the greatest probability of the calculation whereas K-NN sees the closeness of the data to the data of trying and the closest data to be used to provide recommendations to prospective students or parents / guardians. The steps of determining the probability of Bayes is to calculate the probability of a certain domicile, the origin of a particular school, again, the achievement of the data of student tryouts received at each junior high school SMP Negeri 1- SMP Negeri 10 which then the highest probability will be taken as a recommendation. While in K-NN use Euclidean distance equation to calculate distance data to data trying and take data closest to data trying as a recommendation.Keywords: PPDB, K-NN, Naive Bayes

Abstract

Delivery of learning material in courses that are efficient in lectures at the University Madura, especially in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Science Teaching and Education is a difficult thing to do achieved, to be able to provide a good understanding and efficient in learning both mastery and understanding concepts, theories, methods or philosophy of a particular field of science obtained through in-process reasoning student learning and work experience. Some research has attempted to propose a solution in the delivery of learning, but very difficult to find a good method to use. In this research proposed a media optimization method learning by using scaffolding in the application e-learning students in understanding the definition of material lectures, which is by using the method scaffolding will provide increased capabilities students in understanding the learning material, 6 strategies the scaffolding used in e-learning includes: modeling, instructing, explaining, questioning and hints, contingency management, and feeding back. Through e-learning system optimization planning, test results system conducted on 50 respondents for maleand female students produced a percentage of 63.82% for female students and 81.47% for male students as benefit values on the evaluation of e-learning system optimization planning.

Abstract

The increase in unit cost of BOS in the year 2009 is significant evidence of government commitment in carrying out the mandate of the Constitution regarding the 20% budget for education. The commitment of this government must also be followed by increased government commitment and community participation in monitoring programs and funding. Based on this, the in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office is required by the school principal and the school treasurer. It is necessary to an understanding of Microsoft Office that includes: Ms Excel. The aim is for school principals and treasurers to process data based computer applications in accounting / finance, especially financial management BOS to BOS with the orderly administration implemented, transparent, accountable, efficient, timely, and avoid deviations. Controllers electrical equipment in buildings that have a lot of space require great strength, compounded with a level human error, which can cause bad impact. Viewing from the situation to motivate people to make a controller that can be used to the monitoring and control all the equipment available in each room utilizing existing computer network electrical equipment is installed in a building can be monitored and controlled from long range without having to see one by one to each room is in the building.Keyword : Computer Network, Electronic Equipment, Programming.

Abstract

Natar Yadika SMA is one of the senior  high school  in Bandar Lampung  which is located on Jl. Sitara No. 84 Muara Putih  Natar, South Lampung. SMA Yadika Natar has two courses, namely science and social studies. At each new admissions SMA Yadika Natar has determined the majors for students done by the student  in the student section which  process refers to the value of report cards, results of written tests, and the interests of students who then recapitulated and calculation. A process which has been running at high school Natar Yadika can cause several problems including, the selection is not objective (results of calculations which are not in accordance with the interests of students), there can be errors in the calculation(HumanError). In order to improve objectivity in determining the majors in high school Yadika Natar. the research build a  Decision Support System (DSS) model in the determination of the majors for students / high school Yadika Natar. The system uses a method (TOPSIS) Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution to the stages of the intelligence phase, the design phase, the selection phase and the implementation phase.Decision support systems in school Yadika Natar which includes determining the majors for students / student is expected to increase the objective assessment and provide the right decisions with the best results in the establishment of a department Keywords— Decision Support System, TOPSIS method, determination of the Department.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini akan dikembangkan suatu perangkat lunak bantu pengontrol dan monitor suatu keamanan ruangan berbasis Short Message Service (SMS) dan mempergunakan internet protocol camera (IPCam), serta berintegrasi dengan komponen-komponen perangkat keras seperti handphone dan komputer, yang menghasilkan suatu fungsionalitas tertentu untuk membantu sistem pengamanan ruangan. SMS digunakan sebagai antarmuka antara sistem dengan pengguna. Pengguna dapat mengetahui status keamanan ruangan yang dilaporkan oleh sistem melalui SMS. Pengguna pun dapat mengendalikan peralatan elektronik yang terhubung ke sistem dengan cara mengirim SMS yang berisi perintah ke sistem. Perangkat lunak bantu pengontrol keamanan ruangan berbasis SMS, bisa dikonfigurasi melalui panel khusus atau melalui pengiriman pesan singkat /SMS oleh pengguna tertentu. Pesan yang dikirim akan mengacu pada sintaks yang telah didefinisikan, dimana setiap sintaks akan memiliki semantik yang menggambarkan jenis layanan tertentu. Pada saat yang bersamaan akan mengirim infromasi ke pengguna berupa pesan singkat SMS melalui Handphone gateway, Model pembangunan perangkat lunak menggunakan waterfall model prototype dengan metode berorientasi aliran data. Penghubung antara komputer dan rangkaian elektronik yang menjadi pengendali menggunakan mikrokontroller pada parallel port. Abstract

