A significant increase in internet usage provides a great opportunity for online business activists. According to a survey in 2016 there are 132.7 million Indonesians are connected to the internet of a total population of 256.2 million people, with a percentage of 77% of the amounts that do online shopping. Increasing the number of internet users it also affects the online shop juragan7am, which is growing. This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology model. The selection of informants using non-random-sampling or nonprobability sampling method of 9 informants. Sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling technique. The result of this research is motivation of entrepreneur become motivation which is informant as a reseller. Price and marketing media has no influence on the dynamics of reseller that occurs in online shop juragan7am. Keywords: reseller, motivation, online shop, entrepreneur, phenomenology.

This study aims to determine the influence of Risk Financing Musharakah and Risk Financing Mudharabah on Profitability Levels In sharia banks in Indonesia . The population of this research is sharia banks in Indonesia 2009-2013 period amounted to 11 based on the Indonesian Banking Statistics . Sample is 8 bank for 5 years. Data obtained by purposive sampling method. Research hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression method and test T. The results of this study indicate that the risk of financing musyarakah significant effect on levels of profitability and risk financing mudharabah no significant effect on levels of profitability . Analysis of traditional systems on the north coast pergaraman Probolinggo district is based on characteristics of a region. Java's northern coastal waters represents the characteristic condition of coastal resources management is needed specifically especially traditional salt processing. Traditional pergaraman system on the northern coast of Probolinggo district became one of the major economic activities in coastal areas. This study aims to: (1) Identify the economic activity of traditional salt farmers in the northern coastal region of Probolinggo district; (2) Knowing the demographic characteristics, economy and culture of farming communities traditional salt in kawasanan northern coast Probolinggo district; (3) Knowing the relationships among stakeholder groups (stakeholders), namely salt farmers, traders or middlemen, government agencies, and community institutions in connection with the traditional salt farmers in the northern coastal region of Probolinggo district. This study uses a form of qualitative research conducted on an object and mengkondisikannya as it is. Data collection is done by collecting a variety of information or data about the economic activity of traditional salt farmers in the northern coastal region of Probolinggo district. From the research results can be concluded and advised efforts to improve the quality levels of NaCl 85% NaCl salt into 98% of the people in order to meet the needs of industry for salt for this disupali through import salt. The establishment of a financial institution or group-based joint venture business group of salt needs to be done to overcome this difficulty salt farmers in terms of capital in the activities of salt production and post-production so that the sales price can be sold at a high price.

This study aimed to assess the effect of capital structure, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and profitability in the value of financial sector companies as well as test the consistency of effect of capital structure, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and profitability in the company’s value sub-sectors of banking, insurance and securities companies.This research is a quantitative approach to hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing). The data used in this research are secondary data from company financial statements in the financial sector the period 2010 - 2012. The data obtained from the website Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on site as well as the Indonesian capital market www.idx.co.id directory (ICMD). The population in this study is the Banking, Insurance and Securities Companies listed on the Stock Exchange and have the publication of financial statements for 2010 to 2012. The sampling method used is a method of population census of all the research sample, up to a total of 35 financial companies sub-sector listed on the Stock Exchange 2010-2012.metode period used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study demonstrate the consistency between the variables in the sectors of Banking, Insurance and Securities Company, that the capital structure has no effect on the Company Value of Financial Sector and profitability effect on Corporate Values Financial Sector, while the results of this study also showed no consistent effect of ownership on the value financial sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2010-2012.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Modernization of Tax Information System Based on e-Invoice to PPN Receipts. This research was conducted in KPP Madya Jakarta Pusat. The data used primary and secondary data. Data analysis used simple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a positive and significant effect of of the Modernization of Tax Information System Based on e-Invoice to PPN Receipts in KPP Madya Jakarta Pusat.

