Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of the audit committee effectiveness, professional commitment, tenure of public accounting firms, and competition between public accounting firms and audit fees on the independence of public accounting firms. The case study was on Public Accounting Firm in Southern Sumatra. This study used primary data with a distributed questionnaire to public accounting firms in Southern Sumatra. The questionnaire was also completed with simple and clear filling instructions to help respondents complete the questionnaire. The result of this study found that the effectiveness of the audit committee, professional commitment, tenure of public accounting firms, and audit fees had a significant effect on the independence of the public accounting firm in Southern Sumatra. Abstract

This research conducted is a basic research type with the purpose of acquiring and expanding public knowledge and awareness. The aims of this study are to find out about customer preferences on web design towards online food delivery business in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. This research is a non-experimental study with variant analysis of data. The main objectives of the research were to analysis of the data that is used in this study consisted of straightforward analysis to look at the factors of web design influenced customer to purchase food using online service through. The number of sample used for a respondent in analysis are randomly 100 chosen people in Lampung from age 18 years old. The respondent will be divided into 50 men and 50 women for sample size selection. The results show that (1) the background and habits of customers using e-service food delivery, (2) the features of web design that greatly influence individual customers and (3) factors of web design is one of the preferences of their decision to buy food through online delivery.Keywords: customer preference, web design, online food

Abstract

Village Allocation Funds and Rural Fund to improve the Community Economic Growth in Sub Ledo Bengkayang. This study Aimed to find out how big a contribution Village Allocation Fund and the Village Fund, in enhancing the economic growth of rural communities as well as obstacles in the face. The collection of data was done by library research, field research such as observation, interviews and document verification. This study uses qualitative analysis of data. Abstract

Education is very important for the formation of a developed country with HR (Human Resources) were superior. Education is also a provision to compete in the world of work, especially in higher education. But education at the college level, both public and private sector can not be felt by all citizens of Indonesia who have graduated from educational level of SMA / SMK / MA this Sederajat.Saat IBI Darmajaya not yet have a facility that serves the community outside the campus IBI Darmajaya, especially graduates SMA / SMK / MA who want to learn more about the lecture material corresponding departments in IBI Darmajaya, but they do not have the opportunity to come and study at the campus IBI Darmajaya. Therefore, the need for an online instructional media (E-learning) that can facilitate them to learn and gain knowledge as male and female students who enrolled diperguruan particularly high in IBI Darmajaya. Media teaching online (e-learning) is built using PHP, MySQL, and while the bootstrap method is the prototype development. Media's online resource will provide convenience for those who want to learn and acquire materials and communicate with faculty who are competent in their field.KEY WORDS: Instructional Media Online (E-learning), Education, Prototype.

Abstract

Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19) was reported the first time in Wuhan, Hubeu Province, China 2019. On March 11 th 2021 World Health Organization (WHO) declared covid-19 as a world pandemic. To reduce the number of deathsand the number of the transmission of covid-19 is by the vaccination. Several vaccines have been evaluated by WHO to against covid-19, Indonesian Government officially announced the use of Sinovac Vaccine produced by Sinovac Life ScienceCo, China. This vaccination topic becomes one of the massive topics discussed by the Indonesian people and various responses on social media such as Twitter. The technique used, is crawling tweets from Twitter users worldwide using theEnglish language from May 24 th 2021 – August 31 2021 with the keyword “sinovac vaccine”. This study aims to analyze public sentiment regarding the usage of sinovac vaccine in Indonesia. The method used is Naïve Bayes because it has a simple algorithm with high accuracy. The result shows the classification accuracy rate is 80.99% and majorities’ responds are neutral and positive. However, the preprocessing data has the rule to get excellent result for the accuracy. Future studycan also classify the tweets into different queries and other classification methods can be applied such as Super Vector Machine and KNN. Abstract

Self-medication is a self-administered treatment, Self-medication is the most public effort to overcome the symptoms of disease without medical supervision. Lack of public knowledge about over-the-counter and drug-limited medicines in drug services. Therefore, there is a need for a system to find related information about Self-Medication knowledge, such as a system that can answer questions posed by user interactively about knowledge of Self-medication or commonly known as interactive question and answer system. Self-Medication Interactive Question Answering System (SMIQA) is a question and answer system about minor illnesses that can be tried the medicine. To be able to build SMIQA it is necessary to establish a knowledge repository of an agent’s reply containing the knowledge of Self-Medication of a common health problems compiled using a tree structure stored in an AIML document. While the answer agent is a system that serves to find answers. To find answers in the knowledge repository will be used state concept information. This research produces Answer Agent design for IQA (Interactive Question Answering) on swadication of minor ailments based on free and restricted drug use according to the health department 2007. Testing conducted is a recall test where the data in the test is based on the sentence question, statement, dialogue grouding and clarification, and ellipsis dialogue with the results of the total accuracy of the test recall of 97.58% Keywords: Answer Agent, AIML, Interactive Answering Question, Knowledge Repository, and Self-Medication.

