Abstract

Every company will definitely develop innovations that are always the latest in order to provide comfort in service to customers. Good service quality must be managed professionally, especially in managing information related to the customer. One of the means to accommodate customer data management is to develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system on Kartika Aesthetic that operates in the field of beauty clinics. As in general, customers who will take care must come directly to Kartika Aesthetic for registration. Not only that, notification of the customer's routine check schedule is also done when the customer finishes doing maintenance. Therefore, many customers forget the check date again because there is no notification or reminder about it. Notifications regarding discounts or treatment promo prices are also notified using social media Instagram and Facebook, if the customer does not have an account, then the customer does not get information about the ongoing promo or discount. With the existence of this CRM information system, it is expected to be able to help the acquisition of information needed by customers to be easy and fast in accordance with the expectations and needs of customers and to bridge the communication between Kartika Aesthetic and customers. The purpose of this research is to develop a prototype CRM information system, to test and evaluate the CRM information system that has been designed. The programming languages used in this system are Java and MySQL databases. The method for developing this information system uses the Relational Unified Process method with UML tools (use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and Sequence diagrams). This CRM information system is designed with attention to user needs. In addition to making it easy for customers to register directly through the Prototype information system, this CRM information system enables customers to obtain information about maintenance schedules, new types of treatments and other promos easily and in accordance with and the need sof the customers. Keywords: CRM, Prototype, UML

Abstract

In this work we try to explore the use of  content based video retrieval  method to build an application in detecting moving object.  The application will detect and recognize human walking styleeness in intelligent security system. Recently, the growth of crime activities in our neighbors going very fast.  Further  more text or characters security system by using password has some disadvantages  such as easily to fraud , duplicate, and hard to remember as many passwords or PIN have to remember today. In order to solve to situation, intelligent security system urgently needed to protect our property and life.  It needed to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 12 monthhs  a year without tiring and exhausting. In this work we use content based video retrieval or CBVR in building the application.  Approximately 500 video clips of human walking style used in this research, it has 30 second to 60 seconds in each clip.  We use a moving glass doors to test and simulate the application, when a walking style detect and recognize .The simulation and testing show that application built from this research is quite good in detecting and recognizing one’s walking style, even though its accuracy and the effectiveness has not been calculated yet. Keywords : Video retrieval, intelligent security, walking styleness

Forthe time being the implemented service information systemat Academic Administration Bureau has not been muchbenefited and not known whether it is in accordance withthe vision and mission of the institution. To make the service offered by the academicadministration bureau relevant to the business goal of theinstitution, it is required to know the conformity levelbetween TI goal and Institutional goal. To obtain theconformity level between TI goal and institutional goal, itneeds a measurement of conformity level between the twogoals by using COBIT 4.1.The result finding of the research is the conformity levelbetween TI goal and institutional goal is obtained andstands at Defined level because the average of TI processeshas been above the international level standard as 2.5(Guldentops, 2000). Even though the average of TIprocesses has been over the international level standard, there are still some TI processes below the internationalstandard, so it requires recommendation to increase theconformity between TI goal and institutional goal to reacha higher level.KEY WORDS: Maturity level, Expected, InformationSystem, Asset Management, COBIT

Abstract

The condition of people's coffee farming management is relatively poor when compared to large stateowned plantations. The main problem in smallholder plantations is the quality of the results that do not meet standardization. This study designs a system that is able to identify the quality of coffee beans using Segmentation, K-Nearest Neighbor and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix methods. Based on the test results using texture feature extraction, the highest accuracy was obtained at K-5 of 85%. It is possible that if the K value used is too small, there will be a lot of noise which reduces the level of accuracy in data classification, but if the K value is too large it can cause errors in the range of values taken, which will indirectly affect the level of accuracy. The results of the study were the identification of coffee beans with good quality or poor quality. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the quality of people's coffee so that it can increase the production of people's coffee that is able to compete in the market. Keywords—Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix, K-Nearest Neighbor, Segmentation

Abstract

The measurement of the similarity of texts is very extensive research. The most common implementation is finding documents that match the search keywords. And the current implementation is to measure the plagiarism of scientific documents. In the academic field, the topic of undergraduate students needs to be done an examination of similarity, in addition to knowing the title of the previous thesis that is similar, also to provide recommendations for suitable supervisors. In this study, we propose a system that can help undergraduate students determine supervisors based on the undergraduate thesis title to be proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed method is quite good as a recommendation system for undergraduate thesis supervisors with an accuracy of 80% in the field of research and 87.5% in the field of lecturer research. Keywords: Text similarity, Dice Coefficient, Supervisor Recommendation.
