Abstract

Teknologi informasi adalah salah satu contoh produk teknologi yang berkembang pesat yang dapat membantu manusia dalam mengolah data serta menyajikan sebuah informasi yang berkualitas. PT MDD, saat ini sudah memiliki sistem manajemen EDC yang dilakukan dengan cara manual menggunakan kertas kerja. Hal ini ternyata banyak menimbulkan masalah diantaranya adalah lambatnya proses kerja teknisi, manajemen pengelolaan EDC yang kurang baik sampai dengan adanya komplain dari pelanggan. Seiring dengan hal tersebut diatas, maka untuk menunjang kebutuhan bisnisnya, PT MDD membutuhkan aplikasi EDC Management. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Studi lapangan dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung terhadap sistem yang berjalan sekaligus melakukan wawancara dengan pengguna terkait yang bertugas menangani sistem manajemen EDC. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan bahan pustaka terkait sistem manajemen EDC. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen EDC Elektronik (e-Registration EDC Management System) yang terdiri dari dua aplikasi yaitu Web Apps dan Mobile Apps. Untuk Web Apps dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP 7.4 dengan framework CodeIgniter 3.1.10 dan sistem basis data MySQL, sedangkan Mobile Apps dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Android. Setelah proses implementasi berjalan, PT MDD dapat merasakan manfaat secara langsung, yaitu proses pengelolaan EDC dapat berlangsung lebih cepat dan hal ini berdampak pada kinerja PT MDD yang semakin baik.

Abstract

Mumbul Park Tourism Object is a tourist attraction located in Sangeh Village, Abiasemal District, Badung Regency. In Mumbul Park there are two temples named Pura Luhur Mumbul (Puru Ulun Siwi) and Pura Ulun Mumbul. In addition to the temple in the Mumbul Sangeh Park Tourism Object, there is a pengelukatan called Pancoran Solas and there is a pond (lake) with thousands of fish. The Mumbul Park Tourism Object has its own charm for tourists, but the lack of information regarding the Mumbul Sangeh Park Tourism Object makes not many people know about the tourist area. Therefore, we need an introduction media regarding the object of the Mumbul Sangeh park which is more modern with Android based Augmented Reality media. This application contains direct information about the history of the Mumbul Park Tourism Object, Pancoran Solas 3D Penglukatan Object, Ulun Danu Temple and the Queen Niang Sakti Statue, Videos and Photos of the introduction of Mumbul Park. The method used in this research is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method and the C # programming language. The making of this application uses Unity3D, CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator as the interface designer, Adobe Premiere to edit the introduction video. Based on the results of tests carried out using two testing methods, namely blackbox testing and questionnaires. Abstract

The process of reporting a criminal offence to the Pagaralam Police Public Relations Division is considered ineffective because the reporter must go to the office directly to report a criminal complaint, which results in the accumulation of files and a long queue. This condition will certainly take time and can be interpreted as ineffective. For this reason, this study carried out the development of an information system for public complaints to the Pagaralam Police. To produce a good information system, the waterfall development process and the View Controller Model (MVC) programming technique are used. The result of this research is that the information system has two types of users, namely the reporter and the admin. The resulting information system is also able to process reporting as evidenced by the illustration of the use of the information system, and the information system is able and can process, record, display and report public complaint data.Proses pengaduan tindak pidana kepada kepolisian Divisi Humas Polri Pagaralam dinilai kurang efektif karena pelapor harus mendatangi kantor secara langsung untuk melakukan laporan pengaduan tindak pidana, yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukkan berkas serta mengalami antrian yang cukup panjang. Kondisi tersebut tentunya akan membutuhkan waktu dan dapat diartikan tidak efektif. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi pengaduan masyarakat kepada pihak Polres Pagaralam. Untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi yang baik maka digunakan proses pengembagnan waterfall dan teknik pemrograman model view controller (MVC). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi memiliki dua jenis pengguna yaitu pelapor dan admin. Sistem informasi yang dihasilkan juga mampu untuk memproses pelaporan yang dibuktikan dari ilustrasi penggunaan sistem informasi, dan sistem informasi mampu dan dapat memproses, mencatat, menampilkan dan melaporkan data pengaduan masyarakat.

Abstract

Website disebuah kampus pada umumnya merupakan wadah untuk menyampaikan  informasi tentang kegiatan kampus bagi civitas akademika. Begitupula dengan website yang ada di Universitas Flores, yang selama ini sudah memberikan informasi kepada khayalak banyak. Informasi yang diberikan melalui website, masih mendapatkan keluhan dari mahasiswa yang mengakses website tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam mengakses website. Pengukuran kepuasan menggunakan metode webqual 4.0. Aspek yang ditinjau berupa usability, information quality dan service interaction. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Flores sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan cara memberikan kuesioner. Hasil yang diperoleh dari aspek usability, mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Website yang mudah digunakan dan tampilan yang menarik, membuat mahasiswa merasa senang untuk mengaksesnya. Sedangkan aspek information quality dan service interaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Yang berarti bahwa pihak kampus harus menyiapkan kualitas informasi dan interaksi layanan yang up to date, sehingga nantinya mahasiswa senang mengakses website tersebut.

