Abstract

Study abroad at one of the partner universities of the educational institution is important. A student exchange program is a program in which students can study in other countries include not only study abroad, but also various international trips, language courses, and summer camps. They are aimed at gaining new knowledge in any field, as well as the practice of a foreign language. The methodology in this study was qualitative research using the descriptive-analytic method. The method was not only limited to data collection, but it also included data analysis and interpretation. Darmajaya as a private Institute provided some international programs for students and staff who wanted to go abroad. And by these programs, the institute had increased accreditation B in 2020 and it was able to achieve campus quality.Keywords: Exchange Programs, Internation Programs, Descriptive Analytic Method, Accreditation,High Education, IIB Darmajaya.

Abstract

The tourism sector is able to provide large revenues to the regional and state treasury. Tourism in Indonesia has an important role in increasing the country's foreign exchange as an attraction for foreign tourists coming to the country and stakeholders pay attention to the progress of tourism in Indonesia. After the implementation of decentralization in every region of Indonesia, it gives flexibility to manage their own households. Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province is one of the areas that is currently experiencing a change from the tourism sector which is very promising to increase Regional Original Revenue and public welfare with various promotional efforts through the development of the digital era which is very rapid. From the results of the study show: the role of local government collaborative governance of tourism promotion through digital society Pesawaran, Lampung provides a very large contribution to the development in the area of regional tourism, this condition is seen from the number of visits to local tourism and hotel guests available in Bandar Lampung. Almost all Hotels in Bandar Lampung collaborate with local tourism objects to provide services to tourists to the tourist attractions in Pesawaran, Lampung. Tourism promotion is inseparable with the important role of the digital era, widely available in Electronic Commerce. One of the authorities of local governments in the provisions of Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. The position of the Regional Tourism Promotion Board is as a regional government partner in developing and determining tourism promotion policy strategies between the central and regional governments and coordinating in the tourism sector.Keywords: collaborative governance; tourism; digital era; Pesawaran

Abstract

Firm Value is influenced by the financial performance of a company. Financial performance is reflected by stock prices and shown in a good performance as well as how the company uses its assets to get maximum profit. The purpose of this study wasto determine the impact of profitability, size, and debt policy to firm value on companies in business27 index at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis of the data used in this research was multiple linear regression. The result showed that the profitability had significant effect on value of firm. The size had significant effect on firm value. The debt policy had significant effect on firm value. The F test results showed that Profitability, Size and Debt Policy had significant effect on firm value at the companies in business27 index atthe Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keywords: Profitability, Size, Debt Policy, andCorporate Value.

Abstract

 Crops or second crop after rice, usually planted by residents when the water is not sufficient to grow rice, in addition to requiring a long time rice requires a lot of water, while crops are not, crops can be grown only by water every day, or not at all depending on soil moisture itself. Dryland farmers in Lampung are always faced with crop failure due to land resources have not been exploited to the maximum such as climate, soil type, rainfall, humidity, and others.Suitability determination system of crop land is intended to facilitate the farmers to get information about the suitability of land crops. Method development in these applications using the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall model which has several stages, namely, planning, analysis, design, implementation and sistem.Penelitian produces a detection system of crop land suitability for web-based so that farmers can get information anywhere and anytime effectively and efficiently. KEY WORDS: Land Suitability, Forward Chaining, Plant Crops

Abstract

Technological developments in the world of education have led to many innovations to support education such as online learning in the learning process amid the Covid19 pandemic. Changes in learning methods that occur suddenly from conventional learning methods or directly switch to distance learning methods or using online learning media greatly impact and affect students who come from underprivileged families and students who are in areas where internet access and infrastructure are lacking. support. This study aims to create a classification model for measuring the effectiveness of online learning in the Pringsewu area using the classification method. The classification method is used to classify data based on the nature of the data that has been recognized by each class. Various methods can be used to classify data, namely the C4.5 Algorithm method. The results of the research carried out are a design classification model for measuring the effectiveness of online learning in the Pringsewu area such as Internet Access, Network Infrastructure,  Learning Media, Device Networks, Mastery of Technology Operations, School ICT Infrastructure, Learning Concepts, Motivation in Online Learning, Understanding of Learning Materials.Keywords—Design, Effectiveness, Online Learning, C4.5 Algoritm

