Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian performa menggunakan metode k-means dan naïve bayes dalam mengelompokkan dan mengklasifikasikan dua jenis set data citra dengan pola tekstur yang berbeda. Set data yang diuji merupakan set data citra pola batik dan set data pola brodatz, fitur ciri pola citra yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah fitur contrast dan energy yang didapatkan menggunakan metode gray level co-occurance matrix (GLCM). Hasil pengujian menggunakan parameter akurasi prediksi memperlihatkan bahwa set data citra pola brodatz mempunyai akurasi prediksi yang lebih baik dibandingkan set data citra pola batik yaitu dengan selisih nilai sebesar 1.52 %. Untuk parameter waktu dalam menghasilkan nilai fitur contrast dan energy set data citra pola batik lebih cepat mengenerate jika dibandingkan dengan set data citra pola brodatz dengan selisih waktu 27.8 milidetik. Hasil serupa juga terjadi pada pengujian berdasarkan parameter waktu prediksi, dimana waktu prediksi set data citra pola batik lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan set data citra pola brodatz dengan selisih waktu 30.6 milidetik. Dari pengujian menggunakan parameter waktu maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa set data citra pola brodatz memerlukan waktu lebih lama dikarenakan pola teksturnya yang tidak seragam yaitu dalam satu citra terdapat pola halus dan kasar dikarenakan citra merupakan citra dengan tekstur alami, berbeda dengan citra pola batik yang memiliki keseragaman pengulangan pola sehingga tekstur lebih teratur.

Marine and Fisheries Department Lampung Province is a government institution has the duty of carrying out some of the government in the field of maritime affairs and fisheries based on the principle of autonomy, which is responsible for the deconcentration and assistance duty and other duties in accordance with the policies established by the Governor. Marine and Fishery Department purpose to develop monitoring and controlling the use of marine resources as well as supporting and coordinating human resource management of marine resources in coastal or provincial affairs. The system of fishery products in Lampung Province Department of Maritime affairs and Fisheries, not maximum. Based on the problems, the authors developed a system based fisheries information network at Marine and Fishery Department Lampung Province is fishery production and export of fishery production, which uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as programming language and Microsoft SQL Sever 2000 as the database. With network-based fisheries of information system at Marine and Fishery Department Lampung Province to help avoid errors and speed processing data efficiently and effectively in order to produce information quickly and accurately. Maulana bakery is a business entity engaged in making bread, cakes, tarts and various other snacks. The problem that occurs in this home industry is located in the current system for processing data in and out of goods, how to record it through a ledger, there is no data processing that uses a more effective database system, so that sometimes it has difficulty in calculation existing goods. The purpose of this study is to create a Goods Inventory Information System that can manage and manage incoming goods, exiting goods, stock items, ordering transactions using the Waterfall method by using a website for easier program operations. Whereas for structure modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The end result of this Information System can manage data incoming goods, data goods out, stock of goods and ordering online.

Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is the latest method in object recognition which is the development of Multilayer Percepton (MLP). CNN has a special layer of convolution layer and layer max pooling to process feature training hierarchically from data, with spatial data inputting. As a method of handwriting recognition method, CNN method is the best compared to method or similar model at this time. Therefore the CNN method is used in this research, for the recognition of Lontara script handwriting character. Using the CNN M8 model and TensorFlow open-source library for Lontara script image data training. After that made simple android interface as a medium of input Lontara script write hand through canvas for performance evaluation. From the test results obtained accuracy of up to 90%, by testing as many as 30 forms of Lontara.

Lecturer PNS is part of private college as a lecturer helped for Kopertis. Of course it is expected to be an example for other lecturer in each university in implementation for Tridarma High Education or other performance indicator suits for Kopertis rules. Assessment lecturer PNS can be done easily and automatically by using Decision Support System Model suits with criteria determinate by Kopertis, especially Kopertis region II. The model is used Aanalytic Hhierarchy Process Method. Implementation of this model is done through the following phases: data collecting, determinate main criteria and sub criteria in Assessment lecturer, weighting criteria and sub criteria, determinate priorities and implementation by using expert choice. Human mind changes and modern life influnce traditional art, especially Wayang of Indonesia has begun to rarely performed. Therefore, with the technology and computer resources that can be used to show the art puppet show in this study conducted a virtual puppet design application that uses Augmented Reality. The application is executed using a virtual puppet of digital cameras real-time, also using markers and a computer. Through the camera, a virtual puppet application will identify a marker and then do the loading 3D objects shaped puppet that can allow a user to interact with virtual puppet. User act as a puppeteer who will deliver in accordance with the puppet show puppet show story and also to load the supporting applications to play gamelan and sinden sound like the real puppet show. The method used is waterfall method. And implemented using C programming language, library ARToolkit, Blender, and Lazarus-based opensource. The application has been tested and the results obtained through questionnaires that this application can motivate users to learn the art puppet using this application. The progress of a school cannot be separated from the influence of how the ability of school principals in managing all the resources that exist in the school. Therefore we need qualified human resources in this case the teachers who have the potential and achievements of the school in order to become the head of a quality education can be realized. Until now the appointment of principals in both primary and secondary schools is based on an assessment for someone serving as a teacher. These procedures contain serious flaws. Decision Support System is a system that can help the Department of Education of Bandar Lampung in decisions determining the appropriate teachers for the office of State High School principal and improve the quality of the resulting decision of selection committee. The method used in the manufacture of this website is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall models. Data was collected through observation and literature while the implementation of the waterfall model is described through system analysis, DFD, database table structure, and design input output. Sistem informasi akademik (SISKA) merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berupa layanan perangkat lunak dalam dunia pendidikan termasuk didalamnya proses informasi akademik yang dirancang oleh perguruan tinggi IIB Darmajaya. Standar COBIT 5 digunakan karena merupakan panduan paling lengkap dari praktik – praktik didalam manajemen TI dikarenakan COBIT 5 memiliki kompromi yang cukup baik dalam keluasan cakupan pengelolaan dan kedetailan proses – prosesnya. Capability level performance pada penilaian user berada pada level 3 yaitu Established Process, dan capability level expectasy berada pada level 4 yaitu Predictable Process. Sedangkan capability level performance dan expectasy pada penilaian manajemen berada pada level 4 yaitu Predictable Process. Dengan adanya jarak kesenjangan antara capability level performance dengan capability level expectasy diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat meningkatkan kembali layanan teknologi informasi agar mencapai target yang diinginkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi.
