Abstract

Public consumption of bread has increased because bread is considered practical, easy to find, and can be consumed at any time so that makes buying interest in bread continues to increase. However, bread has a critical point in the additional ingredients used in making bread so that its halalness is still in doubt. Based on this phenomenon, the purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence the buying interest of Muslim Consumers in halal bread products. This research uses a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis which is assisted by using SPSS software version 23. Independent variables in this study are halal awareness, halal certification, religiosity, halal marketing, and personal social perception. While the dependent variable is purchase intention. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 100 Muslim students of the Faculty of Economic and Busines ,  Diponegoro University, Semarang. The results of the study showed that halal awareness, halal certification, religiosity, halal marketing, and personal social perception affected the purchase intention of halal bread positively and significantly.

Abstract

The Debate between neoliberalism thought and populist economic thought is concerned by public attention. The interesting thing on this dcebate is the both of them have the different paradigm and have a big influence in public decision making. This paper discuss what are these paradigms, how it was formaed in the history backgrounds, which the juridical foundations to legalize the thinking, and what the fiqh views. This paper use description and analytical method. The result the discuss, that populist economic thought is closer to islamic view than the neoliberalism though in that he populist thought stands on conscience. And the concscience is one of the fiqh substances, especially concerning about economical relation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Leverage (DER), Profitabilitas (ROA), terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) dengan Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Perusahaan yang Tercatat di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) Periode 2016 – 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan uji analisis jalur atau path analysis sebagai analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel Leverage secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Leverage secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ISR, Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap ISR, ISR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Hasil Uji F menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel Leverage, Profitabilitas dan Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan hasil analisis jalur atau path analysis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) mampu memediasi pengaruh Leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of variable expectations,satisfaction, and physical facilities on consumer loyalty in the cafe business services both partial and multiple. The independent variables in this study is the expectation, satisfaction, and physical facilities as well as the dependentvariable is customer loyalty. Samples taken as many as 83 people with the sampling technique used was accidental sampling, data collection through interviews and questionnaire as well as documentation. As for processing the data using coding, editing and tabulatig and analysis using regression with t test and F-test using SPSS in data processing. By using the above analysis obtained by the research findings that the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that expectations, satisfaction, and physical facilities partially have asignificant influence on customer loyalty. While jointly variable expectations, satisfaction, and physical facilities have a significant effect on customer loyalty by 87.2% ,. The implications, limitations and suggestions for future research arealso discussed in this article.

Abstract

Capital structure is a combination of long-term debt and the company's own capital in the form of retained earnings and the issuance of shares. This study aims to determine the effect of size, asset structure, and profitability on the capital structure of companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70. Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) is a sharia stocks index that was just launched in 2018. This research design is quantitative. The population in this study is companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 during the 2018 period. The sample in this study was 51 company stocks. The techniques in this study are classic assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Asset Structure affects the capital structure. While profitability and size do not affect capital structure.

Abstract

The  revitalization  of  business  ethics  in  the  global  economic  system  today urged   to   be   done   given   the   global   economic   competition   tend   to justifies  any  with  regard  not  business  ethics.  Business  Ethics  so  very important  done  especially  in  arranging  business  relationship  with  the parties  that  are  related  with  good  nature,  environment,  companies and  individuals.  Do  business  with  regard  not  the  ethics  of  course  willresult  in  injustice,  evil  and  destruction,  or  at  least  no  parties  who  are disadvantaged  because  of  the  fraudulent  behavior.  The  revitalizationof  business  ethics  in  order  to  build  the  economy  that  civilized  so urgent   and   urgent.   Among   the   business   ethics   that   must   be   were revitalized,    namely    values    of    honesty,    trust    responsible,    moral courage, fairness, realistic and critical, humble respect for  stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the first,  provide empirical evidence o f the influence of professionalism auditor against consideration the level of materiality, adherence to a code of ethics to the level of materiality considerations, the level of experience of the auditor's consideration of materiality, and provide empirical evidence of the influence of auditor professionalism, adherence to a code of ethics, and experience of the auditor on consideration of materiality levels.The results showed that: 1) Professionalism Auditor (X1) had no significant effect on the Consideration of Materiality level, which is indicated by a significance value of 0.154; 2) Adherence to the Code of Ethics (X2) has a significant influence on consideration Materiality level, which indicated by a significance value of 0.008; 3) experience Auditor (X3) have no significant influence on consideration Materiality level, indicated by a significance value of 0.819,  and  4)  Auditor  professionalism,  adherence  to  the  Code  of  Ethics  and  Auditor experience together has influence consideration of Materiality significant level, which is indicated by the significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

The potential of Branchless banking is good enough for revolution of payment system in the emerging markets. Which aims to expand financial services to unbanked communities and provide a platform to contact MSMEs to the global economy can be achieved. Bank Indonesia (BI) targets the percentage of people reaching bankable services to reach 50% by 2019. By the end of 2014, the new bankable group reaches 36%. Meanwhile, as many as 64% are unreached groups of services from banks (unbankable), now our society tend to have mind-minded economy mindset. For that, need an increase from the side of savings. Digital financial services (LKD) such as Branchless Banking initiated by Bank Indonesia may be part of this intermediation. Some of the reasons that make the unbankable group exist, ie they do not understand how to open an account. In addition, people may also prefer to save themselves, shy with the formalities, or they are no money. Branchless Banking Agent as one of the elements in the implementation of Branchless Banking very need to be studied existence. To assist this research, and also use primary data needed and secondary in the implementation, in-depth interviews, observation and other in reviewing this qualitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine whether branchless banking agents were able to reach the bankable community. Methods of data collection in this study are, documentation studies, Direct observation, Indepth interview Open Questions, as well as provide a question sheet to the respondents and other sources. Qualitative Data Analysis Method used in this research is successive approximation method. The results of this study indicate that Agent Banking is able to become one of the elements in achieving Bankable society, where with its existence, its proximity and intensity with unbanked communities, can slowly increase bankable society.

Abstract

AbstractCurrently, the business sector that is being intensified by the Indonesian government is the mining sector which is aimed at increasing state revenue. The state revenue aims to prosper the people's welfare, which is guaranteed by the constitution of Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that the land, water and natural resources in it are state control designated in the event that prosperity of the people. In developing the mining business sector, Indonesia needs cooperation from foreign investors to adequately fulfill various needs. Abstract

In research was conductedin the District of West Kupang Tabilolong Village with the object of research is the economic potential and local culinary tourism. Methods of data collection through field survey, interviews, and question naires. Primary and secondary data sourcesof dataanalysistechniques qualitative descriptive approach SWOTanalysis. Research results show that excellent potential villagers Sea Tabilolong is the result in the form of fish and seaweed are abundant in number, and tourist beaches Tobilolong very potential to be developed with an average value of tourism potential Tablolong by 37 of 21 high-potential tourist factor.From the aspect of visitors average 56% of respondents did not agree with the conditions of the state of the object culinary tour today, while the level of interest of the tourists to the development of culinary travel an average of 89% so that thechances of developing a culinary tourism in coastal Tabilolong very promising it needs the development of culinary tourism Tabilolong Beach. Whereas the results of SWOT analysis showed some strength and weakness of the average value of IFAs by 2.56, with the weakness of the tourist Tobilolong is inadequate access to transportation, limited human resources, infrastructure is inadequate, the absence of tourist ecosystem maintenance, sanitation and hygiene the bad, and no eating it needs the attention of all parties. External analysis results (EFAS) with an average value was 2.17 higher opportunity andchance when compared to the threat level of 0.47.
