Abstract

A number of people are recently increasing so that some places are needed to be built and used for them. One of the needed places is the police headquarter. The police headquarter is the social facility used to improve the security in the social life. The police headquarter is recently accessible so that the crime rates in the certain region are reduced. The other factors determining the feasibility of the locations to build the police headquarter are a number of people, a level of high vulnerability, a number of schools, the ethnic groups, the new regions, and the inter-provincial passing area. The problem statement of this research was that the police headquarter locations were not well-distributed. To solve this problem, the mobile-based decision support system was built by using the forward chaining method for determining the police headquarter location. This system consisted of 16 criteria that helped provide feasibility to establish the police headquarter. The criteria were safe and rarely-conflict, highly potential for conflicts, highly public order insecurity, highly public order security, inter-provincial passing area, non-interprovincial passing area, recent established regions, non-recent established regions, the number of people around 3000, the number of people under 3000, the number of schools over 10 schools, the number of schools under 10 schools, the number of social community over 50 people, the rarely number of social organizations, the number of ethnic groups reaching 20-40, and the number of ethnic groups under 20-40. The result of this research showed that this system was able to facilitate the police to determine the police headquarter locations using the rule so that the decision was created whether the police headquarter was able to be established in certain districts and beneficial for the people. Keywords: Decision Support System, Forward Chaining, Mobile

Abstract

The implementation of quality assurance is based on documents, namely academic documents and quality documents. Academic documents as a plan or standard. The academic document contains the direction/policy, vision-mission, educational standards, research, and community service, as well as academic rules. In contrast to academic documents, quality documents as instruments to achieve and meet established standards. The quality documents consist of quality manuals, procedure manuals, work instructions, supporting documents, and forms. [6] University Quality Assurance It is a Stakeholder concept where university quality assurance system is performed on the basis of internal quality assurance, external quality assurance and program implementation permit. Internal quality assurance is quality assurance conducted by university institution in the way that defined by implementing university. The parameters and methods of measuring the results are determined by the college according to its vision and mission. By carrying out internal quality assurance, the higher education institution should conduct an internal evaluation called periodical self-evaluation. Self-evaluation is intended to seek Guidance of Quality Assurance System of Higher Education with continuous quality improvement. Keywords : Quality Assurance System, Achievement, and College.

Abstract

Wormhole attack is considered one of the mostthreatening security attacks for mobile ad hocnetworks (MANET). In a wormhole attack, a tunnelis setup in advance between two colluders. Thecolluders record packets at one location and forwardthem through the tunnel to another location in thenetwork. Depending on whether or not the colludersare participating in the network functions, thewormhole attack can be further divided into twocategories: traditional wormhole attack andByzantine wormhole attack. Existing researchesfocusing on detecting traditional wormhole attackscan be classified into three categories: one-hop delaybased approach; topological analysis based orspecial hardware/middleware based approaches.Unfortunately, they all have their own limitations. Most of the researches detecting Byzantinewormhole attack are not addressing the Byzantinewormhole attack directly. Instead, they focus onobserving the consequence after a Byzantinewormhole attack, like packet dropping ormodification. In this paper, we propose to detectboth traditional and Byzantine wormhole attacks bydetecting some topological anomalies introduced bywormhole tunnels. Simulation results show that ourscheme can achieve both high wormhole attackdetection rate and accuracy. Our scheme is alsosimple to implement.KEY WORDS: Wormhole attack, Byzantine wormhole attack, manet, topological comparison.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance improvement of female employees from the work from home and the work-life balance on the performance of female employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII. The number of samples was forty-five respondents using associative research methods. It looked for causal effects among the independent variables. They were work from home (X) and the moderating variable, namely the work-life balance (Z) to the dependent variable, namely the performance of female employees (Y). The method of data processing used the SmartPLS Ver.3 method. The result of this study showed that work from home had a significant effect on the performance of female employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII and the work-life balance moderated the effect of work from home on the performance of female employees and significantly. In other words, the work-life balance had a positive effect on the performance of female employees. Furthermore, the work-life balance factor was needed to encourage the relationship between the two, because the work-life balance in this case actually strengthened the effect of work from home on the performance of female employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII.Keywords:Work from Home, Work Life Balance, Female Employee Performance, Covid-19

Abstract

Generally, waste management in major cities in Indonesia are still relying on landfilling that requiring large land and continue to grow along with the increasing volume of waste generation from day to day. Meanwhile the land where the final disposal (landfill) of waste in large cities increasingly limited. This study aims to develop a model of waste management through waste reduction, ranging from the source. There are several criteria and sub-criteria that should be considered in developing a model that negative impacts arising can be minimized.Based on the results of previous studies, using Analytical Network Process (ANP), the chosen model for the handling of waste is individual models on a scale of RT/RW. In order to implement this model required an appropriate institutional because it involves community participation as the key to success. By using  Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) showed that the treatment of urban waste must be oriented on raising awareness of the public to maintain cleanliness and environmental health through the concept of 3R (reduce, reuse and recycle). To overcome the obstacles faced during the Local Government should need to restructure the organization of waste management by establishing a Public Service Board/BLUD business Waste and Waste ManagementCommissionoftheCity/KPSK.KEYWORDSVolume of waste generation, Public Service Board
