only refer to the matter of collection questions only. Test Kumpulan also refers to the process of test’s monitoring and storage with related information to make it easier to assembled. Aplikasi Kumpulan Soal Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Tarumanagara is an application that serves to accommodate the test that would be candidates for inclusion in the test in each course in the Faculty of Information Technology at Tarumanagara University. This application also provides automation features for making the test package. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an application expert system detecting superior cow seedlings by detecting the type of cow using the characteristics that exist in cows, then based on the existing criteria, in the detection of the percentage value of accuracy for a cow can be a superior cow that produces superior cow seedlings. The characteristics and criteria are obtained from the results of interviews at the Mutiara Halim Trade Business and literature studies that have been conducted. The method used is the Certainty Factor method.The result obtained is an Expert System application that can be accessed by admins and users to detect the type and percentage value of superior seedlings in cows owned. The program is run by using XAMPP as Localhost and PHPMyAdmin as Database. Based on the trial using 40 original cow data that has been done, the results of species detection have an average accuracy percentage value of 99.9% and the result of the detection of superior cow seedlings has an average percentage value of 98.4%. Then it can be concluded that the system created can be run and can help the user in detecting the type and percentage of superior cow seedlings.

Abstract

Container Loading Problem (CLP) is a problem that will occur in loading cargo into a container in which the expected result is that goods can be entered into a container with maximum quantity of cargo and empty space on the container to a minimum. An application of container’s cargo optimization is made in the form of cargo arrangement simulation to cope CLP .The method used is metaheuristics which is the development of heuristic algorithms. This method is used to find a better solution to resolve the problem making the charge that the results obtained are expected to be more optimal with some conditions. Based on the tests performed, the results of metaheuristics is sometimes worst than heuristics related to the amount of cargo that successfully stacked but the position of the resulting preparation is better than stage heuristic seen from the resulting fitness value based on stability, type dan cargo load which stacked.

Abstract

Jajak Indonesia is a portal of tourism information in Indonesia. Jajak Indonesia itself is a community provides a variety of information about tourism site that are usually less in the know by many people, including Indonesia itself. Features in Jajak Indonesia: tourist destinations, hotels around the tour, events around the tour, tourist news, tourist attractions, tourist events, and tourist blog.This system development aim to added a new feature called Gerai Jajak. An E-Commerce feature site sells for local sellers who live around the tourism site. With this feature is expected to help increase the income of the local sellers, though local product sales.The development method used is the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and using the PHP as programming language and MySQL for database.The results of the system testing prove all features work properly and can implement

Abstract

Restaurant Cahaya Baru  is a Restaurant which was founded in 1971 located on Jl. Tuparev No. 228 Karawang, West Java. In terms of publication, the Restaurant Cahaya Baru only uses word of mouth to disseminate information about the Restaurant Cahaya Baru. Submission of information by word of mouth is not optimal because it is limited to the scope of people's knowledge of the Cahaya Baru Restaurant. Until now, Restaurant Cahaya Baru does not have a website. The purpose of this thesis is to promote the Restaurant Cahaya Baru so that it is better known by the public, providing convenience to customers in viewing information in the form of food menus, food prices and online order so that no need to come to the restaurant. The method used for data collection is Prototyping. The programming language used is the PHP programming language and the database used is MySQL. This website can help customers make it easier to reserve places and order food online via the internet.

Abstract

Over the past decade, game industries have developed games with long storyline, complex gameplay, and high quality realistic graphics. These games are mostly offline games which tend to disrupt the players social activities and also significantly occupy their time.The Crossing is a math-themed action flash game which requires both fast fingers and quick calculation in order to earn high score. As a web game, The Crossing allows the player to join the competition with other players to achieve the highest score in game and therefore creates a community. Abstract

School Online Registration and Performance Evaluation System for SMA Poris Indah is a system that provides online registration for new students as well as decision support system for student excel in school. The decision obtained  from student’s scores at school and their achievemets. The system created using Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani to process student’s score and provides the recommendation points for the teacher. From the test result can be known the criteria have its own value and influence. The accumulated samples from each class get the highest point 84.78 and the lowest 68.14.

Abstract

The purpose of this system analysis and design is to find the problems and weaknesses that exist in the company and design a new computer based information system to support business operation of the company. The old system in the company has various problems such as data recording errors, calculation errors, difficulty in accessing data, data loss, and low quality of reports for decision making. The methodology used in this system analysis and design is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) which consists of planning phase, analysis phase, design phase, and implementation phase. This new system is analysed and designed to manage processes in sales, finance, HRD, warehouse, and purchasing divisions with computerized data management and integrated database. Key wordsComputerized system, Database, System analysis and design. Abstract

Art shops in Bali are developing, but only a few areas are known to tourists as central art shops. Lack of knowledge of tourists about art shops in an area, tourists have to go around to many art shops to get an art shop that matches the tourist criteria. To overcome the problems, it is necessary to design a computerized system, because with a computerized system, finding an art shop in the Badung Regency, Bali will be easier and faster. A computerized system can also help to see which art shop recommendations are available in an area, and what criteria are available in the art shop. The decision support system (Decision Support System / DSS) is one type of application system that is very well known among organizational management. DSS is designed and created to help management in the decision-making process and the quality of decision making, one of which is Multi Attribute Decision Making. In Multi Attribute Decision Making, there are many decision support system methods, such as the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realité (ELECTRE). In this decision support system, it uses two methods, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each criteria and the next process is to rank the best attributes using the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant (ELECTRE) method. With this method, it is hoped that it can make it easier to find an Art Shop that fits the desired criteria.

Abstract

This systemuses a Gaussian Means clustering for which the method is trying to determine the number of clusters either gradually or in stages to see if a cluster is in a state normally distributed or not. If the data considered not normal, it will be seen whether the cluster is still possible to be split two cluster. The workings of the G-Means method begins with determining the alpha error for testing and to determine the number of clusters to be formed in the initial clustering have two centroids. Anderson darling test to see if the cluster necessary splitting or not. The test results show that the Gaussian Means method has a clustering waters can do well, but the green areas and the woke up area not. Weaknesses contained in this application is the image that will adversely affect the clustering results