Abstract

Honorary teachers in Vocational High School 3 Terbanggi Besar Central Lampung were the teachers who were in the young age. The honorary teachers frequently worked in other schools so that it affected to their work discipline. The teacher performance assessment was also required to evaluate these honorary teachers. The performance assessment of the honorary teachers had been carried out by using the performance assessment of the State civil servants teachers. There were many components of this teacher performance assessment. Therefore, the teacher performance assessment for the honorary teachers should be made separately from that of State Civil Servant Teachers. The human resource quality was one of the supporting factors to improve the employee performance productivity. The highly-competent human resources were able to support the level of performance. With this performance assessment, the achievements of each employee were identified. Moreover, this was also able to be used by the management as a consideration in determining the best employees. Vocational High School 3 Terbanggi Besar Central Lampung was able to compete with the other public schools. In the implementation of the teacher performance assessment for the honorary teachers, it is expected that the teachers had balanced softskills and hardskills so that they were able to be active and have achievements in both academic and  non-academic fields.  Therefore, Vocational High School 3 Terbanggi Besar Central Lampung was able to identify the teachers who were able to do the work in the academic and non-academic fields.  Keywords: SAW, Teacher Performance Assessement

Abstract

This research aims to determine the aid creditprogram "grameenbank" by using Simple AdditiveWaighting (SAW) method in rural communities as aresource empowerment of rural women towardseconomic development of the region. The determinationof the criteria is to perfom the weight on theexisting.criteria which applied to the decisions making.The software program can generate customers wereselected as recipients grameenbank aid credit program.The Independent Business Credit system is a replicationof the pattern ofcredit 'Grameen Bank' (Meaning VillageBank developed in Bangladesh to serve the poor people)who have adapted their implementation inIndonesia. Credit package provided through thisinstitutional adjusted to the conditions and the ability oftheir poor, so that they are able to increase revenues andat the same time is able to be trusted because it can repayloans with discipline. These results indicate that theSimple Additive Waighting (SAW) method caneffectively help in the decision making and to determineprospective customers that receiver program in ruraldistricts Gemahripah Pringsewu. Abstract

Successful organizations need employees who will do more than just their formal duties and they are willing to deliver performance more than the expectations. This positive behavior is known as the Organizational Citizen Behavior, and people who display OCB behavior are called good citizens/employees. To develop OCB behavior, it requires intervention from organizational leaders. The leader is a role model in an organization so that any change must start from the top level (leader). Leaders must be able to become a motor (reformist) for all members of the organization. For analyzing the data, linear regression shows that respondents perceive a positive relationship between the role of the leader and OCB. Therefore, a leader is expected to have behavior in supporting employees in having attitudes that are in accordance with OCB. The significance value also shows that the role of the leader affects OCB behavior. The factor that respondents perceive the highest in the role of the leader is empowerment. This means that respondents expect a leader to be a motivator and always encourage employee development. Meanwhile, the highest perceived factor in the OCB variable is awareness of responsibility for duties and obligations.Keyword:Role of Leader, OCB

Abstract

Forecasting is one of the important inputs for a company in the investment decision-making process. We realize that in the forecasting process there are often inaccuracies in the results of forecasting, but forecasting must be done because all organizations operate in an environment that contains an element of uncertainty. In addition, decision-making must still be taken which will affect the future of the company. The method used in this research is Linear Regression and Arima. Based on these studies it was found that this method is suitable for predicting the number of customers with a case study of the number of customers at PT. AIA Financial LPG Sunrise Agency. This study provides the results of forecasting the number of customers at PT. AIA Financial LPG Sunrise Agency and produce data that can be used as a reference for what needs to be done in the future so that the policies taken by the company can be better for the company in the future.Keywords: Forecasting, PT.AIA Financial LPG Sunrise Agency, Linear Regression, Arima
