Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of empowerment and organizational learning on organizational commitment the Lecture STTI Al-Amin. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) organizational structure has a positive direct effect in productivity, (2) job design has a positive direct effect in productivity, (3) organizational structure has a positive direct effect in job design

Abstract

The objective of this research was to evaluate (1) compliance of physics laboratory building requirement and conditions with standard and (2) fulfillment of physics laboratory furniture and practicum equipments at Public Secondary School No. 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan. The method used in the research was qualitative descriptive method with Provus’s discrepancy evaluation model (DEM). The data were collected through observation, interview, and document study. Data analysis and interpretation show that the laboratory building (1) did not have a full accordance with safety, healthy, comfort, access easiness, and size and room adequacy tandards in input, process, and output components, and (2) did not fully fulfill types and quantity of furniture, materials and basic measurement tools, practicum kits, educational media, and other equipments in input, process, and output components. The findings lead to recommendation that SMAN 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan should equip its physics laboratory building to meet requirements and conditions in effect and should fulfill its physics laboratory furniture and practicum equipment set in the standard.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect between (1) organizational culture with OCB, (2) ethics with OCB, (3) organization culture with ethical. The method used is a survey method with a correlation approach. In this study serve as a sample of 81 teachers were selected based on random techniques (simple random sampling). Data were obtained by spreading questioner. This study was conducted in high schools in Sipora Mentawai Islands. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described as the following research findings: (1) there is a positive direct influence of organizational culture with OCB, (2) there is a positive direct influence of ethics on OCB, (3) there is a positive direct influence between cultures organization with ethics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of perceived organization support and personality on job satisfaction the teacher state primary school al azhar, East Jakarta. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) perceived organization support has a positive direct effect in job satisfaction, (2) personality has a positive direct effect in job satisfaction, (3) perceived organization support has a positive direct effect in personality.

Abstract

The purpose of this studyis to improve competence and standaritation of workload militery teacher in TNI Militery Academy in Magelang Central Java. The reserch metodology was survey which selected by sample random sampling technique with quesioner. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicates that (1) ability the militery teacher include indicator the competence techer with pedagogik, profesional, attitute and social, (2) workload include all of the militery teacher of the appricial performance with the compentency job and (3) job performance include indicator the quantity, quality, dicipline and attitude performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on motivation the teacher state primary school the district of Kramat Jati East Jakarta. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) transformasional leadership has a positive direct effect in motivation, (2) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect in motivation, (3) transformational leadeship has a positive direct effect in self-efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of teamwork and trust on commitment of state madrasyah tsanawiyah teacher in south jakarta. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) teamwork has a positive direct effect in commitment, (2) trust has a positive direct effect in commitment, (3) teamwork has a positive direct effect in trust.

Abstract

Abstract

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of organizational justice and stress toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 92 from 120 teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; organizational justice and stress toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is conculaded that (1) there the positive direct effect of organizational justice towards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) there is negative direct effect of stress towards organizational citizenship behavior and (3) ) there is negative direct effect of organizational justice towards stress.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work design and work stres on work quality in this study teacher elementary school disctric cakung. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) work design has a positive direct effect in work quality, (2) job stres has a negative direct effect in quality work, (3) design work has a negative direct effect in job stress.
