Abstract

This research was conducted by looking at the phenomenon of recession that is predicted to occur in 2023 and the consideration of Covid-19 cases that have devastated  the economy in the country for several years. There are many companies that feel disadvantaged and a sharp decline in the value of their companies.   To  increase  company  value, company  owners improve company performance by  conducting  Corporate Financial Hedging, Risk Governance, Corporate Governance, Tax Avoidance.   So that the purpose of this study was formed, namely to determine the influence  of Corporate  Financial Hedging, Risk Governance, Corporate Governance, Tax Avoidance on the value of Firms.  The analysis method  is descriptive statistical and Multiple Regression analysis.Keywords: corporate financial hedging, risk governance, corporate governance, tax avoidance, firm value

Abstract

The use of online attendance is the useof technology to support effectiveness in recording attendance within agencies. Many problems arise regarding absenteeism in agencies, namely the inevitable manipulation. Therefore, researchers want to examine the quality of employee performance in the west coast food security and agriculture service using online attendance. This study aims to find out how effective the use of online attendance is on the quality of performance. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents with purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM). From the results of data processing, the R square result of 0.939 is obtained, which means that variable X has a significant effect on variable Y through the intervening variable Z. Abstract

Nowadays, technology becomes more sophisticated. Especially in mobile technology, it already has various types and operating systems. One that is widely used by the community is Android. During the Covid-19 pandemic, students are difficult to conduct thesis guidance because the teaching and learning process in the university is not required to come. Sometimes, the schedules of did not match or the lecturers are out of town so they cannot do correctly. With mobile technology, thesis guidance can be used online, guidance and mobile. Abstract

one of the most important parts of a school is the students and their grades. Not infrequently, the storage and reporting of student grades is recorded and stored conventionally. Therefore, it takes a long time for the process. While the results of value processing can only be seen at the end of the semester, both by students and parents of students only in the form of report cards called report cards. Therefore, the school still has difficulties in processing grades, both daily grades and final grades, although the processing has been arranged but is still not optimal. The system that was built aims to simplify the process of assessing and absenteeism students using a web-based system. The method used, namely RUP, is one of the many processes contained in the Rational Process Library, which provides the best simulation for the development or needs of the project. The system is designed with UML diagrams and is built using the PHP programming language and The Mysql database. The results of the research are mobile web-based applications built online by producing features such as data processing of teachers, students, curriculum, courses, materials, assessments, attendance and report recaps. Based on the grades processed by the teacher, they can then produce reports in the form of assessment reports based on materials and reports on overall student progress that can be accessed online by parents. Keywords— Design, Information System, E-Reporting, School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of green banking and financial performance on bank profitability. The population of this study included banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2021 and those that published sustainable financial statements and presented a sample of eight banks using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with panel data. The result of this research was that Green Banking had a significant on the Bank Profitability; Bank Size had an insignificant on Bank Profitability; NPL had a significant on Profitability, and BOPO had a significant on Profitability. Abstract

Technological developments in the industrial era 4.0 make patterns of consumer change through the use of digital technology, namely non-cash transactions called digital payments into new Financial Technology (FinTech) innovations in industrial era 4.0. Financial Technology (FinTech) is a financial service using technology that aims to facilitate users to make transactions digitally. Financial Technology (FinTech) has a very popular product, namely E-Wallet. The EWallet can allow someone to store funds digitally and make transactions online. Some applications that are included in the type of Financial Technology (FinTech) are Shopee Pay and Gopay. This study aims to determine the influence and impact of using Financial Technology (FinTech) on the Shopee Pay and Gopay applications among students. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method based on the answers to questionnaires given to respondents. Abstract

