Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of delegation and job satisfaction toward productivity of the employee in the STIkes Bina Putera Banjar, West Java. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. It was conducted to 105 employees as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way. The data analysis and interpretation reveals that (1) delegation has direct positive influence toward productivity, (2) job satisfaction has direct positive influence toward productivity, (3) delegation has direct positive influence toward job satisfaction.

Abstract

the objectives of this research was to investigate and to understand the effect of growth need strength and job characteristics on job satisfaction. It was a quantitative research which was conducted in six state junior high schools in West Karawang District located in Karawang Regency. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. The respondent sample are 151 teachers who are selected in a simple random way. The result of this research are: (1) There is a direct positive effect of growth need strength on job satisfaction. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction. (3) There is a direct positive effect of growth need strength on job satisfaction.

Abstract

In order to have a new different point of view in facing differences, schools are encouraged to start implementing the concept of multicultural education. One of the schools is Sekolah Highscope Indonesia Tb. Simatupang. As a multicultural school, this school provides its members with school culture components. They are: (1). Values. The four core values this school promotes are: Respect, Responsibility, Integrity and Excellence. (2). Folkways/ Habit. One of them is to use language of the day, English or Indonesia as one of way to accommodate and building team works between school members. (3). Norms. The use of norms can see on how school members follow rules created by the school. (4). Symbol. The utilizes of symbols needs more improvement since many of school members don’t have enough understanding about the concepts of symbol itself. All components of school culture are addressed to help school members behave better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to comprehensively understand about the effects of organizational justice and perceived organizational support (POS) on counterproductive work behavior. The research has been conducted at elementary state schools in Depok, West Java. The research methodology used was a survey method with data analysis of path analysis. The respondents were 107 out of 146 total teachers which were selected at a simple random way. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that: (1). Organizational justice has a negative direct effect of on the counterproductive work behavior. (2). Perceived organizational support (POS) has a negative direct effect on the counterproductive work behavior, and (3). Organizational justice has a positive direct effect on the perceived organizational support (POS).

Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of personality and team effectiveness toward Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) of the civil servant in Education and Training Agency of The Ministry of Home Affairs. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. It was conducted to 128 civil servants as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way. The data analysis and interpretation reveals that (1) personality has direct positive influence toward OCB, (2) team effectiveness has direct positive influence toward OCB, (3) personality has direct positive influence toward team effectiveness.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of quality of work life (QWL) and reward on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used quantitative approach. The research was conducted to all of state elementary schools teachers in the district of Babelan Bekasi by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Population in this research were 129 teachers of Estate Elementary School.The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of quality of work life (QWL) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of reward on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a direct positive effect of quality of work life (QWL) on reward. Therefore to enhance teachers organizational citizenship behavior can be carried out by quality of work life (QWL) and reward.

Abstract

This thesis aims to evaluate the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM), covering the customer satisfaction and continuous improvement at SDIT Insan Mandiri Jakarta. Evaluation is conducted by studying customer’s perception both internals and externals. This research applies qualitative approach with a case study method. The data were collected through observation, interview, and studying related documents and recordings This research starts from February until July 2013. The findings of the research are: overall, implementation of TQM has increase customer satisfaction and encourage continuous improvement at SDIT Insan Mandiri. Those TQM aspects work effectively since management of SDIT Insan Mandiri Jakarta implemented Total Quality Management.The findings lead to the recommendation that (1) The management should build more facilities to support learning activities to enhance customer satisfaction, (2) SDIT Insan Mandiri should conduct comparative studies to broaden their horizons and compare their advantages and disadvantages to other schools.

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to investigate and to understand the effect of work environment and intrinsic motivation on creativity. It was a quantitative research which was conducted in three state senior high schools in Bandar Lampung City located in Lampung Province. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. The respondent sample are 177 teachers who are selected in a simple random way. The result of this research are: (1) There is a direct positive effect of work environment on creativity. (2) There is a direct positive effect of intrinsic motivation on creativity. (3) There is a direct positive effect of work environment on intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

this research aims to understand about: (1) training process. training based on supervision is one way to monitor teaching improvement as well as the teachers. The process of training start from planning, analyse, assessment, training and development, program content, learning principle, actual program, skill knowledge ability of works, evaluation (2) process supervision trough several steps and the process itself base on colabbotarive , creative and supportive supervision (3) supervision not only held by school but also the trainer from another institution are requested to do supervision in classrooms in order to monitor the learning process. The supervision will be held at the end of training session. (4) Empowering is one way to help teacher to be improved in order to do efective work. Empowering also means to recoqnize the teachers’ right and obligation. Teacher who is able to achieve Teaching Knowledge Test, will be put as a teacher model that can help other teachers to be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to comprehensively understand about the effect of perceived organizational support and affective commitment to public junior high school teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in District of Cakung, East Jakarta. The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect in OCB, (2) Affective commitment has a positive direct effect in OCB, (3) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect in affective comitment.
