Abstract

Industry 4.0, which is a shape of fourth stage of industrial revolution, influences human life such as new media development. Nowadays, most people are being active users in digital world as a new social sphere. Many activities in social media affects various creative ideas, one of them is a medium of fund raising. As fourth stage of industrial revolution it does not cut off humanitarian acts for caring each others, even its appearance can be alternative media to create various humanitarian acts. Islamic philantrophy has take for granted New Media as developing model of fund raising and supervision program to enhance humanitarian acts. This study attempts to analyze developing of Islamic philantrophy phenomena in new media by utilizing qualitative method. The results is going to find a model of fund raising throughout new media and to create a program of supervision for sustainability acts as an effort to establish prosperous society. By this research, Islamic philantrophy is able to develop rapidly and achieve wider success through a new strategy. The main aspect of new strategy model must be syncronized to Islamic laws embedded in Quran and Hadits for avoiding inappropiate ways and debatable rules.

Abstract

The development of the sect of the sect of the conventionaleconomic science gave birth to two large flows in the economic systemof the countries in the world. The First, the classic economic ideologiesknown with monetary policy in order to maintain the stability of thestate keekonomian. The second, understands the modern economythat focusing the policy of the government in the fiscal sector. In themiddle of the rivalry between two economic ideologies, on the decadeof the 1970s in gagaslah an economic system which is considered as thesolution to accommodate the problems faced by a negra. The Islamiceconomy with the basic philosophy that tend to be outside of themainstream economy offers the principle of values and the purpose ofthe comprehensive and universal.In the economic system countries there financial institutionsBanks and non-bank. In the adjacent is the authormembahasakan one of non-bank financial institutions, namelyinsurance. As in conventional financial institutions there areinsurance, so also on the sharia financial institutions have shariainsurance named with takaful. The subject of done author is gives acomparison between the conventional insurance and takaful. So thatcan provide a description of the opportunities takaful development inIndonesia as a whole.The Annual Report Bappepam-LK 2011 syariah insurance(takaful) number of wealth and investment funds owned by Rp9,2Trillion and Rp7,8 Triliundan growth that occurs on this industryof 31,94% and 33,76%. From this study by relying on the principle thatis owned by the takaful conclusion can be that takaful in Indonesiastill have opportunities that is large enough to perform the expansionof the market by touching the middle to society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the role of BMT Walisongo is a provider of productive financing as a business partner for traditional merchant MSME in the Mijen market in terms of capital. Average traditional traders from the middle to lower classes, so they have not been able to overcome the problems of the needed capital. On the other hand the role of BMT in providing productive financing has very good potential for economic development, especially in the development of jobs for small and medium-sized communities, so as to be able to provide benefits that can be felt by the surrounding community. This study using descriptive qualitative methods by studying two sources, namely primary data and secondary data.

Abstract

MSMEs have faced many challenges, especially in marketing its products, consequently the use of information technology is a necessity in the midst of rapid business changes. This study aimed to analyze the use of e-commerce in strengthening MSMEs competitiveness in terms of operations and marketing.  The research took place in Kudus, a city that is pro-investment, where there are many MSMEs with various business fields.  The respondents were the owners of the embroidery business in Padurenan village that was the center of the embroidery and convection industry in Kudus. They were asked about the use of e-commerce in supporting their business in terms of operation and marketing activities. Data then analyzed through qualitative technique analysis in order to conclude the research problem. As the results of the study, it’s concluded that the use of e-commerce impacted on broader marketing area, cost reduction, more relation, ease of transaction, and additional income.  Besides there were some concequencies such as higher competition, plagiarism, and prone to fraud recognized as threats of the e-commerce implementation.Keywords: empowerment, competitiveness, e-commerce, threats, marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the macroeconomic indicators that affect sharia banking stock price index period 2014-2016. Four variables consist of inflation, BI interest rate, rupiah exchange rate and SBIS are considered to have an effect on the syariah bank stock price index. This research uses quantitative method. This study uses monthly time series data which is analyzed by multiple linear regression. The data used are secondary data with 36 data from January 2014-December 2016. Data collection is taken with documentation techniques sourced from the official website of Bank Indonesia and yahoofinance.com. The results showed that inflation did not significantly influence the sharia bank stock price index. While the BI interest rate, the exchange rate of rupiah and SBIS have a significant influence on PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk stock price index. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the indicators considered in the PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk stock price index are BI rate, rupiah exchange rate and SBIS.

Abstract

The role of managers in a company has a very strategic position, be it a large, medium or small scale company, although in each company the problems faced have different complexity and risk. This is where managers must be able to analyze problems or problems, choose and sort out various alternatives in solving a problem, take the best decisions and have the lowest risk, and be able to analyze the potential problems that arise in the future. A manager is required not only to have extensive knowledge and insight, but also emotional maturity. Like two sides of a coin, these two things must be utilized simultaneously in decision making so that the right decision is taken. Science and insights are physiological (brain) obtained from schools and their environments. While emotional maturity through religious approaches. Managers who practice religion well (Islamic Managers) then the maturity of their souls is more stable and secure. The manager who is close to God will get the happiness that comes from the endhorpin hormone that is present in humans that has been provided by God.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment in the Pura Group Kudus Employee Cooperative. This type of research is field research, with a quantitative research approach. The number of research samples was 30 respondents. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires / questionnaires and processed using SPSS. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on organizational commitment, as evidenced by the value of t arithmetic (1.720> 1.703) and ρ value of 0.097. Whereas Islamic work ethic influences but is not significant to organizational commitment, evidenced by the value of t arithmetic (2.260> 1.703) and ρ value of 0.032.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control, transformational leadership and spiritual work on employee performance (Case study on employees of Perum Perhutani KPH East Banyumas). The population of 145 people who are employees of the production division of Perum KPH Banyumas Timur and the sample used in this study amounted to 145 samples. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. The research used a questionnaire. The results of this study are based on data analysis using multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. 1.Locus Of Control, transformasional leadership and work spiritually have a simultaneous effect on perfomance perum perhutani KPH east Banyumas. 2.Locus Of Control has a significant effect on performance perum perhutani KPH  east Banyumas. 3.significant transformational leadership to words performance perum perhutani KPH east Banyumas. 4.work spiritual have a significant effect on performance perum perhutani KPH east Banyumas.

Abstract

This research aims to know the implementation of accountinggold products at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk Branch Jemberthat BSM gadai emas and BSM cicil emas based on PSAK 107and 102. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, amethod that is done is to interpret and said data concernedwith the current situation, attitudes, and opinions that occur inthe community, conflict two states / more, the relationshipbetween the variables, the difference between fact, the effect ofthe condition, and others. Data processing method usinginterviews and accompanied with documents related to thevalidity of the data that is triangulation. The results showedthat the accounting treatment that contains the recognition,measurement, presentation and recognition of BSM gadaiemas products are in accordance with PSAK 107 and BSM cicilemas products are already in accordance with PSAK 102.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and flexible work arrangement on employee performance, the type of research used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sample taken as many as 35 respondents. Data analysis use descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the variable work-life balance and flexible work arrangement didn’t affect the performance of employees as seen from the results of the t test to get a tcount of -1.258 and sig. of 0.218 (p>0.05) which shows that there is no influence between work-life balance on employee performance. And the t test results obtained a tcount of 2.625 and a sig. of 0.013 (p>0.05) which indicates that there is no influence between flexible work arrangement on employee performance. The adjusted R square value is only 0.282, it shows that the work-life balance and flexible work arrangement have an effect of 28.2% on the performance of employees and the rest 71.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