Abstract

Sending information through streaming video is better than text or voice. One type of streaming multimedia is video on demand (vod) which is a multimedia service with streaming process. Streaming video on vod requires wide bandwidth for maximum transmitted data rates. Some say comparing html5 vs flash is like comparing apples and oranges. Html came up with their newest specification called html5 a few years ago. Html5 natively supports on demand and live video streaming sources. Adobe flash, on the other hand, has been the only way to let rich audio and video content run on the web for more than a decade. This research will compare between html5 and flash player. This research will simulating file package transfering scenario which is file size 144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p. Simulation is using mikrotik as a bandwidth management on network. In this research, performance will compared to quality of service (qos) using wireshark. Simulation is done with 100 mb file packet delivery scenario. Results of research will get the performance value of streaming video using html5 and flash player. Analysis includes time span, troughtput, delay, using wireshark. The comparison will be obtained differences in vod performance between html5 and flash player.  Keywords : Streaming Performance, HTML 5, and Flash Player.

Abstract

The Development of information and communication technology plays an important role in the implementation of e-government. The goal is that governance involving government, the private sector and society can be created in such a way that it is effective, efficient, productive and responsive. Pesawaran regency is one of the regencies in Lampung Province that has implemented e-government throughthe website, with the address pesawarankab.go.id. This research draws on the Website Usability Evaluatio (WEBUSE) approach to evaluating usability on the website of the Pesawaran Regency Government with dimensions of Content, Organization and Readability, Navigation and Links, User Interface Design andPerformance and Effectiveness. Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) focuses on developing a webbased usability evaluation system with a subjective action approach involving user participation to provide an assessment of a website. The development of the Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) approach as a standard usability measurement, with a web-based questionnaire evaluation method that allows users to assess the usability of the website to be evaluated. Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) was the solution on a huge number of the connected and specified “things” in the business field. Moreover, IoT companies also often transformed their applications for numerous industries. This transformation required cost strategies in designing service structures. This overview showed that the IoT ecosystem embraced the business models. The shareholders were still looking for the formula while the business ecosystems had a lack of various actors, business models, and business tools. Therefore, it was concluded that the IoT ecosystem were potential for the business models on condition that the interoperability and the interconnection of a system were well-prepared.Keywords: IoT, Interoperability, Business Model

Abstract

Tourism is one of the selling point that BandarLampung City has. The information about the location oftourist attraction and the supporting facility was given inbooklet and tourism map. The information distributionthrough those media haven’t use the technology thatappropriate to the current development.Some research methods were used in thisresearch such as, data collection methods and systemdesign methods. The data collection methods were donein several ways such as interview with the respondents,literature study and observation. The system designmethods use UML (Unified Modelling Language).The output from this research is a design ofgeographic information system that interactive with theuser and able to attract the tourist attention to visit BandarLampung City and the tourist attraction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to comprehend and analyze customer satisfaction strategies by improving service quality and product quality at warungtetanggamu.com. The method of this study used qualitative research methods. The analysis method used the EFAS and IFAS matrix SWOT analysis method. The data analysis used external factors and internal factors in warungtetanggamu.com included strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The methods of data collection were carried out by field research/field research. The data collection was carried out in natural conditions (natural setting) to produce data that actually occurs in the field. The result of the EFAS and IFAS SWOT matrix analysis showed that warungtetanggamu.com was on a strategic path, namely in quadrant I (+, +) with warung tetanggamu.com was an online shop that is in a very profitable position.Keywords : Strategy, Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Product Quality
