Abstract

Association rule derivation has a role play in decision making process. The important step of Association rule derivation is identify the frequent item set, and make the association theorem of that item set. Association rule used to describe relation between the items in transactional data table or relational data. This research is done on purpose to find out the inhibiting factors of  national standard final exam of the student in elementary school (UASBN). The inhibiting factors are determined by seeing data relation of UASBN result in Metro city, the school status, student background and also their condition using association rule apriori algorithym method. Association rule method in this research use the minimum support 33% or 0.33 and minimum confidence 75% atau 0.75. As the result, it will be the inhibiting factors of national standard final exam of The student in elementary school.There are 3 factors, 1) School status, 2) Students’ Parents’ Occupation, 3) Students’ Parents’ salary.   Key word : UASBN, frequent, item set, association rule.

Abstract

Education is a very important aspect of the life of the nation and state especially in helping the progress of the nation and state. Education is also one of the benchmarks in assessing the level of development of the country and improving welfare and improving people's lives. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) is a formal education school at the level of junior high schools where the management is carried out by the Ministry of Religion. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Muawanah is one of the schools that has the goal of producing quality graduates, the problem faced is the difficulty in determining who will be chosen as the best graduate because of the many students who excel and fierce competition between students with subjective nature. To overcome these problems, a decision support system application was designed for the selection of the best graduates using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, where this method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of SAW is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The criteria used include the average value of the National Standard Madrasah Final Examination, the average value of the National Standard School Examination, the average value of the National Examination, and the average value of report cards. The results of this application can facilitate the school in determining the best graduates based on predetermined criteria. Keywords: Application, Decision Support System, SAW, Best Graduates.

Abstract

Puskesmas is the nearest place for people to check their health, on the other hand they are also have a duty to submit a report of activities that occur in health centers periodically to the health department. As one of the efforts to achieve these objectives, the need to build a system that can help the health center in the outpatient record data and generate reports. The system is built using multiuser technology that runs in a network of Local Area Network (LAN) architecture client / server applications are expected to be directly obtained information on the medical record in a relatively short time and can be has periodically. Data collection instrument using desk research, interviews, and documentation. While the software to build applications using MS. Visual Basic 6.0, MS. SQL Database server 2000 and crystal report 8.5. From the development of this system obtained a health information system with client / server architecture, so that the application can be run by multiple users at the same time.Keywords: information systems, health

Abstract

In general a translator use keypad or keyboard as input device. Sometimes user getting trouble when he or she must type long word or sentence. A new way to solve that problem is using Optical Character Recognation (OCR). In this research we developed English -  Indonesian, Indonesian - English translator using OCR and Augmented Reality. This application running well in Android flatform, when support of good lighting and particular camera distance and point of view. This application have two output, namely text and sound which realized by Augmented Reality technology . Keyword : Translator, Optical Character Recognation, Augmented reality.

Abstract

Development of 'Virtual' Tourism This historical monument of Lampung-based Mobile is projected as an innovation of socialization and exploration of historical monuments using attractive, informative and interactive computer graphics technology, because it can bring imitation of objects that are socialized so that tourists or visitors can interact and see the beauty directly historical monument objects which are products of national culture.In contrast to conventional promotions, the technology that will be applied is interactive and more interesting because the information that can be displayed is not only in the form of text and images that are usually found on a website, but also can display 3D objects, as well as animation in real time, so that tourists by using this mobile-based technology as if it can be directly and react with the historical monument of Lampung that is accessed. It is hoped that the application of computer graphics technology to tourism objects can support the dissemination of Indonesian cultural products to the international realm, which is one of the information technologies that is expected to be able to contribute positively to the preservation of Indonesian cultural products. This computer application development was developed using one of the software development methods, namely 'waterfall'. In this study, a series of activities will be carried out such as surveys, observations in order to obtain information on system requirements, design and proceed with the implementation stage by modeling 3D objects of the historical Lampung monument. Abstract

Traffic incidents refer to events occurring on highways unrelated to recurring events that interfere with the smoothness and safety of traffic. Congestion is one of the most widespread incidents and has become a problem in big cities. Existing applications do not currently support reporting for favorable conditions of congestion, accidental congestion or other visible incidents on the highways that may help drivers whether to keep picking up stalled routes or alternate routes. In this research, presented a system that supports reporting on the condition or events on the highway that is not only about congestion but also other incidents such as potholes, criminal acts that occur on the highway. The information presented is not the only location but can also be a video or image to show the actual state in visual form. So it can help the user to avoid the congestion area and reduce the buildup of vehicles in the congestion area.Keywords-Information Systems, Traffic Congestion, Geofencing, Crowdsourcing

Abstract

PT. Sinar Antjol is one of industries that contribute to the global industry. Including one of the private companies engaged in consumer goods in the Greater Jakarta area, and established in 1942 and consists of several branches and subsidiaries namely ORPA, LODAN, PLUIT, TANGERANG. Until now the administrative services is still manual, it can be seen when every administrative unit records every transaction in the computer with the spreadsheet program. In this thesis, the writer developed an administrative service system which is computerized, data related and all computers connected in the same network, thus, the administration service can run well and smooth. This research method began by analyzing the manual and not centralized system in the company then making the network system, network requirements specification, software requirement specification enterprise resource planning (ERP), Domain Servers, and Terminal Server. In the new administrative service system, using the LAN and WAN networking technology, PT. Sinar Antjol can serve both distribution and retailing quickly and accurately. Note: "The concept of a computer network was made  in the 1940s in America  from a computer Model I development project in Bell’s lab and Harvard University research group which is led by Professor H. Abstract

Keamanan dan kerahasiaan data merupakan salah satu aspek penting dari suatu informasi. Pentingnya nilai informasi pada setiap aspek dapat memungkinkan adanya usaha pemindah alihan atau pencurian informasi atau data oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang. Adapun salah satu teknik untuk mengamankan data dan informasi yaitu dengan menerapkan penggunaan teknik steganografi. Penelitian ini membandingkan dua metode pada steganografi yaitu Pixel Value Differencing (PVD) dan Modulus Function (MF) untuk mengetahui metode mana yang lebih baik dalam hal kualitas citra dan kapasitas penyimpanan pesan. Penelitian ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Phyton dengan citra yang diuji pada kedua metode adalah citra berformat PNG. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan algoritma PVD menghasilkan kualitas citra yang lebih baik dari algoritma MF karena menghasilkan nilai Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) dengan rata-rata lebih dari 40db dan algoritma PVD juga menghasilkan stego image yang lebih banyak dapat menampung pesan dibandingkan algoritma MF.

Abstract

Today, many of schools still use the same old way to process students’ registration. This kind of way is obliged the students who want to enroll as new students in a certain school to come to its physical building. They have to be there to register or find some information about registration requirements, registration dates, test dates, and other possible information. This makes the students need to provide certain time and cost. This problem needs a system to help both students and school authorities to register and manage data of the new students. This information system uses certain phases to identify the problem which later become the reason of why this system is conducted. When conducting this information system, the researcher collects the data using Waterfall method based on Sommerville reference which has five phases such as analysing data needed, designing system, composing programme code, testing programme, applying program and maintaining. This system is designed and modelled the data using DFD and ERD. Besides, this system also uses PHP and XAMPP.This data which consists of data and bundle of new students can be accessed by the administrators (the system’s organizer), the school administrators, the new students, and other visitors. This system offers features that can be freely accessed such as search school, help, account register, school schedule, school profile, manage students’ data, and announcement. This design is tested by Black Box Testing to observe the testing result of each menu and to check functions of the software. Keywords : Information system, new students registration, website