Dodol Mangga Business Group has a strategic role and function in improving family economy in facing the fall of local mango price due to mango import rush. With the creativity of mothers housewives made dodol mango to increase the economic value of local mango fruit because at harvest time of local mango fruits fall once the price in the market. This makes the manga farmers excited again in maintaining and managing well manga plants after recent years poorlymaintained. IbM's specific aims are; (1) Dodol Mangga Business Group obtains formal legal management from the Department of Industry and Trade and Cooperatives and SMEs. (2) The realization of micro business group that can become the economic fund of poor family in village area, and become alternative design of poverty alleviation in other area in Indonesia (3) The realization of micro business empowerment concept which is generally managed by poor household, become an inspiration for micro business groups in other regions. (4) Such a model will be the Journal. The method to achieve the target is done by training and mentoring activities for the board and all members of Dodol Mangga Business Group. Training and mentoring focused on group management, product quality and quantity improvement, methods of penetrating market access, simple accounting basics, and legal processing of Dodol Mangga Business Group.

The aim of this research is to understand the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment toward employee’s performance through job satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk and also to understand about direct and indirect effect all variables. This study used path analysis. The population of this research is all employees of officer-L5 Bank Mandiri Area Jember totaling 70 people. The sample in this research is 70 employees. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Transformational leadership has a direct impact on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees in Area Jember. Organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational culture directly affects the performance of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees in Area Jember. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on the performance. The title in this research is The Influence of Marketing Mix On Consumer Decision UD. Mitra Muda in Jember. This research explains about the influence of product variables, price, place, promotion has a role in decision making in making purchases at UD. Mitra Muda. Tests conducted on four independent variables and one dependent variable, the method of analysis used is the method of Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the Marketing Mix Variables (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) simultaneously or together have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Purchase Decision at UD. Mitra Muda with F count> F table equal to 48,936> 2,47 with significance level of 0,000 <0,05, and variable which is very dominant is price variable with t value> t table equal to 9,387> 1,985.Keywords : marketing mix, product, price, place, promotion, consumer decision making.

Tempe is one of the agroindustrial soy soybean processing in order to obtain value added by processingsoy dairy products. This study aims to determine: (1) Inventory soybean, (2) income agroindustrial tempe soybean, (3) efficiency tempe soybean costs agroindustrial production, (4) the value-added agro-industry tempe soybean, and (5) the development prospects of agro-industry tempe soybean , The method used is descriptive and analytical methods. Sampling method is purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that (1) agroindustry soybean tempeh has a total raw material costs were greater than the total cost of EOQ. (2) Income from soy milk agro-industry to scale house is $ 7,091,698.84 for small scale; USD 11,405,815.60 and US $ 11,622,766.70 to scale menengahindustri. (3) The cost of agro-industrial production of efficient soy milk. (4) the value-added agro-industry tempe soybean in various scales have been able to provide a positive values. (5) The results of a SWOT analysis of the agro-industry soybean tempeh in 4 villages Jember shows that the industry is in the white area (strengths - opportunities) that shows the industry has a prospect to be developed.

Farm field itself is now a lot of new innovations in the development of cattle for businesses that one can mention for example Love Bird breeding birds. Departing from a hobby to maintain the bird and capture their business opportunity and market demand will determine the Love Bird breeding business is quite fast progressing. Based on the initial survey we did on Love Bird breeder in the village Karangpring Sukorambi District of Jember, we get the information that is generally berternak Love Bird was able to provide financial benefits sizable despite the problems in the breeding of course also quite complicated. Success in rake clappers means should succeed the survival rate of saplings Love Bird as a seedling that will be sold. When breeders Love Bird in the village Karangpring need their assistance, particularly related to how berternak Love Bird for the level of living seedling Love Bird higher which will need to bring an expert or breeders Love Bird already successful and experienced to provide information or knowledge that is required by the Love Bird breeders in the village Karangpring. The high rate of mortality of tillers Love Bird on farmers in the village of Karangpring also supported by the enclosure in which the minimal number of factors make the cage puppies should be collected so that the late indukannya premises separated when broodstock estrus then saplings can be killed by his own mother.