Abstract

Coronavirus 2019 or more commonly referred to as COVID-19 is a type of virus that attacks the respiratory system. Until now the number of spread and the number of deaths caused by this virus continues to increase. As of April 21, 2020, based on data from the WHO, the total number of cases infected with this virus reached 2,397,217 with 162 deaths from all over the world. For South Korea itself, as of March 21, 2020, the total number of infected cases was 10,683 with a total of 237 deaths. In this study, researchers conducted data processing on the spread of COVID-19 in South Korea with Rapidminer using a classification algorithm, namely Naïve Bayes, C4.5, and K-Nearest Neighbor by performing the stages of selection, preprocessing, transfotmating, data mining and interpretation or evaluating the quality of the best accuracy of 80.79% with AUC of 0.881 achieved by the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The distribution of the data found that the influential attribute of the isolated class factor from the patient contained in the sex attribute where more women experienced isolation. Keywords— COVID-19, data mining, classification, C4.5, Naïve Bayes, K-NN

Abstract

Graduating on time is the desire of all students, not only that graduating on time is an advantage for both parties, namely students and educational institutions. But the graduation status of students when predicted does not always produce predictions early, so that it can result in graduation not on time. This research was conducted using data of students who graduated for 4 years from 2016-2019. The classification method is an approach to grouping data in data mining, namely classifying data. This classification method can also be used to make predictions for information that has not been previously known. The classification data mining method that will be used is the neural network algorithm. Visualization to display recapitulation data visually more interesting and neural network algorithm to predict student graduation which is difficult to do manually. Attributes used in training data consist of Jenis Kelamin, Asal, Kelas, Jurusan, Umur, IPK, Tanggal Yudicium, Tahun Yudicium and Class Hasil. The attributes that become parameters are 9 attributes, of which 8 are predictor attributes and 1 are results attributes. Training and testing data by changing parameters, namely: Hidden Layer Size: 3, Training Time: 500, Learning Rate: 0.3, Momentum: 0.2 produces a classification showing the level of accuracy using a neural network algorithm is 92.83%. Displays some very complete reporting recapitulation, so that predictions and visualization of the data can help in graduating students and provide recommendations for appropriate actions and must be done by management or the authorities to make decisions.

Abstract

The first Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) outbreak appeared in Wuhan, China on December 01, 2019 and was declared a pandemic by WHO (world health organization) on March 11, 2020[1]. This condition requires all levels of society to stay at home (WFH), worship, work and study all at home. So that educational institutions are also required to follow government regulations and innovate learning processes that must continue when natural disasters or global pandemics occur through online learning with the aim of improving the quality of learning. Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business uses information technology in the form of online learning media called E-Learning for students and lecturers. This of course makes students and lecturers have to adapt in using the information technology. This E-Learning technology is used intensely by students and lecturers (both permanent and external lecturers) of IIB Darmajaya, so that in conditions in the field there are many shortcomings in the E-Learning service at IIB Darmajaya. One way to measure the governance and capability level of E-Learning services at IIB Darmajaya is to conduct a governance audit on the E-Learning services. In this study, a governance framework is needed in the form of Control Objective for Information and Related Technology 5 (COBIT 5.0) which can provide benefits for an agency in achieving strategic goals and optimizing services from information technology.Keywords—Audit Tata Kelola, E-Learning, COBIT 5.0, Maturity Level, Capability Level.

Abstract

Generally, earthquake is measured with a seismometer, a device which is also known as seismograph  that works based on  detection of seismic wave in earth’s crust.  This research designs and implements an earthquake detection using frequency modulation method based on personal computer.  The research results a system and simulation. Simulation shows that in a normal condition the strength carrier is 2,5 % and before the earthquake occurred, the strength carrier is 55%. Frequency modulation method can be implemented  to detect earthquake by building some measurement stations at several   places.Keyword : earthquake, frequency modulation, seismograph

Abstract

PT. Fajar Agung Indocemerlang is one of company that moved in selling various types of books, stationery and also other office equipment. Promotion process is done by distributing pamphlets, brochures and advertisements in newspapers; meanwhile selling is done by customer come to the shop immediately. In this research, design of information system is developed by using object oriented, that is development tools is used use case and activity diagram that describe system for this time and proposed system. Abstract

One of the determination the successful students in lectures is the appropriateness in the selection of the courses. In fact, many high school graduated were experiencing difficulty decide the course that will be chosen. In general they don’t know what program should be chosen after graduated from the high school. Unsuitable selection of courses is often experienced by college students perceived generally after undergo the lectures more than a semester. In many case, the student proposed to get to transfer the majors to other appropriate things. It will impact in low index achievement of the students, the length of the study even the occurrence of drop-out (DO). These problems might be solved by applying a system decision making development method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).Keyword : SPK, Drop Out, SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)