Today's information system is a very important thing and has become a basic need of an organization. The information system used can facilitate the organization's business processes in order to achieve goals. A good information system is able to provide effective and accurate information to all its users. SMA N 15 Bandar Lampung is one of the schools that implements the use of information technology into academic information systems. The management of the academic information system of SMA N 15 Bandar Lampung is not well managed, this is because in the application of IT there are several processes that are lacking and not in accordance with existing standards and rapid technological changes make the organization unable to adapt well, the academic information system is also slow in its activities unexpectedly resulting in unexpected system failures, lack of effectiveness of technical guidance related to the use of Siakad. With these conditions, an IT governance evaluation activity is needed which can later produce findings and recommendations that can be used by SMA N 15 Bandar Lampung. The method used is the selected IT Balanced Scorecard and COBIT 2019 framework. The results of the analysis of the distribution of questionnaires on the respondents got the average current value in the APO04, APO07, APO13, DSS02, DSS03 processes which was 3.47 which means that the assessment results on the academic information system of SMA N 15 Bandar Lampung have capability level 3 (established). All ongoing business processes have been implemented with planning and monitoring.Keywords—Information System Audit, COBIT 2019, IT Balanced Scorecard, IT Governance.

Abstract

In an effort to spur the development and growth of small business actors or MSMEs, a certain method is needed to increase their products sales. One of the efforts that have made is utilizing digital media which has been rapidly develop online by many business actors. The problem that arises is how to use the digital media such as marketplace as the most effective tool in order to increase marketing activities since some MSMEs actors still do not able to use marketplace for doing business. This research is done to prove the effectiveness of digital marketing media in the form of a marketplace for small business people in Jati Indah Village, South Lampung, who are directly involved with online marketing. The method was qualitative method and have done by interview approaches to some SME actors in Jati Indah Village. By the datas that acquared from interview, the analysis on the problem was done as well as the step in finding the solution on how to achieve the success in using digital media namely marketplace. Through this research, it is expected that small businesses can choose wisely and effectively the use of digital media namely marketplace in their marketing activities so the sell of their product will increase.  Keywords—Marketplace, small business, digital marketing

Abstract

In Indonesia, one of the state-owned companies, namely Garuda Indonesia, manipulated the financial statements in 2018. The case began with the results of Garuda Indonesia’s financial statements for the 2018 financial year, which posted a net profit of USD 809.85 thousand, or Rp. 11.33 billion (assuming an exchange rate of Rp. 14,000 per US dollar). There was an error in recording receivables that had not been received but had been recorded as income by PT. Mahata Aero Teknologi related to wi-fi on board installation. Financial statement fraud was due to the President Director (CEO) of PT Garuda Indonesia controlling all its employees to act according to their wishes. This study aims to determine the influence of CEO narcissism on financial performance mediated by corporate social responsibility (CSR). The type of research used was quantitative research using causal associative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely selecting samples with certain criteria and producing as many as 17 observations of state-owned companies in 2018–2021. Abstract

Heart disease is a disease that has many sufferers and is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. Based on the 2018 Basic Health Research Report, the average prevalence of heart disease in the country (Indonesia) was 1.5% that year. It is recorded that 11 provinces have a prevalence of heart disease above the national average. North Kalimantan has the highest prevalence of heart disease in Indonesia at 2.2%, Yogyakarta and Gorontalo at 2%, East Kalimantan, DKI Jakarta and Central Sulawesi at 1.9%, North Sulawesi at 1.8%, Aceh, West Sumatra, West Java, Central Java by 1.6%, and East Nusa Tenggara by 0.7%. The cause of the increase in death rates every year is due to lack of access to find information about heart attack disease. From this problem, researchers want to develop technology in the health sector, especially using a data mining classification algorithm, namely the Naive Bayes algorithm. In the previous research, namely the journal entitled A Clinical support system for Prediction of Heart Disease using Machine Learning Techniques with the same dataset applying the Naive Bayes algorithm without using feature selection, the accuracy value was 82.17% and the split data accuracy value was 84.28%. In this study, the researcher applyed the Naive Bayes algorithm using the Particle Swarm Optimization feature selection, the accuracy value is 84.16% and the split data accuracy is 85.12%. so it can be concluded that the Particle Swarm Optimization selection feature can be used to optimize the accuracy value of the Naive Bayes algorithm.Keywords—Heart Disease, Data Mining, Naïve Bayes and Particle Swarm Optimization