Osteopororsis is rotten bones, which is a disease that signed by the shortage of low bone mass, also bone micro arsitexture disorder and decreasing of bone tissue quality. Those signs causes bone fragility therefore it is easily broken. Osteoporosis can be detected by certain tool through radiology chek up. Because the tool is still limited and also the check up and the tool quite expensive, so the community do not understand the osteoporosis disease. The diagnose system application of osteoporosis at women uses Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method. This method is choosen to do the diagnose of osteoporosis has 5 variables, such as age, activity, calsium, height, and weight. Each variable has 3 fuzzy group, from all group it is taken 27 fuzzy rules and then used in inference step. At inference step, it is searched the antecendent membership value (α) and diagnose score (z) from each rule. This system creates recommendation value which is the information of the diagnose of osteoporosis therefore it is able to know the type of osteoporosis that is suffered. Abstract

To support the information which are needed of an organization in making good decision-making processes, are reguired an information infrastructure to store and to process the data. The use of daily operational data as resources kontrabution strategy gives less adequate for the organization. Therefore, the data warehouse is a concept and a combination of technologies that facilitates organizations to manage and to maintain historical data derived from operational systems. Constraints faced is the lack of support systems that support the accreditation forms primarily charging standard form filling 3 on the data and a graduate student and difficult to obtain information related to the trend in the quality of students meach study program from period to period. In completing the accreditation forms using analysis methodology Online Analytical Processing and method development Business Life Cycle, the results of the research needed to support charging accreditation forms mainly form filling standard 3 regarding the data of student and graduate and obtain information related to the number of prospective students, the number of new students at the faculty and the number of graduates who also grouped by type and their cumulative grade point percentages.Keywords: Data Warehouse, Business Life Cycle, Accreditation, Accreditation

Abstract

The pandemic that occurred in Indonesia has not yet subsided and far from under control. Indonesian Ministry of Health is most appropriate person to responsible for providing an explanation of actual situation and extent to which state has handled it. However, he has rarely appeared in public lately to explain about handling of Covid-19 pandemic. In response, many people are pros and cons come to give their opinions and feedback. The increasing use of internet during pandemic, especially on social media, where one of them is Twitter, which is a means of expressing opinions. Posting tweets is a community habit to assess or respond to events, as well as represent public's response to an event, especially Ministry of Health steps and policies in handling and breaking chain of Covid-19 pandemic.The tweet posts were taken only in Indonesian-language and also related to performance of Government, especially Ministry of Health. After that, a label is given so that sentiment of tweets is known. To test results of these sentiments, an algorithm is used by comparing two methods of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes (NB). Validation was carried out using k-Fold Cross Validation to obtain an accuracy value. The results show that accuracy value for NB algorithm is 66.45% and SVM algorithm has a greater accuracy value of 72.57%. So it can be seen that SVM algorithm managed to get the best accuracy value in classifying positive comments and negative comments related to sentiment analysis towards Ministry of Health. Keywords—Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes, Analisis sentimen, K-Fold Cross Validation
