With a system is expected to be an alternative in the management of electronic documents in the college environment. Writing this using qualitative research approach with observation, document analysis, and interviews for data collection process. The system used a web-based system that is expected to reach the  users of the system at large. This system has the functionality to store, archive, and retrieve electronic documents. Abstract

Institute of Information Technology and Business Darmajaya is a leading private college fast growing and should be balanced with meeting facilities and infrastructure as well. Managing the procurement function is handled by the Procurement and Logistics Sections that have applied computer technology in assisting the administration of the procurement process. To improve performance and simplify the process of monitoring the progress of procurement of goods, it is necessary to build the information system monitoring the progress of the procurement is expected to facilitate the stretcher in overseeing and ensuring the procurement process is run in accordance with the agreed terms. Abstract

In this paper we try to demonstrate the use Visual Basic 6.0 to develop a finger print based  social security (KTP) in kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat. Tanjung Karang Barat Residents application demonstrates, the new system able to eradicate mistyping or human error, social security duplication, long time processing, unnecessary bureaucracy.    Above and beyond its advantages, the system be further developed to improve security, reliable backup, and  shoul be available on line in the near future. Abstract

Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprises is a trading company that engaged in the trade field, particularly in learning tool needs from primary school to college. Now days, there are many the same type of business, it is certainty tighten the competition, as well as in the product quality side until the quality of services to customers. To measure the quality and service which are provided by the Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprises can be focused and balanced with the company business objectives, it is needed to determine the alignment level of TI objectives with company objectives. In order to achieve the alignment between TI objectives and company objectives, it is required a measurement of balance level between company objectives with TI objectives using COBIT 4.1. By this audit decision, it is expected there is a significant progress toward the company. Abstract

The organization sustainability at banking industry is a good coordinate and relationship between all units around there. One of them is availability office writing tools which request to support their work. Office writing tools need quickly available from storage unit to distribute automatically to all unit around it. Integration system absolutely needs to improve the later system that cannot support availability office writing tools so quickly. The later system done by manual system that fills a blank form request then gives to the storage unit. Storage unit will check availability office writing tools that their request then gives back to the unit who request. This process have done to all unit who request office writing tools, so it can be make a long time needed that can be bad influence of working performance at this organization. Abstract

In Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), an application is modeld as composition of a set of service that is served by a component. Location of the component can be found by client dynamically, using discovery mechanism to search location of the component. Thus, client can invoke the service dynamically too. There are some technologies used to apply SOA, including CORBA, DCOM, RMI, Web Service. Those technologies have advantages and disadvantages. CORBA, DCOM, and RMI are closed system. Whereas Web Service are web based non-proprietary system. So that, in further trend web service technology will be widely used. Abstract

PT. MNC VISION is a company engaged in satellite tv. Problems in dealing with this company is, not the existence of the sikronisasi history of the condition of the receiver. Where the receiver is used as a means of capturing a signal for satellite tv. This receiver at pinjamkan party company to the customers. Logging with the manual for this receiver, so that in the event of damage or repairs on the receiver, the receiver does not condition history quickly note the results. This author makes issue of architecture history information system improvements to receivers using the method waterfall. With this method, the author analyzes the system requirements, designing the look of the web, designing the application and test the success of the system. The result is, in the form of web-based information system where data damage receiver can be directly input and known problems of the damage, expected to speed up the report the condition of the receiver, allowing parties to repair damage in handling receiver.  Keywords :  inventory, web, receiver, waterfall

Abstract

TB disease is one of the contributors to the highest cause of death in Indonesia, this is because of late handling, late handling will be avoided if it can be done early detection of TB disease, this research tries to make alternatives that can be used for early detection TB disease. Case-Based Reasoning has been widely applied in various artificial intelligence, both in the form of expert systems and decision-making systems that help decision makers to make informed decisions. The use of CBR to diagnose illness has also been done by some previous researchers. Case-Based Reasoning works by studying previous cases collected in a General Knowledge that will be comparable with the new case, Case-Based Reasoning has four stages: Retrieve, Reuse, Revise and Retain, this is a very powerful way to create an expert system created into a learner engine, which automatically adds or revives knowledge automatically into the general knowledge. Expected by the implementation of Case-Based Reasoning in this system can help decision makers in this case early detection of TB disease, this sample was chosen because the number of sufferers of this disease is quite large in Indonesia. Keywords: Case-Based Reasoning, Profile Matching, Expert System, TBC

Abstract

One form of improved services and performance of the functions of an agency is a well-defined business and data processing activities that follow the development of information and communication technology, So that it can realize its strategic objectives. One way that can be taken is to conduct agency enterprise architecture definition. In this study, a case study on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah using the enterprise architecture planning (EAP) and generates blueprints information systems. In this study, the steps undertaken by the EAP, such as initiation planning, business modeling, systems and current technology, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and the last is the implementation plan. After doing the whole process of the EAP, then the resulting 36 data entities and 28 candidate applications in 8 activities and training functions of the Board of Education Central Lampung District. With the resulting 36 entities and 28 candidate applications on the agency to contribute in the development of information systems in the future. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel eksternal yang terdiri dari pengalaman, norma subyektif, persepsi, relevansi pekerjaan, kualitas output dan hasil demonstrasi, kemampuan diri dalam komputer, persepsi kontrol eksternal, kecemasan penggunaan komputer, penggunaan sepenuhnya pada komputer, kenikmatan yang dirasakan, dan kegunaan obyektif terhadap persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan, kualitas layanan, perilaku untuk tetap menggunakan, perilaku nyata penggunaan sistem, dan kepuasan penggunaan sistem informasi akademik pada mahasiswa AMIK Parna Raya Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa AMIK Parna Raya Manado angkatan tahun 2013 dan tahun 2014. Untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Model yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model III (TAM III). Untuk pengujian hubungan antara beberapa variabel tersebut digunakan software SEM PLS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa secara keseluruhan dengan keberadaan sistem SIAKAD di AMIK Parna Raya Manado pada tingkat kepuasan sedang.Kata kunci :    SIAKAD, Technology Acceptance Model, Structural Equation Model
